A New “Latter Rain” Outpouring “Seventy years ago, the Latter Rain outpouring began. Some people had gathered in Canada and fasted and prayed for an outpouring. The same year, Israel became a nation. It’s Joel, chapter 2. It’s fasting and prayer preceding an outpouring on the gentiles and a restoration of the land of Israel. We are now in the seventy-year period. We believe we are in the years of the latter rain. It says, ‘Pray for the rain in the time of the latter rain.’ I had a dream given to me where I was on a freeway and it was pouring rain. The power of God came on me and I began outrunning the cars on the freeway! There was such power. I know there’s a cloud the size of a man’s hand. Declare that all of the people groups that make up this nation are going to be a park of this outpouring! Declare that the 70 years are up! Loose the latter rains over your cities and over the nation! Declare the fruitfulness of Joel 2:24 are come into this land! A prayer you can pray: “I declare the coming of the latter rain of the outpouring from the native peoples to the African Americans to the Hispanics to all of America. Look, Lord, seventy years are up! We bow ourselves in prayer. Loose the latter rains. We prophesy to the latter rains, in Jesus’ name, all over our cities, all over the suburbs. Pour out Your Spirit! Rain That Rearranges “Even as the natural rains come down to wash away old structures, God is going to cause the rain of His Spirit to expose old covenant roots in America. Even as the rains come down from heaven, God is causing us to remember His promises. He is re-rooting and re-routing and He is doing a new thing. Behold! He is causing old governmental structures to bow down. He’s causing new governmental structures to arise in this land. So, worship, and watch God do something new!” (Eleanor Roehl, 2/22/18, The Turnaround)1 “Are there any among the false gods of the nations that can bring rain? Or can the heavens give showers? Are you not he, O Lord our God? We set our hope on you, for you do all these things.” (Jeremiah 14:22; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Declare that our hope and trust for the future of the United States of America is placed wholly in Jesus! Call for the rain of His Holy Spirit that washes away old structures, uncovers covenant roots, and re-establishes His purposes. Decree the old structures will give way now to the new and renewed! Life will be honored again in this land. Unity will be seen for the very first time. Decree that God is washing away the occult structures holding secrets safe in the darkness. Light, penetrate the darkness! Darkness, get in the light! A prayer you can pray: Father, we declare that all of our hope and trust for the future of this nation lies solely in You, alone. We agree with Eleanor’s declaration and say, “Rain down from heaven! Rain down and wash away old structures. Uncover our covenant roots.” Let the waters run through the streets and rearrange what needs restructuring. We decree that structures that are not aligned with Your purposes will be washed away. Life will once again be sacred. We won’t have to worry about babies growing safely in their mothers’ wombs. Biblical unity – of races, genders, and generations – will be seen for the first time in our nation’s history! The blessing is going to be poured out in Your rain! Darkness, be washed away! Worship and Watch His Realignment “Sing the bowls filled starting now in a new way. God’s turning them over. He’s pouring it upon the land. Through the years we have watched the Lord realign us in His own order. In His order, He first chose our native brothers and sisters to be here. He chooses a “first people” and then He codes DNA within them, so they carry something within them that no other people group carries. Starting now, we are going to see a realignment of races. There will be a realignment of the genders. We’ll watch the generations find each other. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.’” Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Oh, worship Him, for He is worthy to be praised! Worship Him over the nation. See your worship of Him going out to the streets and running through your neighborhood, city, state and nation. See Him realigning things as the worship flows – precious worship, golden through the streets. Decree the realignment. Decree an honoring of the first nation’s peoples, the Native Americans. Decree a realignment of the races. Decree a realignment of the genders. Decree that the generations are aligning for the purposes of God in this time. A prayer you can pray: Father, I will worship You, because You are worthy to be worshipped! I worship You as the God over America – the One, the True, the Only God. I can see my worship joining with that of other Believers across this land, running like golden streams into rivers, rushing through our cities and states and nation. I see that our worship of You is changing things. You are realigning the Native Americans’ relationship to the land and to other people groups. They will be honored here. I decree that there is now coming a realignment of races, genders, and generations for a working together of Your Kingdom purposes. In Jesus’ name, amen. The Tuning Fork Ken Malone brought a tuning fork to The Turnaround. In fact, a number of people did! Chuck Pierce offered a prophetic prayer to the Lord upon hearing the tone of the struck tuning fork: “Father, we ask You to re-tune the ear of this land. Re-tune this nation to hear again. Now that You are re-tuning it to hear the melodious sound for the future that will create the movement for the future, it will now come into the land. We invite the angelic host to come in and realign the sound of this land and its people again.” “People might plan what they want to say, but it is the Lord who gives them the right words. People think that whatever they do is right, but the Lord judges their reason for doing it. Turn to the Lord for help in everything you do, and you will be successful. The Lord has a plan for everything. In his plan, the wicked will be destroyed.” (Proverbs 16:1-4; ERV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Repeat Chuck’s prayer out loud over America. Repeat the invitation for the angelic host to come into the land to realign it with God’s purposes. Declare that God’s plan for America will come to pass in accordance with Proverbs 16:3-4. Ask God to align you with what He is currently doing in the nation. Lay aside old mindsets and identities and get ready for Him to reveal the new to you. A prayer you can pray: “Father, we ask You to re-tune the ear of this land. Re-tune this nation to hear again. Now that You are re-tuning it to hear the melodious sound for the future that will create the movement for the future, it will now come into the land. We invite the angelic host to come in and realign the sound of this land and its people again.” Angelic hosts, you are welcome here! Come to this spot on in the land and carry out God’s plans. We want you to come here. Lord, we believe Your plans for America will come to pass. According to Proverbs 16:3-4, You have the exact right plan for the U.S. right now at this specific time in history. You will tear down and build up, as we intercede in accordance with Your will. Align us, personally, with what You are doing in the nation and in our area. Break all of the old ways of thinking about ourselves and Your Kingdom advancement off of us and re-mantle us the way You see us, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that God is re-tuning the United States to hear Him again!

Dr. Billy Graham’s Legacy “Billy Graham carried his message around the world, but his heart, as Franklin will tell you, was always in America. He took his message to the poorest places, to the downtrodden and to the brokenhearted, to inmates in prison, and to the overlooked and the neglected. Everywhere he went, Reverend Graham delivered the same beautiful message: God loves you. That was his message.  God loves you. We can only imagine the number of lives touched by the preaching and the prayers of Billy Graham –- the hearts he changed, the sorrows he eased, and the joy he brought to so many. The testimony is endless. Today, we give thanks for this extraordinary life. And it’s very fitting that we do so right here in the Rotunda of the United States Capitol, where the memory of the American people is enshrined. Here in this room, we are reminded that America is a nation sustained by prayer.  The painting to my left is of the pilgrims as they embarked for America, holding fast to the Bible and bowing their heads in prayer. Along these walls, we see the faces of Americans who prayed as they stood on the Lexington Green, who prayed as they headed west, prayed as they headed into battle, and prayed as they marched for justice, and always marched for victory. Around us stand the statues of heroes who led the nation in prayer during the great and difficult times, from Washington to Lincoln to Eisenhower to King. And, today, in the center of this great chamber lies legendary Billy Graham, an ambassador for Christ who reminded the world of the power of prayer and the gift of God’s grace.” (President Donald J. Ask the Holy Spirit to draw them to Jesus’ love and salvation. Ask God to make you an instrument of His love, peace, reconciliation, and mercy. Read carefully through the list above of times Americans bowed their head to seek God for their future and the future of their families and nation. Seek the Lord for your future and the future f your family and nation now. Pray for every person you know who is without Jesus today. Don’t be afraid to weep or travail or to war for their soul. You are pitched in an eternal battle for souls. Thank the Lord for your own salvation. Where would you be without Him? Worship Him for His goodness and grace over your life. A prayer you can pray: Father, give me Your heart for the downtrodden, the lonely, the poor, those in prison, and for the brokenhearted. Holy Spirit, draw them to Jesus by Your love and grace! Use me to be a messenger of Your mercy and make me a reconciler of men to God. America’s history, from the time of the Pilgrims, is filled with accounts of those who humbly sought You for their future, the future of their offspring, and the future of the nation they loved. Hear my prayers for these things for myself, my family, and my nation. (Pray for lost loved ones for a bit.) I am so thankful that You saved me, Jesus! I do not know where my life would be without You. I don’t even want to try to imagine it! I will only worship and exalt Your Holy Name, Jesus. Amen. Dr. Billy Graham Was an Answer to prayer “In the spring of 1934, Billy Graham’s father allowed a group of Charlotte businessmen to use a portion of the family’s dairy farm to gather for a day of prayer. On that day, the men prayed for the city.  They prayed that, ‘Out of Charlotte, the Lord would raise up someone to preach the Gospel to the ends of the Earth.’ We are here today, more than 80 years later, because that prayer was truly answered. Billy Graham was 15 years old at the time.  Just a few months later, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. That choice didn’t just change Billy’s life — it changed our lives.  It changed our country, and it changed, in fact, the entire world.” (President Donald J. Look for daily opportunities to share Jesus with others. You never know who the next Billy grahams will be. A prayer you can pray: Father, Satan has done a great job of making us think our prayers don’t count, aren’t heard, won’t be answered, etc., etc. Break any doubt and unbelief off me and off Your Church. We have work to do! The harvest is sitting out there ready, and ready or not, we must get out there into it. I call forth all of those called to preach the Gospel to the whole earth! I ask You to mantle us with a Billy-Graham, fearless mantle, to share Jesus with everyone we meet. I long to pray with others and see our prayers answered. Honoring the Rev. Billy Graham Today, the greatest evangelist of the twentieth century will lie in honor in the rotunda of the United States Capitol. He has gone to glory at the age of 99! He ministered to the masses, to Presidents, and to many from all walks of life. Many prophetic voices have proclaimed that his passing would be the marking of the beginning of a great harvest of souls unlike the world has ever seen. Some say he will be like a seed falling to the ground and a large number of evangelists will arise in his stead. One thing is for sure, there was never anyone anointed for evangelism like him on the earth in our lifetime. We are believing for the multiplication of that anointing on a multitude of evangelists and for a resulting harvest of souls! “Let him know that whoever brings back a sinner from his wandering will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.” (James 5:20; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thank the Lord for the Rev. Billy Graham’s life and legacy, and for the multitude of souls he brought into the Kingdom. Maybe you were one of them! Thank the Lord for government leaders that decided to honor this man of God. Call forth those who will live James 5:20, turning sinners from their wandering, saving their souls from death, and covering a multitude of sins. Pray for the harvest for a few minutes. Pray for every lost soul you know. Decide to introduce someone to Jesus today. A prayer you can pray: Father, I thank you for Billy Graham. His life was well-lived for You and he finished well, as expressed by the fact that our government chose to honor him by inviting him to lie in honor in our nation’s Capitol Rotunda. Untold thousands have come to know You through his preaching of the Gospel. What a rich harvest he has to present to You! But that is nothing compared to the lost souls this next generation of harvesters will bring into the Kingdom! We call them forth now into their calling! We pray for every lost person we know! We say to the devil that he cannot hold them in bondage any longer. A seed has fallen into the ground and we will watch a multiplication of evangelism take place now. Lead me to the one You want me to introduce to You today, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that Billy Graham’s anointing of evangelist will multiply into an army of evangelists reaping a great harvest of souls!

Acceleration of Kingdom Government “I say, ‘There will be an acceleration in the nations amongst you. There will be a rearrangement of the foundations of the land that I have brought in here.’ I say to you, ‘A government of Kingdom will now begin to arise and pave the way for changes that will cause this land to shine again.’ Everything is turning around.” (Chuck Pierce, 2/22/18, The Turnaround)1 “And he said, ‘With what can we compare the kingdom of God, or what parable shall we use for it? It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when sown on the ground, is the smallest of all the seeds on earth, yet when it is sown it grows up and becomes larger than all the garden plants and puts out large branches, so that the birds of the air can make nests in its shade.’” (Mark 4:30-32; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: The 10 months of turmoil has passed and now, watch for the turmoil to turn into 3 years of blessing in America. This is the Word of the Lord through Chuck 10 months ago. Believe. Watch the media for truth will be spoken more and more. Decree that they will be compelled to report the truth. Watch the FBI and DOJ, White House and State Department, for you will see uncoverings and you will see whistleblowers coming forward. Call the truth out of the darkness and into the light. Declare that the Kingdom of God has come to the United States and it is light and life and truth and justice and righteousness and joy and grace and peace in the Holy Ghost! Shine, Jesus, shine, all across this land! A prayer you can pray: Father, I believe the Word You have spoken through the prophet, Chuck Pierce. Thank you for this servant who is unafraid to say whatever You tell him to say. I believe the Turnaround time is upon us. Your Kingdom government is rising in and through Your Ekklesia. You are filling our mouths with Your Word and Your decrees. I decree that media will be compelled to report truth! I decree that the President will be exonerated and others will be exposed in their guilt. I decree that those who know what the truth is in the DOJ, FBI, White House and State Department will have a safe way to come forward. The Kingdom of God will permeate the government of man in Jesus name! Amen. Whirlpools and Keys “’I am creating a whirlpool. Things are beginning to bubble in a way they have never bubbled to the surface before. Things are beginning to be rearranged. In the midst of the rearrangement, the new will begin. Do not look the way you have seen in the past, but look at the way the I begin to rearrange and bring My order in. I say keys will begin to fall from heaven throughout this entire land. There will be a ring of keys in days ahead, and from that I will begin unlocking pools of healing from the land. I say to you that whirlpools and redoing of the land begins. You have endured until now. Decree that God’s whirlpool that will rearrange America is spinning. Watch carefully now. Commit to watch and decree what God tells you to decree. Say, “God is rearranging the government of America. It will not look like anything we have expected. Behold, He is doing a new thing!” See His Isaiah 22:22 keys in your hand. Decree that the healing of the land is being unlocked. Decree that healing of the water is being unlocked. Decree the healing pools to be uncovered. Decree that even new healing products from the land and water will be created. Continue to pray as He gives you revelation. Ask God to encourage His Ekklesia, refresh the battle weary, dust us off and stand us up again. Ask for new vision and creativity to be downloaded from on high to the Church. Thank Him for the new! A prayer you can pray: Father, we don’t have to understand what You are saying through the prophets, we must simply believe them. So, we grab hold of the Word of the Lord and decree it over America. Your whirlpool is forming and rearranging what has been into what You need for the future. Your Ekklesia will gather ourselves and decree Your decrees without natural expectation. We will watch for what You are forming, for You are forming what is needed for the future of this land. You are healing the land at a deeper level. You are healing the waters and they will become healing waters. Refresh Your people! Give creativity to Your Body. Heal our land, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: God’s whirlpool is spinning and words of decree are forming. Acceleration Due to Revelation I’ve been a part of the spiritual warfare movement and that world for the last 35 years. I know what it’s like to war. I know what it’s like to plow. I know what it’s like to travail. In the dream I had ten years ago about taking down the giants with Everlast (Covenant with God) and Evergreen (the Eternal One), it wasn’t about how well we punched, but about the revelation we carried. Are we moving in the revelation that it’s not about me? It’s not about my strengths. It’s not about my weaknesses. It’s all about Him. Are we in covenant with Him? What used to take ten years will take just a few months. Prayer teams will go into nations or neighborhoods. We used to have to send teams into an area hundreds of times, but now I think we’ll send a team in and in just a couple of weeks or months revival will break out in that area. “What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith.” (Philippians 3:8-9; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Humble yourself before the Lord as you remember that all your “skill in intercession” comes from Him and your obedience to His direction, not because you are a skilled intercessor. Intercede for the transformation of our inner cities. Declare that entire gangs there will be saved. Call for the answers to systemic poverty. Decree that people like Saul of Tarsus that opposed the Lord and persecuted Christians are going to be transformed. Say that they will become messengers for Christ overnight! Command the darkness to roll back and give way to the light and life of Christ that is now penetrating dark places. Write down what you are praying for and watch God do it now. A prayer you can pray: Lord, I come before You in humility today. Forgive me where I have thought I am such a hot shot in intercession. If I have wandered off and addressed the darkness on my own without You, lovingly draw me back and whisper in my ear Your plans again. Tell me what to decree and declare. Mantle me with faith to believe You. I command the inner cities of America to give up their captives – those drowning in the darkness. You can’t hide any more. God is shining His light in and there’s nowhere to run, except to that light of Christ. I decree that those persecuting Believers in America will turn to God in a miracle moment. They will repent and be the greatest followers of Christ. Thank you, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Light will shine in the darkness and the darkness will not be able to overcome it!

This is the Era! There are parts of the earth right now that If you would go there and openly begin to worship the Lord Jesus Christ publicly, the authorities there would take your head off. Ten years from now, they will be strongholds of righteousness and life. Giants are about to be dealt with on this planet that have ruled certain portions of it, not just for centuries, but for millennia. I believe that in this new era that we are about to move into we are going to see set-free areas that, since the fall, have never been out from under the dominion of strong principalities and evil spirits. There are parts of the earth that have always been I darkness. This is the season they will be liberated and transformed into strongholds of righteousness! “And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come.” (Matthew 24:14; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray for the cities in your area that have areas so dark that no one can walk the streets at night for fear of their lives. Declare that in just a few years from now there will be no fear, because such revival is going to sweep through there that it will be a stronghold of life! Declare that this move of God is coming to schools and college campuses. Declare that governments and governmental departments will shift, as God’s plans are honored. Decree that iniquitous generational structures in marriages are coming down and marriages will be healed. Say that business leaders will be swept into the Kingdom and this spirit of Life and Light will transform businesses, making them even more profitable. A prayer you can pray: Lord, there are parts of (name places near you) where my children and I cannot go, because they are so dangerous. I am agreeing with You and Your Word that this will all turn around in the next few years. Those areas that are darkest will soon experience great revival! You will not leave them in darkness, Lord. The schools will come alive! Government will revive and have real God-initiated answers. Marriages will be healed as men and women come to Christ and repent of generational cycles of iniquity. Also, businesses will flourish as their owners and leaders come into the Kingdom, then bring forth Kingdom answers for prosperity and job expansion. Come Light of the World, Jesus, into our communities! You are welcome here! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the God’s move of righteousness is about to transform the darkest arenas in the earth!

Pioneering Hebron David did not start ruling from Jerusalem when he became King. He started ruling from Hebron. So, the highest place in the land is the place of friendship with God. It is from the place of friendship with God that authority and rule is released. So, the Lord had told me that “pioneering Hebron” was taking out the giants. “Pioneering Hebron” is transforming strongholds of darkness into strongholds of light. Places of destruction, devastation, and oppression will be transformed into places of freedom, life, and salvation. If God is going to pioneer Hebron again, it means that places on planet earth that are now ruled by spiritual giants are about to be dealt with by the Church. We’re going to transform these strongholds of darkness into places of life, peace, safety, and salvation again. “Let me tell you why you are here. You’re here to be salt-seasoning that brings out the God-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness, how will people taste godliness? You’ve lost your usefulness and will end up in the garbage.” (Matthew 5:13; MSG) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Decree that the harvest of souls has begun and people will be transformed by the love, forgiveness and grace of Jesus. Decree that our government will be a place ruled by righteous justice. Decree that our schools, especially our colleges and universities, will be places ruled by love and truth. Decree that our businesses will be places ruled by fairness and prosperity, breaking the bonds of poverty in the land. Decree that our largest or darkest cities will be vibrant and life-giving, where there has been a breeding ground of hopelessness, homelessness, poverty, crime, drugs, every manner of perversion. and chaos. A prayer you can pray: Father, we are excited, because we can see that the harvest is coming in. Lives will be transformed by the love and forgiveness of Jesus whom we will introduce to everyone everywhere we go. We decree that the transformation of souls will transform their environments. Government will be transformed from corrupt to righteous and just. Schools will be transformed from morally dark to life-giving and destiny-forming. Businesses will be transformed into incubators of economic creativity and properity. Our darkest cities’ giants of homelessness, hopelessness, poverty, crime, drugs, immorality, and chaos will be transformed into places of hope, security, and safety.
