Shifting the Minds of our College-Aged Kids Are we ever going to turn our schools of higher learning into bastions of truth and the gospel again? I’m not completely sure, but, if not, we are going to raise up other ones that are. We’re going to see revival in a young generation. We can start with hearts that are turned back to the Bible and to Christ. We can help them take up a biblical worldview. I prophesy to you that that is exactly what is coming in this next outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Millions of young people around the world are going to connect with the Lord, Jesus Christ. For many of them, for the first time in their lives they are going to be interested in the Bible. They’re going to want to know what it says. They’re going to have an infatuation with God. Instead of a humanistic mindset, their attitude will be, “What does God think about this?” “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” (Romans 12:2; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Intercede for the raising up of colleges and universities built on a foundation of the Word of God, while providing a solid education. Pray these schools and faculty will give the students the ability to advance the Kingdom well in their chosen spheres of authority. Passionately ask God for an outpouring of Holy Spirit on this generation of those 25 and younger. Ask Him to break the humanistic mindset off of our youth and young adults, giving them a desire to seek Him for direction, instead of looking to themselves for all of the answers. A prayer you can pray: Father, we need schools like we had at the beginning of this nation. We need schools that honor You and Your Word, while providing the best possible education available. Our children need to be equipped spiritually and educationally to fully penetrate the darkness of our society. They need to be equipped to bring Your ways into government and the marketplace. Pour Yourself out on this generation of young people, Lord. Draw them to You! Break the power of humanism off of their minds and cause them to lift up their eyes and look for You for solutions to the problems they want to resolve. In Jesus’ Name, amen. Today’s decree: We decree that the minds of our youth and young adults will be transformed as they come to know Christ, that the worldly thinking will fall away, and they will effect His change in this nation and in this earth!

The Foundations of American Education – Quotes from the Founders of Our Earliest Colleges The motto of Harvard in its beginning was, “For Christ and the Church.” Yale’s founder said, “Every student shall consider that the main end of his study is to know God through Jesus Christ.” Princeton’s motto was, “Under God’s power, she flourishes.” Did you know that Jonathan Edwards was the third President of Princeton? I’m talking about the preacher who preached the famous sermon, Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God. He was one of the primary leaders of the first Great Awakening. Did you know he was one of the Presidents of Princeton? The first President of Princeton, Jonathan Dickenson, said this, “Cursed be all learning that is contrary to the cross of Christ.” That’s the way education in America started. “Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning.” (Proverbs 9:9 ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Call the colleges and universities founded as seminaries or as centers of Christian education back to their roots! Intercede for prayer groups to get started on college campuses to prime the pump for revival! Look at private universities in your city or state and find out how they were founded. What is their motto? If it honors God, decree it over the campus! If it dishonors Him, decree the scriptural opposite! Pray over all the schools in your neighborhood, asking God to move on the students and families represented there. Prayer walk them, if you can. A prayer you can pray: Father, I call for prayer groups to rise up on college campuses nationwide. I pray that those colleges and universities that were established to glorify Christ and train young men and women of God in His ways for their careers would glorify Him once again! Lord, let our nation’s schools of higher learning be filled with the sound of revival! Send another Jesus movement to this generation! Let the instructors who are filled with the Holy Spirit become the Christian mentors they were placed there by You to be. Show me if there are any private colleges or universities near me or in my state that need to be called back to their roots. Grace to the mountain of education, Jesus! Grace, grace, grace. Amen Today’s decree: I decree that every American student shall come to a point in their college years where they shall consider that the main end of their study is to know God through Jesus Christ!

Not Afraid of the Name of Christ – Quote from the Founders of Harvard Did you know that 106 of first 108 colleges and universities in America were founded on the Christian faith? Did you know that students at Harvard and Yale were required to read the scriptures twice daily? Harvard’s founders said, “All knowledge without Christ is vain.” They didn’t say, “All knowledge without a higher power” or, “All knowledge without a supreme being.” They didn’t just say, “Without the Almighty.” These guys were not afraid to call on the Name of Jesus. They were not hesitant to say, “Christ is the only way.” They did not insult other religions. They knew that this nation was founded on principles that did not force Christianity on anybody, and that people could worship however they wanted. However, as far as this nation and the governing of this nation was concerned, we were founded on Christian principles. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.” (Romans 1:16: NKJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Are you ever even slightly ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Does the political spirit ever make you want to keep your mouth shut, lest you get verbally attacked? Guess what? Jesus has already made a way for you to repent. Declare that there is a holy boldness coming on the Church now! We have a window of opportunity to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom with boldness in America—proclaim we will take it! Look for an opportunity every day this week to share the love of Christ with someone in word or in an act of loving kindness. A friend, Dehavilland Ford, just asked a line of people waiting to buy lipstick at a store near Dallas if she could pray for them. Everyone wanted prayer. She just went right through that line praying in power for each one! Be bold, Church! A prayer you can pray: Lord, please forgive me when I have felt a hesitancy to make it known that I love You. I can see that the atmosphere in the nation is changed and I can be bold. Thank you that You have brought so many people who are worshipers in other religions to our shores, so that they find Christ. That can only happen as Your Church boldly and lovingly makes You known to them. Show me how to take advantage of the season we are in and tell others about You, Jesus. Show me some way every day this week how to share You with others around me, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that all knowledge without Christ is vain and that the Ekklesia of God will spread the Gospel without shame all across this nation!

We Are a Light to the Nations – Quote from John Winthrop John Winthrop, the first Governor of Massachusetts, said in a writing called, A Model of Christian Charity, “We shall find that the God of Israel is with us when ten of us shall be able to resist a thousand of our enemies, when He shall make us a praise and a glory, that men of succeeding nations shall say, ‘The Lord make it like that of New England.’ For we must consider that we shall be as a city on a hill, and the eyes of all people are upon us.” That’s a quote from Matthew 5. You see, we have had a lot of judges and a President that have decreed that we are not a Christian nation. One of those decrees said, “We’re a Jewish nation, we’re a Buddhist nation, we’re a Hindu nation. We’re a nation of unbelievers, and the Muslim religion has been just as much a part of our history as any other religion.” Then this person quoted from the Quran. This is not the truth. No less than twelve presidents have quoted Matthew 5, that we are a city on a hill and a light to the nations of the earth. We need to break that curse off America. “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:14-16; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: This is a Christian nation. Never doubt it. Repent if you have entertained something that leaves God’s dream unfinished and gives it away to other gods. Identificationally repent for the sin of any judges and our former president who cursed our nation with his words. Declare that this is a Christian nation that was birthed by God and belongs to Him alone, and that His purposes for America will be fulfilled. Ask God to make the USA a praise and a glory to His Name before the other nations of the earth. A prayer you can pray: Father, I recommit my thinking to agree with You and the statements of those who founded America, that we are a Christian nation. I do not want to be one who dismisses the dream You have for this nation You founded. I want to honor You and see that dream become a reality. I ask You to forgive our judges and president who dishonored You with words to the contrary. Thank You, Lord, for ignoring those words. Break the curse of them off the land. Make us that bright city on a hill – a praise and a glory to You in the earth! In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: The God of Israel is with us and the USA shall be a city on a hill, a light to the nations that cannot be hidden, which shall glorify the Name of the Lord, Jesus!

New Wave of Evangelism – Quote from The Plymouth Compact In 1620, a new group to America’s shores wrote the Mayflower Compact. This is the first governmental document that we know of on this nation’s soil. The first constitutional governing document of the Plymouth colony said, “Having undertaken this whole endeavor for the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian faith…” What’s the destiny of America? It’s not that complicated, is it? This is why I know in my heart that we are about to see another missions movement. We’re about to see another revival of missions and the raising up of prophetic evangelism from these shores to all the nations of the earth. It’s our destiny. No government official, no court, no lukewarm leader, and no compromising church is going to stop it! “Oh sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth! Sing to the Lord, bless his name; tell of his salvation from day to day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples! For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; he is to be feared above all gods.” (Psalm 96:1-4; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship the Lord in song! Exalt His holy Name! He has a plan of salvation that the enemy cannot stop! He is carrying it out until the whole earth has heard of Jesus’ precious Name! Thank the Lord for the bravery of our forefathers. Thank you that America is the most mission-minded country on earth, because of men like those that wrote the Mayflower Compact. Declare that you will undertake great exploits for the advancement of the Christian faith in this generation, as the Lord leads. Ask the Lord how You can participate with Him in Kingdom expansion, then go do it – say it, sing it, write it, express it! A prayer you can pray: Father, I worship You! I will sing of the wonderful One that You are! I will sing of Your glorious plans! I will exalt Your Name over America, Jesus! Holy Spirit carry forth Your plans for salvation to and from this nation. You led our forefathers here to these shores to bring Your Gospel to this land. You made a way for them and they praised You for it and fully expected to see their work of Kingdom advancement completed. I want to participate in this. Grant me boldness and show me the part I can play in showing Your plan of salvation to others. Show me how I am to express Your Kingdom message, Jesus, in the fullness of the gifts You have given me. Amen. Today’s decree: May I go forth and do everything He shows me to do for the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian faith in my generation!

The Destiny of America – Quote from Robert Hunt What is the destiny of America? What did God have in mind when it was founded, before it got started in 1776? What was God up to? You don’t have to look far. Look at the words of Robert Hunt in 1607, when the first expedition to New England landed at Cape Henry. They planted a cross on the beach. I don’t know if he called it prophecy or not, but he prophesied – the destiny of America. He said, “From these very shores, the Gospel will go forth to not only this new world, but to the entire world.” The purpose and destiny of America is not to be the most powerful nation on earth, though we need to be that to ensure certain things are in place on the planet and that the Gospel gets around the world. It is not to be the richest nation, but we need to be that to get our destiny completed. The destiny of America was to be a beachhead for the Gospel! This guy prophesied it to this nation and to all the nations of the earth from this nation! That’s the destiny of America. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thank the Lord that the destiny of America was prophesied to the land so very long ago. Declare that the words of Robert Hunt would come to pass. Ask the Lord how you can participate in seeing God’s dream for America be fulfilled. Intercede Matthew 28:19-20 into the Church of America. A prayer you can pray: Father, thank you that You did not leave us in the dark as to the reason You established this nation, sending those first Believers to our shores. You spoke through Robert Hunt that You meant for this to be a place that received the Gospel. You wanted to spread the Good News about Jesus from here to the ends of the earth. What a wonderful purpose! I want to participate! Show me what my part looks like. I pray that the Church of America would go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey all that You have commanded. Amen. Today’s decree: From these very shores, the Gospel will go forth to not only this new world, but to the entire world.

Connecting to the Hearts of the Founders Over the next few days, I am going to share with you some quotes that will help us know what God intended for this nation. We are going to present these a few at a time and we are going to connect with the hearts and thoughts of the writers, as God revealed His Will to them. Then, we will decree what He said and what they said and we will get synergy. There are tens of thousands of Believers reading this today. Maybe from Hawaii to Maine Believers can lay hold of these upcoming quotes and say, “I agree with that!” Let’s say together, “This is what the Ekklesia is decreeing is going to happen.” “Make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.” (Philippians 2:2; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Repent of anything you are holding against another relationally. Let the Lord show you areas of offense and deal with them at the cross. Intercede for someone that you know is hard for you to pray for. Now, find a place of agreement with others in the Body of Christ, regardless of minor theological differences. Forgive denominations or congregations that may have accidentally hurt or purposely offended you. Keep your heart in this place, prepared to lock arms with Believers now and back through history for the future of America. A prayer you can pray: Father, reveal my heart to me. Show me where I am holding offense at others, especially those closest to me. Show me where I am angry or do not trust other brothers and sisters in the Lord. I forgive groups of Christians, denominations, or church bodies that have hurt me or rejected me or slandered me, whether on purpose or accidentally. I choose to love, and know that theological differences will usually not keep us from spending eternity together with You, so we can lay those arguments aside. I determine to open my heart and love, so I can pray together with all Christians, and be the Ekklesia together with them and with those who have lived before us for the future of this nation. Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that Your Ekklesia will fill You with joy completely by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, being united in spirit, and intent on one purpose, which is Your Kingdom manifestation in America!

Decreeing From the Heart of the Founders Synergy is not just true physically, it is true spiritually. He said, “If you agree in prayer, one of you can do this one thing, but what can two of you do?” When you are in once accord, all of a sudden, things start changing even more, because He is so into unity. You can have unity between each other, but there’s more! Reach back! Reach back to what God said 200 years ago. Reach back to what God said 400 years ago. He has been taking me back to our Founders and what they said. I made a point this last July 4th to make sure I listened to the Declaration of Independence. My next assignment will be to read the Constitution out loud, because I believe God wants to rebirth these documents. I think He is saying, “I don’t want you just to pray what you want. I want you to see what was in their heart when I founded this nation and I want you to come into agreement with it.” If you’ll do that, I’ll give you the synergy of the ages. “One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.” (Psalm 145:4; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: We started this yesterday, but I know you didn’t get through it all! Keep praying through and decreeing from our founding documents together with me. Ask God to show you what was in the Founders’ hearts for our fledgling nation when they were writing these documents. You can find the Declaration of Independence here. Go here to find a copy of the U. S. Constitution. Here is the Bill of Rights, the first 10 amendments to the Constitution. Ask the Lord to help you connect with the synergy of the ages on behalf of this nation. A prayer you can pray: Lord, as I read, pray through, and decree from these historic documents, show me the heart of those writing. Show me what they were seeing and dealing with. Let me feel their passion. They were giving up everything they had formerly known in order to found America. They were risking it all for a new, free, nation! Help me to have Your heart – the one that guided these authors. Help me to read and decree from documents that You assisted in writing, just as if I was one of the scribes. Bring me into this level of spiritual agreement adding to the synergy of the ages for the United States of America. Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I will grab hold of the heart of those that have gone before me and decree their historic writings, so that those coming after me may pick up the cause and run with it, as well.

Inter-generational Agreement God has said to me, “Come into agreement and lay hold of those things that I started ‘back then.’ Get your generation to grab the baton and say, ‘We’re going to run the next lap and we’re going to be sure that what He started back then He can finish now.’ When you do that, you are bringing more than just what you can offer.” God said, “That offering produces the synergy of the ages. I will not only add, but I will multiply power to do it.” That’s what synergy is. It’s a biblical term. God loves unity, cooperation, and inter-generational agreement so much that He created a principle that I am not sure anybody can ever fully understand. When the Church works together, across the generations, He multiplies power. If I can lift 100 pounds and you can lift 100 pounds separately, we can lift 300 pounds as we work together. Maybe more. This is because He created this force called synergy. “He keeps His covenant promises forever and remembers the word He spoke to a thousand generations—The covenant He made with Abraham and His sworn oath to Isaac, his son. Then God confirmed it to Jacob—decreed it so—to Israel He promised a never-ending covenant.” (Psalm 105:8-10; VOICE) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Take a little time each day and read through the documents below. Come into synergistic, inter-generational, agreement with what our Founders believed God wanted for our nation and for generations of American citizens that would follow, including you and your household. You can find the Declaration of Independence here. Go here to find a copy of the U. S. Constitution. Here is the Bill of Rights, the first 10 amendments to the Constitution. A prayer you can pray: Father, I come into agreement with the concept of inter-generational synergy. I align myself with the prayers of those that have come before me in this nation. I agree with the plan they laid out for America in our founding documents, the Declaration of Independence, the U. S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. These are living documents that were written after seeking You for Your direction. Even as they came into a place of holy cooperation with You and one another to form them, I will carry the words forward in intercession and decree day by day. I believe the nation will settle into Your plan once again as the Ekklesia does this all across the land! In Jesus’ Name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the foundations of this nation will become strong and solid once again, as the Ekklesia of God decrees the words our founders wrote into this land – another generation of Americans in agreement with them!

Building From Generation to Generation We can agree in prayer with the person next to us. We can also agree with the prayers of the saints that have gone before us. Their prayers are not dead. They’re still alive. The promises they were given by God are still intact. Hebrews 11:39-40 says that when God gives promises to people from past generations, they are not always complete without us, the future generations. He gave a promise to Abraham knowing it would not be fulfilled for 400 years. However, when God does something through your physical or spiritual offspring a generation later, or 2 or 3 or 50 years later, as far as He is concerned, He is doing it through you. People have asked God for things 200, 300 or 400 years ago that God can’t finish without this generation coming into agreement with it. “All these people are known for their faith. But none of them received what God had promised. God planned to give us something better. Then they would be made perfect, but only together with us.” (Hebrews 11:39-40; ICB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Consider for a minute some of the things that prior generations longed to see God do in their generations. Think about the price they paid to see promises fulfilled. Thank the Lord for the faithfulness of His Saints over time. Ask the Lord to give you a faith that believes your prayers will come to pass, even if you do not see the fulfillment in your lifetime – an Abrahamic faith. Intercede for the current generation to not give up, but to see their prayers added to the bowls in heaven which God is waiting until the perfect historical time to answer. Pray for the generations to come that they would understand this concept and not feel like they have to start to pray for kingdom purposes all over again. A prayer you can pray: Father, as I read through Your Word and through the history of the church, I see that the Saints have been praying for Kingdom advancement, the salvation of people groups, revelation of Christ to the lost, Kingdom impact on society, justice for the oppressed, reformation of the Church, and other things from generation to generation. Some of these promises and desires have been fulfilled in part, but many are fulfilled in part or not yet fulfilled at all. Many have died believing they would see these things in their generation. Most, like Abraham, continued to believe. Give me a faith that never stops praying, never stops believing, never stops decreeing. Let my generation be blessed with some fulfillments! May the next generation believe together with us and see even more answers to prayer than we are! Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that my prayers are being added to the multitudes of prayers of generations of saints, and that intercessory synergy through the ages will give power and effectiveness to accomplish God’s perfect will at the exact right time in the earth!

Ekklesia Prayer I’m asking the Church to move into Ekklesia prayer. This is legislative prayer. This is where the Body of Christ decrees the decree of the Lord. We will start governmentally and we will start at the top. Decree favor over President Trump. Decree that he won’t get side-tracked. Decree that he will stand firm on his promise to seat conservative judges. Decree wisdom over him. Pray for other areas, but especially the courts. Decree over that institution that has allowed significant curses into our nation, that that will end, and God is going to shift the courts. I believe the Lord is saying that He literally wants us to decree and agree with the God-honoring words of our Founders – those that state who we are supposed to be as a nation. This is the synergy of the ages. “You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; And light will shine on your ways.” (Job 22:28; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Ask the Lord to give you governmental decrees that are in alignment with His Word. Make decrees over President Trump that will open the way for him to continue to lay a course for righteousness and godly justice in America. Decree the decrees in the article above. Find quotes from our Founding Fathers and decree them. This is what they paid such a great price for and believed they were establishing this nation for. A prayer you can pray: Lord, take me to Your Word and help me to hear Holy Spirit tell me what to decree into this nation. I want to participate in correcting its course and establishing righteousness in this land. I decree that President Trump will be successful in the things he is doing to turn the nation from wickedness and unrighteousness. I decree he will be safe and able to turn things around and give us an atmosphere for justice, successful business, racial reconciliation, and religious freedom. I will make decrees from our founding fathers, coming into alignment with their vision for the United States and causing the synergy of the ages to activate and continue. In Jesus’ Name. Amen. Today’s decree: I will decree the decrees on the heart of the Lord for America, joining in the synergy of the ages, and seeing the purposes of God ultimately fulfilled.

No More Judicial Legislation Most of the curses and poison and shifting the nation the wrong way that has happened in the last fifty years has come through the courts of America. When those that are anti-God, anti-what-the-Constitution-says, anti-life, etc., can’t get their agenda accomplished through the populace, they just get judges that will legislate from the bench. How do you get the right to kill babies in the womb from one word – “privacy”? When homosexual marriage was made the law of the land, even some of the dissenting judges said, “What gives these other judges the right to think they can define marriage?” How can five people define what marriage is after thousands of years of precedent? It really doesn’t matter what you think or I think, as long as the attorneys can get a majority ruling in a court to go the direction they want it to. “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. (Psalm 1:1-6; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Decree that legislation by our Supreme Court Justices is ended and that they are returning to constitutional interpretation, which is the role the U. S. Constitution gives them. Decree that lower federal court judges will no longer interpret according to their own political leaning, but will rule according to the the law based on the Constitution. Declare that the blessing of the Lord is coming to this nation as the government of the land lines up with righteousness and our laws based on His law. Decree that the wicked and those following their own law are being removed. A prayer you can pray: Father, I decree that our Supreme Court is being cleaned up by You! May the fear of the Lord permeate the Justices as they find they are compelled to limit themselves to interpreting laws by the Constitution. We say they can no longer rule in wickedness and selfish desires that are against Your law and the U. S. Constitution. No longer will they use the Constitution out of context, subjecting the entire nation to wickedness. They will be removed and replaced with the righteous. I declare that the promises of Psalm 1 are coming and the land and the people will be blessed as the righteous rule in the land! Thank You, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that our Supreme Court Justices and other federal justices are being re-set – the wicked are being removed and the righteous are being seated. The nation will be blessed and the people will rejoice!
