Will the Enemy Overplay His Hand? Will the Church ever learn to rest? I didn’t say “relax and be complacent”. I said “rest”. You know, that Hebrews 4 “rest” that God encourages us to enter? That faith-filled, confident-in-Who-He-is, rest? God is not up in heaven wringing His hands over the political situation in Washington. What He has begun, He will complete. He started this process in order to cause upheaval in D.C. in order to clean things out and shift things we have prayed about for many years. This is what answered prayer looks like—not always pretty and orderly, but always victorious in the end! Look at the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ. The enemy thought he had destroyed God and His plan. Ha! Far from it! The enemy had overplayed his hand and God surprised him by using it to save humanity! God has done this over and over again throughout history. Do you not realize this is what He is doing again? “You plotted evil against me, but God turned it into good, in order to preserve the lives of many people who are alive today because of what happened.” (Genesis 50:20; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Resting can be active. It’s an attitude of the heart. Repent if you feel anxious or fearful over the things you see and hear about in Washington, D.C. Tell the Lord how much You love and trust Him. Ask Him to deepen your trust in Him. Pray for the Senate to know exactly what actions to take this week to ensure a conservative, constitutional Justice is confirmed to the Supreme Court. Ask God to help you see what He is doing to take advantage of every plan of the enemy to abort His plans. Watch God turn the tables over on the enemy and set things up for the future, ensuring a conservative Court for many decades to come. A prayer you can pray: Father, I need to fully enter Your Rest! Forgive me my anxiousness and emotion that is rooted in fear. I admit I am not fully aware of Your Ways. Teach me, Lord. Let me tuck in close to You, where I can hear Your whisper and see from Your vantage point. Things are very chaotic over the confirmation process of Judge Gorsuch to the Supreme Court, but I think You have a plan and it is actually unfolding. What the enemy is using to make both political sides look unreasonable, I think You will use to begin the process of shifting the Supreme Court to the exact long-term position this nation needs! Praise You, Jesus! I agree with You and Your plan! Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that what the enemy means for evil, God will turn for good, and He will save our nation and settle it into His plan for many years to come!

Honoring the Lord Over America It is time for the Lord to be honored once again in our nation, especially at the governmental level. If you are in Washington, D.C., this week or can easily get there, go and worship God openly in the streets. Exalt Him in the nation’s capital over the nation’s capital. Don’t be afraid! Proclaim in word and praise the words of Daniel 2:20-22 and other passages of scripture that lift the Lord up in honor over our land. Decree, decree, decree the very Word of God! If you cannot get there, then do this from where you are. You are an American. Call for the honoring of God in America! “Let the Name of God be blessed forever and ever, for wisdom and power belong to Him. It is He who changes the time and epochs; He removes kings and establishes kings; He gives wisdom to wise men and knowledge to men of understanding.” (Daniel 2:20-22; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Time to praise Him! Declare His glory and majesty over America! Speak forth with passion what You know God desires for the U.S. Get radical! Praise Him publicly. Tell someone you have never met before just how wonderful He is! A prayer you can pray: Father, we lift Your Name up high over America! We declare that God’s Name will be honored in the United States once again! We say that those in the halls of government shall praise You and that Your Will will be done in this nation! As we praise You, You act to save us! Grace us to step out of our comfort zones and praise You, Jesus. This is not a time to shrink back, but to be bold and fearless! Amen. Today’s decree: We proclaim the Name of the Lord is blessed forever and ever and that wisdom and all power belong to Him. We say that it is He who changes the times and epochs and that He is the one that can remove kings and establish them. He bestows wisdom and understanding on those He chooses to give it to! We exalt His wonderful name on high!

Praying for Neil Gorsuch In a stormy season, there’s another storm brewing this week in Washington, D.C. At the middle of this squall is a potential Supreme Court Justice—Neil Gorsuch. He is possibly more conservative than Justice Antonin Scalia, whom he would replace. God is not moved by storms, but He is peace in the midst of them! Conservatives’ goal is to confirm Judge Gorsuch in the Senate and in the House by Friday, April 7. A few democrats have split from their party on this vote, as Gorsuch is a strong candidate for this position. However, a filibuster and a “nuclear option” are being poised as weapons in this battle. “They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.” (1 Peter 3:11; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray for the confirmation of Neil Gorsuch. Pray that the “fighting” will be minimal and the confirmation process short and to the point. Pray that the peace of God will invade the middle of the storm. Declare, “Peace, be still!” Pray for Judge Gorsuch and his family, that they will not waver in their faith that God will be faithful to them. Pray that all Justices on the Supreme Court return to the task of impartially interpreting the laws as constitutional or not, as opposed to legislating from the bench. A prayer you can pray: Father, we pray for the completion of Judge Neil Gorsuch’s confirmation process. This storm is building with political threats and positioning for chaos. We speak into the midst of this storm and we declare, “Peace! Be still!” As Neil Gorsuch has put his trust in You, Lord, bless him and his family with Your Rest and Peace. It is time for our Supreme Court to return to the activity it was founded for—to determine if laws are constitutional, and that is all! Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that the way has made clear through the intercession of the Saints for Judge Neil Gorsuch to be confirmed as A Supreme Court Justice.

Swamp Wars “As I was praying for the nation today, I had a vision of a swamp being drained. However, as it was emptying, there were a number of ‘swamp creatures’ that became visible. There were alligators and poisonous snakes, among others. Suddenly, a big war began over the remaining ‘swamp water’. The creatures began to turn on each other for territory. Then, I saw swamp hunters aggressively wade into the mix. The battle was horrific and the hunters suffered injury, but they continued fighting on. The interpretation of this is that the situation in Washington is going to heat up even more! It is going to get vicious. It will heat up until it will seem difficult to see what is really happening.” (Cindy Jacobs)1 Give Him 15 minutes in prayer1: Rejoice! This vision was given to encourageus, as intercessors for the nation, to have the courage to aggressively fight for righteousness! Call even more things that are hidden into to light. Intercede for the time coming when some of the “swamp creatures” turn on each other. Pray for God to exalt the humble and give the proud the opportunity to repent. Pray for those who are fighting for what is right in Washington. When you see the swamp war getting more vicious, press in deeper in intercession— it is a sign that progress is being made! A prayer you can pray: Father, we rejoice that You gave this vision about a war in the Washington swamp, so Your intercessors in America can be encouraged! Give us the grace to press in and aggressively fight on our knees. We call everything in darkness to get in the Light! We ask You to speak clearly to us as to how You would have us intercede in this chaotic time. Raise up the humble and give the proud every opportunity to repent, lest they fall publicly for all to see. Keep our spiritual eyes open for moments were deeper intercession is needed, until we see Your victories in our nation. In the name of Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that we will not fear, but will thank the Lord for bringing everything into the light, so that we can clearly see, for the purposes of intercession, what’s really going on. 1 Learn more about Cindy Jacobs and Generals International here.

God Wins! Can you feel the shifting of the winds? Can you sense that the season has changed? Something is different. God’s Kingdom is expanding in the midst of chaos. This is what God does. This is what He excels at—surprising the enemy and causing the Kingdom to advance when the enemy least expects it. He is determined to fulfill His promise to His Son and bring to Him the nations of the earth, including the United States of America. God’s zealous for this and we can join Him and ride on the wind of His covenant fulfillment! Let the Church hear what the Spirit is saying to us. “Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.” (Psalm 9:7; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Exalt Jesus! Decree that the time for the greatest expansion of God’s Kingdom has come! Declare Psalm 9:7. Proclaim that the Father has promised the Son an inheritance of every nation of the earth, including this nation, and the wind of this harvest is in motion! A prayer you can pray: Lord, we exalt You over this nation and in the nations. We exalt the Name of Jesus. We decree that we have moved into the greatest season of the Church. The best days are not behind us, but in front of us. We are part of an ever-increasing Kingdom that is without end. Our King reigns over all the earth. You asked the Father for the nations of the earth as Your inheritance and He promised You that He would have people from every corner of the earth. The greatest movement, the greatest wind, the greatest harvest the world has ever seen in now gaining momentum! Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that You will show Yourself strong in this nation, but not only in this nation, but in all the nations of the earth—in the Muslim nations and the Hindu nations and other nations where false religions rule, but also in the apostate Christian nations of Europe! You win!

Toxic Government Waste “Beginning April 4th and going until July 4th, we will see the next tsunami effect on our nation from the Trumpquake that God has redemptively unleashed onto our nation. I saw a vision of a huge lid over a pit of toxic waste being lifted off—and the stench and fumes being quite intense. I believe this represents hidden darkness in government, in business, and in media being exposed as the preliminary step towards coming reformation to all three areas. Hordes of Hell have protected purveyors of high level darkness involved in all sorts of tawdry acts and deeds and it is now time for that cover to be blown. It will not make for a pretty sight but it is a needed step in the overall throngs of reformation that are now gripping our nation.” (Johnny Enlow)1 “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.” (Isaiah 5:20; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: PRAY! Your prayers and decrees in agreement with the immense army of angels assigned to this task will make this even more effective.1 Command the darkness in the government of our nation to get in the Light! Pray for full exposure of the media’s connection to the toxic government situation. Ask the Lord to reveal all areas where hidden, self-dealing business deals have taken place, especially where they are connected to the government. Proclaim that the reformation of America is beginning and advancing quickly. A prayer you can pray: Father, it is TIME for the exposure of corruption in government. Help Your Church not to be afraid of the stench of the uncovering, but to be bold in our intercession! This step is critical for the peeling back of the darkness. We ask that media would redeem themselves in the truthful work uncovering of this darkness. We intercede that business dealings that benefit individuals and corporations over the government and people of the nation would be revealed, as well. Let the American Reformation quickly break forth! Thank You Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: Decree that the protected darkness will now lose its cover. Mighty angels fight on with new intensity and new ferocity. Kingdom come!1 1 Learn more about Johnny Enlow here.

Healing the Land in the Inner City “As we read 2 Chronicles 7:14, we discover that for our land to be healed, God’s Presence is essential. His holy transformational success must always take precedence over government, community, and church programs. In this passage, the Lord encourages His Church to prepare the way for the program of His Presence to come and heal the land. The Lord will respond namely to humility, holiness, repentance, desperate prayer, and faith.” (Rickie Bradshaw)1 “If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14; KJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray for Revival and Spiritual Awakening in the inner city. Pray that we will seek the Kingdom of God with desperate prayers of repentance. Pray that we will be hungry and thirsty for righteousness through a season of fasting in the inner city. Pray that the watchmen will take no rest for themselves and give Him no rest until He makes inner cities a praise in the earth. A prayer you can pray: Father we cry out for revival and spiritual awakening in the inner city! May we seek Your Kingdom in persistent passionate intercession, repenting for the sins of our nation. God, may we fast and pray until you make us hungry and thirsty for righteousness in our inner cities! Lord, we position ourselves to watch carefully and listen acutely for the signs of revival among us. In Jesus’ name. Amen. Today’s decree: Let the watchmen take no rest for themselves and give Him no rest until He makes American inner cities a praise in the earth! 1 Learn more about Rickie Bradshaw here.

Reconciliation for the Inner City – Healing the Racial Divide “What makes the good news of Jesus Christ good news is the reconciliation between God and man and the reconciliation between Jews and Gentiles. The inner city of America is in dire need of reconciliation. Reconciliation is the healing balm for any community that is far from the reality of reconciliation. Martin Luther King expressed in his I Have a Dream speech, the reality of reconciliation in the inner city. I quote, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. I have a dream today.’ This is a dream that is deeply rooted in the healing of not only the inner city, but the Nation as a whole. The Church of Jesus Christ is the best model for demonstrating The Dream. The Reconciled Church Movement represents the prayer focuses today that reflect the message of reconciliation in a comprehensive way. Join us in praying for reconciliation in the inner city.” (Rickie Bradshaw)1 “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.” (2 Corinthians 5:17-18; KJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer (Taken from The Reconciled Church www.thereconciledchurch.org/seven-spheres): Pray that prayer will be perpetually offered to God requesting wisdom and divine aid for the multi-generational fulfillment of the Great Commandment (John 17:1-26; love and unity) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20). Pray for the community to deal with citizen and law enforcement rights and issues that threaten to denigrate, deteriorate, debilitate, or devastate the highest quality of life for urban residents. Pray for compassionate outreaches with Christian faith-based interdenominational and multi-ethnic Christian-based social services. Pray that the reconciled church of Jesus Christ will lead the nation in becoming a reconciled nation. A prayer you can pray: Father, keep Your Church praying for wisdom and Divine aid for the fulfillment of the Great Commandment and the Commission in America! We want the fullness of this Third Great Awakening to be manifest in our nation! May it explode in the inner cities, driving the devastation and deterioration out, and replacing those things with Life and that abundantly! Cause city transformation where compassionate outreaches spring up and overtake the darkness, turning spiritual and societal death to life! Reconcile the Church across races, generations and denominations, and may our unity command Your blessings until peace is in the land. In the mighty transforming name of Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: The Church, not the government, is the answer to God’s dream for America! 1 Learn more about Rickie Bradshaw here.

Relating Justice to the Healing of the Inner City – Praying for the Department of Justice “In the inner cities of America, justice is unity. The American dream for the inner city is equality with the whole. The issue of the inner city is fatherlessness that produces a community of orphans. It catalyzes a widow spirit. Ultimately it carries a cry for justice from orphans and widows, justice for the widow and the orphan because of the systematic injustices of a fatherless generation of citizens. In Luke 18, Jesus tells a story about a widow who was losing heart because of justice being denied. Her resolve to persistently pursue a judge who did not fear God or man, led her to justice received. “Justice denied” became “justice being heard”. Jesus shared this story to remind us of the power of persistent prayer. He will hear it! May the Son of Man find such faith on the earth when He comes. Praise to Him who is the Judge of judges and King of kings.” (Rickie Bradshaw)1 “And shall not God avenge His own elect, which cry day and night unto Him, though He bear long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of Man cometh, shall He find [this kind of faith] faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:7-8; KJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray for Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the Department of Justice as they oversee The Office of the Attorney General. Pray for Attorney General Sessions in his efforts to combat violent crime and restore public safety in the inner city. Pray for criminal justice reform in assisting offenders in becoming law-abiding returning citizens. Pray for the Office on Violence Against Women, the Office of Project Safe Childhood, the Office of Elder Justice Initiative, the Office of Victims of Crime, and other offices in the DOJ that directly relate to the inner cities of America. Pray for a mighty movement of persistent prayer among those who live in the inner city and that the church will become more strategically involved with the criminal justice system. (Taken from The Reconciled Church thereconciledchurch.org/seven-spheres) A prayer you can pray: Lord, You are a God of Justice. Send a move of righteous justice to the inner cities, such that the cries of the widows and the orphans are heard. We pray for the government agencies that deal with justice: the Department of Justice under Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the Office of Violence Against Women, the Office of Project Safe Childhood, the Office of Elder Justice Initiative, etc. Please make them as efficient as possible and filled with righteous ones who will know how to carry out efficient justice on behalf of the most needy. End violence in our cities, Lord. Grant us grace and peace, in Jesus’ name. Amen. Today’s decree: Our God is a righteous Judge who cares for the widows and orphans and executes justice on their behalf! 1 Learn more about Rickie Bradshaw here.

Pray for Better and Affordable Housing in the Inner City “The housing situation in the inner city suffers from a lack of community members experiencing home ownership, and it suffers from conditions that work against the possibility of self-reliant life. Home ownership is critical in providing a pathway from government-supported housing and generational poverty. As we pray for the walls of generational poverty to be torn down and rebuilt with hope-giving alternatives in the inner city and the magnitude of its plight upon its citizens who live there, we realize the need to approach this with an awareness for spiritual reformation in the inner city. Let us pray for such.” (Rickie Bradshaw)1 “Except the Lord build a house, they labour in vain that build it. Except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.” (Psalm 127:1; KJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray for the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Ben Carson, as he advises President Trump on matters of housing for low income families and programs that affect the revitalization of distressed communities. Pray for the spiritual revitalization of the inner city. As the Housing budget decreases – pray that low income families will be equipped in personal financial training, credit repair, and benevolence, and that many other dimensions of economic equipping can be launched from churches. (Taken from The Reconciled Church thereconciledchurch.org/seven-spheres.) Give thanks to God that every American has the unalienable right to pursue the American dream of home ownership. A prayer you can pray: Father, we pray that You would move in a deep and rich way in our inner cities. Where there are these multitudes of people in need of You, raise up an army of Believers to share the message of the Kingdom in word and deed. Let Your Church rise up to ask You for creative ways to replace the loss of government funds. May Believers graced with financial wisdom use their gifts now to assist with financial training, credit repair and other things needed, so that homes can be owned by the poor and communities revitalized. We know You will do this, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that God will provide the means for inner city families to pursue the American dream of home ownership and to revitalize their environments with support of the Church! 1 Learn more about Rickie Bradshaw here.

Payer for the Health Services in the Inner City According to a report by the American Health Foundation, while Americans have made substantial health gains in key areas, the report highlights serious challenges for the country that are eroding these hard-won gains. Rising rates of obesity and cardiovascular disease and drug deaths signal serious health challenges. Among those who live in the inner city, the rate for obesity is nearly 50%, and among children, above 20%, according to The State of Obesity.2 Census results in 2010 reveal that Planned Parenthood is targeting minority neighborhoods. Seventy-nine percent of its surgical abortion facilities are located within walking distance of African American or Hispanic/Latino neighborhoods in the inner city, per the Executive Summary of Protecting Black Life.3 Let us pray for better policies in Health and Human Services for our communities.” (Rickie Bradshaw)1 “And great multitudes came unto Him, having with them those who were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus’ feet; and He healed them.” (Matthew 15:30: KJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray for the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Mr. Tom Price, as he advises President Trump on matters of health, welfare, and income security programs. Pray for programs and services that will help to introduce, rebuild, restore and/or enhance the divine sanctity of life, the discovery of personal and relational identity, purpose and destiny. (Taken from The Reconciled Church) thereconciledchurch.org/seven-spheres Pray for a decrease in funding health clinics for abortions in the inner cities and for an increase in alternative health care programs for pregnant women. Pray for more private healthy food services that are made available for children and their families in the inner city. Pray for the residents in the inner city to experience the healing presence and power of Jesus Christ. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we pray first for the ending of abortion in America. African Americans and Latinos in our inner cities are targeted for this horrific procedure. We cry out for these sons and daughters of our nation. Save them, Lord! We pray for HHS Secretary Tom Price and ask that you grant him wisdom. May he press for the elimination of funding for abortion and an increase in funding for family medical clinics—truly caring for the health of the women and children in the inner cities. And foremost, we ask that Jesus, our Healer, would be manifest your love and healing to this segment of our population, especially. Thank You, Lord. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that You will give strategies for the care of the health of those living in the inner cities and that abortion will end in America, especially in the inner cities! 1 Learn more about Rickie Bradshaw here. 2 “Rates and Trends”, The State of Obesity, September 2016. 3/20/17. 3 “Facts About Abortion”, ProtectingBlackLife.org, 2017. 03/20/17.

Pray for the Educational System in the Inner City “It is obvious that our educational system is failing in the inner cities of America. In the scriptures, the Lord assures His disciples that we can do nothing without Him. Let me share a short story of a pastor whose life was changed while attending a school in the inner city as a child. He said and I quote, ‘I remember in 1963 we were allowed to pray every morning in my third-grade class. In fact, the entire class of third grade students in the public school district was taken on a field trip to see a movie called, King of Kings. This field trip gave me the first opportunity to experience the knowledge of God in living color. It has made a profound impact on my life for nearly 55 years.’ He went on to say, ‘But something happened the next year when I entered the fourth grade that changed the trajectory of our educational system. Our educational system concluded that we did not need to allow our students and their families the option of being educated with the knowledge of the God in whom we trust.’ He concludes, that by making this profound, but deadly, choice in the education system of America, ‘We deliberately chose to educate our children without Him.’ Just a thought for prayer.” (Rickie Bradshaw)1 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children; ….. you can do nothing without Me.” (Hosea 4:6; John 15:5; NKJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray for Secretary of Education, Madam Secretary Betsy Devos, as she advises the President on federal policies, programs and activities related to education in inner cities of America. Pray that our students and their families in the inner city will have the opportunity to choose educational programs that will allow Christ-centered Biblical education as a subject matter. Pray for making education in America great again through school choice but not at the expense of neglecting the inner-city poor, who often have very few choices available. Pray for increased access to early educational programs prior to kindergarten for children. Pray that churches will play a major role in offering academic and character building enrichment programs to students in middle and high schools in the inner city. (Taken from “The Reconciled Church – Seven Bridges to Peace”) A prayer you can pray: Father, forgive this nation for deciding that we did not need You involved in the educational process of our children. Professing to be wise, we are now reaping the reality of our foolishness, especially in our inner-city schools. We need Christ-centered programs. We ask for compassionate choices for our students in the inner cities. May they not be left behind, Lord. With both parents working, or parents not able to provide healthy breakfasts, our inner-city students often need before and after-school programs. Show the school districts and the Church how to provide them. We know these students are loved by You and You are concerned about all that concerns them. Thank You for giving Betsy DeVos and her team godly solutions to our inner-city school needs. In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: The compassion of Jesus will move to give our nation’s leaders answers for the education of our children, especially those in the greatest need—our inner city school children. 1 Learn more about Rickie Bradshaw here.
