Requiring Only a Remnant Some Christians say that God can’t extend mercy to this nation because there is still too much sin in America. My answer to them is always the same, “God never requires a majority of people to have repented.” God never even requires a majority of the Church to have repented and be crying out to Him. In order to turn curses into blessings, God has always required only a remnant. Show me any restoration in scripture where He didn’t use a remnant to get it done. There has been a faithful remnant crying out to God for turnaround in this nation for 25 or 30 years, and I believe we’ve reached a tipping point. “Unless the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.” (Isaiah 1:9; NKJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Have you been a part of the faithful remnant praying for 25 or 30 years? Stir up the faith within you and pray with fresh fervency. Determine not to give up! Bless the remnant. Intercede for them to be refreshed, restored, renewed, and not give up hope. Show us what we can identificationally repent for. It only takes one standing in the gap to get the job done. Ask the Lord to raise up fresh “troops”. Ask for new Believers and younger Christians who can be trained to intercede for revival in America. Make yourself ready to be an encourager of the weary saints and a mentor to new intercessors. A prayer you can pray: Lord, let the praying remnant, even if it’s hundreds of thousands, stir up their most holy faith and keep praying for the turnaround of this nation. Sharpen our ability to know what You want us to identificationally repent for. Give us a greater tenacity and let us see small victories along the way. Let hope arise! Restore, renew, and refresh us! Let us raise up and mentor younger Christians in intercession, so we continuously add to the ranks of this praying army. Breathe new life on this remnant. In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: A repentant remnant of the Church can turn America to God!

Praying and Voting We have a midterm election coming up on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. Why am I mentioning this so soon? Well, it has been said that elections can be won or lost at the point of a primary election. A primary election is held first to determine who will represent a specific party during the General Election. In many states we are in the season of primary elections. Every other year, we vote on a president. The election in the middle of presidential elections typically has a very low voter turnout. This is that “off year”. The election in 2016 was swayed to the conservative side, largely over religious freedom and morality issues. Christians came to the polls because it was a year to elect a president. However, as Christians, we can’t just come out for a presidential election. Congress makes the laws and all of the House of Representatives and ⅓ of the U.S. Senators are up for re-election every two years. Want to make a difference? Get out and vote “Learn to do what is right! Promote justice! Give the oppressed reason to celebrate! Take up the cause of the orphan! Defend the rights of the widow!” (Isaiah 1:17; NET) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Voting is one important thing Christians can do to impact the United States. Here is a place to find when your state’s primary elections will be held. Go to your Secretary of State’s or County Clerk’s websites under “Elections Division” and you should find where you can vote. Every state has different voter registration requirements. Find them here. Pray for the upcoming elections in your state and for the United States midterm elections. Ask God for your state to choose righteous candidates that will write righteous laws. Intercede for the Body of Christ to understand the importance of voting in every single election they are eligible to vote in, to register, and to get to the polls during every election, local (civic), state, national primaries, run-off elections, and national general elections. Declare the Kingdom of God will be expanded in part through the voting booth. A prayer you can pray: God, I believe it is my right and privilege to be able to make my voice heard nationally through the voting process. The information is out there. Give me a desire to do what I can to make a difference in America through the voting box. Let more and more God-fearing men and women run for office. Stir Christians to register to vote and understand the importance of going and voting whenever there is an election opportunity—from school board elections, local and state elections, to primaries, run-offs and national general elections. We need to get out there and vote! I know You can change our society if all of Your people were moved to go vote! Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I will pray and I will vote!

The United States Moves Its Embassy to Jerusalem “We have no better friends in the world. You stand for Israel and you stand for Jerusalem. Thank you. Today, the embassy of the most powerful nation on earth, our greatest ally, the United States of America, today its embassy opened here. In Jerusalem, Abraham passed the greatest test of faith and the right to be the father of our nation. In Jerusalem, King David established our capital three thousand years ago. In Jerusalem, King Solomon built our Temple, which stood for many centuries. In Jerusalem, Jewish exiles from Babylon rebuilt the Temple, which stood for many more centuries. We are in Jerusalem and we are here to stay. Exactly 70 years ago today, President Truman became the first world leader to recognize the newborn Jewish state. Last December, President Trump became the first world leader to recognize Jerusalem as our capital. And today, the United States of America is opening its embassy right here in Jerusalem.”1 “Jerusalem! What a magnificent city! Buildings so close together, so compact. God’s people belong here. Every tribe of the Eternal makes its way to Jerusalem—just as God decreed for Israel to come together and give thanks to the Eternal. In Jerusalem, justice is the order of the day because there sit the judges and kings, the descendants of David.” (Psalm 122:3-5; VOICE) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Rejoice, rejoice for a miracle has occurred in Jerusalem—the United States has moved its embassy there! Friends and allies displayed covenant with one another there. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Bless President Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, and all those who work diligently to make this moment a reality. Mr. Netanyahu said that truth and peace are interconnected.1 Pray that truth, peace and justice will be established in Jerusalem between our two nations. A prayer you can pray: Father, what a magnificent day! What a day for rejoicing! What a day to watch Biblical prophecies come to pass! What a day to celebrate the covenant between the United States of America and Israel! We know the enemies of Israel will not be happy about this. However, they are people you love, as well. So, we ask for peace among all those living in Jerusalem and all the surrounding area. Only You can bring that level of peace, Jesus, because You are the Prince of Peace. We bless President Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, and all those who made this happen. Let Benjamin Netanyahu’s words come to pass, and let truth and peace intertwine with one another, regardless of what any foes think. May nothing come between America and Israel, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree an everlasting covenant between Israel and America. We will be friends forever! 1 Excerpted from “Full text of Netanyahu’s speech at the opening of the US Embassy in Jerusalem.” Times of Israel.com, 5/14/18. Accessed 5/14/18.

Faith-Based Adoption Agencies “Last week, the Kansas Legislature passed the Adoption Protection Act, making Kansas the ninth state to protect the right of faith-based adoption agencies to continue their good work. Kansas followed Oklahoma, which also passed a similar measure yesterday. You may be wondering why we need laws to protect faith-based adoption agencies. The reason is that radical Leftist activists want to see faith-based adoption agencies shut down across the country. They believe that agencies whose mission is to place children without a family in a loving home with a mother and a father is ‘discriminatory.’ They’d rather see these agencies forced to close down—resulting in less opportunities for children to find a forever family—than to let them continue to live out their faith in their adoption ministry.”1 Pray for these bills to be signed by their governors. If you live in one of these states, contact your Governor to ask them to sign the Act. “[The Lord] defends the orphans and widows, but he blocks the way of the wicked.” (Psalm 146:9b,c; NCV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray for the governors of Kansas and Oklahoma to sign the Adoption Protection Acts into law. Call your governors, if you live in one of these states: Kansas and Oklahoma. Find out if your state has a similar law. Call your local state legislator’s office and ask. Learn how to contact your state and local officials. If not, ask the Lord to place it on Believers’ hearts in your state legislatures to pass a similar law protecting Christian adoption agencies. Pray for the children awaiting adoption to find placement in homes where they will be raised in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Pray for more Christian adoption agencies to be opened. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we rejoice with the citizens of Kansas and Oklahoma over the passing of their state’s Adoption Protection Acts. We ask that their governors will sign the bills into law. I commit to contact my state legislators and governor to let them know I will support a similar bill in my state. Place it on the heart of at least one legislator to develop a law like this for my state, if there is not one yet. You love these children who don’t yet have families to belong to. Jesus, stir the hearts of those Christians wanting a new little one to embrace those needing a forever home. Make a way for Believers who want to begin an adoption agency in their area to be able to do so. Provide the knowledge, staffing and finances to make their visions a reality. In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that Adoption Protection Acts will sweep across our 50 states! 1 Learn more about Allan Parker and The Moral Outcry here.

The Moral Outcry “In the 1992 landmark case “Planned Parenthood v Casey”, the Supreme Court had an opportunity to reverse “Roe v Wade”, and its companion, “Doe v Bolton”. In conference, the justices voted 5-4 to overturn Roe and Doe, but at the 11th hour, before the opinion was released, a centrist coalition of moderate judges – including Justice Kennedy, who switched his vote – was formed to write a compromise that would weaken the Roe and Doe decisions, but still leave abortion as the law of the land. What would have happened that day if more pro-life voices had been heard? Sign The Moral Outcry petition here. This petition will serve as a symbol of that moral outcry. It will wake up the nation and galvanize the national conscience to end the scourge of abortion in America. It will declare that, as a people, we do not accept the compromise that leads to the unnecessary death of millions of innocent babies.”1 “I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life!” (Deuteronomy 30:19; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Call for all those who decry the murder of the unborn in the womb to find this petition and sign it. Post the link to The Moral Outcry petition on social media or send it via email to some of your friends. Encourage them to sign it! Call the Supreme Court into order before the Supreme Judge of the Earth – God Most High – and repent identificationally for their judicial action. Their back-peddling led to compromise on the issue of Life and left abortion as an option in America. Cry out to God for the ending of abortion in America! Declare that abortion will end in your lifetime. A prayer you can pray: Supreme Judge of All, we ask for Your sovereign intervention in the issue of abortion in America. Let every person who desires to end this heinous practice in America find this petition and sign it. Help us each do our part to get it out across social media and in front of our friends. Our Supreme Court justices need to see how many people want this unrighteous practice ended. We repent for the sins of our Supreme Court’s actions and decisions to leave abortion as the law of the land. God, end abortion in our nation! Lord, let abortion in America end in my lifetime! Jesus, save our children. Amen. Today’s decree: “We do not accept the unnecessary death of millions of innocent babies.” Learn more about The Moral Outcry and sign the petition here.

Praying for the Supreme Court Justices A friend of mine suggested that we pray for each of the justices daily “between now and when the recent Supreme Court decisions are released, which could be as late as June 30th. I think this is a good idea, therefore, would you be willing to pick one judge to pray for and concentrate your praying on these two cases until the decisions come out? We want a 9 to 0 decision in NIFLA v Becerra and at least a 6-3 or 7-2 decision in Masterpiece Cakeshop v Colorado Civil Rights gay wedding/baker case.” (See GH15 on May 10 for details.) “Each judge has an individual decision to make on each case and we should pray for them individually right now.” (Allan E. Parker)1 “Happy are those who reject the advice of evil people, who do not follow the example of sinners or join those who have no use for God. Instead, they find joy in obeying the Law of the Lord, and they study it day and night.” (Psalm 1:1-2; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:1 Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch are firmly in the camp of religious liberty and life. Pray they will be strong in their stance and influential with the other justices. Justice Anthony Kennedy and Chief Justice John Roberts, Jr. are pro-life, but could be swing votes on the gay wedding case. Pray that they take a strong stand for righteousness and life. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan are all strong pro-abortion and homosexuality advocates. However, they are also strong free speech advocates. If they put the abortion and homosexuality issues aside, they may rule on free speech or religious liberty grounds. Justice Stephen Breyer seems to be the strongest proponent for keeping the California law challenging the rights of crisis centers. He is a very liberal judge. Please pray that God would grace him with a change of heart. A prayer you can pray: We bring our nine Supreme Court Justices before You, Judge of the Universe. We ask You to determine the outcome of these cases before our Supreme Court. Lord, You will judge with righteous judgement. You will judge fairly. Encourage Justices Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch, those that have chosen life and righteousness. Mantle them with influence before the other justices. Let Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Kennedy make that same strong stand. Lord, reveal Yourself in the fullness of Your love and mercy to our most liberal justices on the Court. Their eyes are blinded by the desire they have to help others. They do not understand what they are doing to the culture long-term with their liberal decisions. May they have a change of heart and rule constitutionally and not according to their own human thoughts. Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that God’s love for America and the prayers of the Saints will shift the Court! 1 Learn more about Allan E. Parker and The Justice Foundation here.

Pray for Organizations Ministering at the Supreme Court Pray for Allan E. Parker and The Justice Foundation, practicing before the Supreme Court to protect the fundamental freedoms and rights essential to the preservation of American society, often free of charge. Pray for Jay Sekulow and the American Council for Law and Justice (ACLJ), which does a similar thing. “Pray for Phillip Jauregi and the Judicial Action Group, which deal with judicial nominations. They are Christian-based, seeking to support the best judges who will restore righteousness and justice to America. Pray for another group doing similar work called the Judicial Crisis Network. Pray also for the Federalist Society and the Heritage Foundation, who also play important roles in that process.” (Allan E. Parker)1 “But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.” (Amos 5:24: ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Intercede one by one for the individuals and organizations mentioned above. Ask God to grant the constitutional attorneys great favor in the courts, especially in the Supreme Court. Ask God to give Phillip Jauregi and others doing similar things, more widespread influence as they make known the character and background of judicial appointees. Pray that Believers presenting cases at the Supreme Court will gain greater respect and honor as they glorify God in the way they present religious liberty cases before the Court. A prayer you can pray: Lord, I intercede for the Christian constitutional attorneys and others that minister before the Supreme Court. Grant them favor, grace, and supernatural wisdom to know how to present their cases. Let the justices gain great respect for them and listen to their arguments on behalf of the saints and others fighting for religious liberty. I also pray for those who minister alongside and influence the activities of the Court. Help them to know how to share with the Church the things we need to know to pray well for cases being presented, judges being nominated, and other constitutional issues being decided. We say, “Grace, grace, grace, to them, Jesus.” Amen. Today’s decree: Let justice roll down like waters in this nation, and righteousness like an ever flowing stream! 1 Learn more about Allan E. This Month is KEY for the Supreme Court “Remember to pray for the Supreme Court heavily, if not daily, during the month of May. There are numerous very important cases which are still under consideration and the decisions are being written right now. Since the beginning of 2018, increased numbers of prayer groups have been praying at, in, and for the Supreme Court. We are commanded to pray for those in authority (see 1 Timothy 2:1-8) and the U.S. Supreme Court is the highest judicial authority and the ultimate interpreter of the Constitution under current precedent. There is a higher court and Supreme Judge of the Heaven with the ultimate authority who will hold all accountable for their actions.” (Allan E. Parker)1 “First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior.” (1 Timothy 2:1-3; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:1 Pray for religious liberty in the Jack Phillips’ Masterpiece Cakeshop case, which will determine whether or not Christians can be forced to participate in gay weddings. Depending on how the case is decided, it may also affect many other areas on whether or not Christians will be forced to adopt the Homosexual Agenda, including teaching their children that homosexuality is an acceptable lifestyle, etc. NIFLA v. Becerra – This case will determine whether California (and other states) can force crisis pregnancy centers who object to abortions to promote abortions. Again, this is (another) important religious liberty case. Pray for the outcome of the two cases above. “We want a 9-0 decision in NIFLA v Becerra and at least a 6-3 or 7-2 decision in the Masterpiece Cakeshop v Colorado Civil Rights gay wedding/baker case.” Pray for the Court for blessings, salvation, revival, reformation, transformation, and as a last resort, for removal of those who will not follow the will of God from the Court. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we come before You and ask that religious freedom in the United States of America would be preserved. Jack Phillips’ Masterpiece Cakeshop case and NIFLA v Becerra are two cases that challenge this freedom for Christians in business and ministry to others. How can a crisis pregnancy center, established to save lives in the womb, be mandated to provide abortion counseling?! This does not make sense and goes against the biblical values underlying the business, alongside of the ministry’s first amendment rights. We ask You to send salvation to the justices, blessing those who judge with righteous judgements. Send revival and transformation to the Court. Remove those that will not follow your will or their oath to uphold the Constitution. Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that the Supreme Court justices will rule righteously and make decisions constitutionally. 1 Learn more about Allan E. Parker and The Justice Foundation here.

Shifting History “Passionate intercession led to the First and Second Great Awakenings. Following the Second Great Awakening, came the Civil War. ‘Finally, the institution that everyone thought would always remain intact was abolished. Merely seven years earlier, in 1857, the Dred Scott Supreme Court legal decision had declared that slaves had no rights in court, and many thought this ruling sealed the fate of slavery. Most believed that the issue was settled, but God released a revival to turn hearts, and a Civil War to turn a nation, so slavery could come to an end. Cries in bondage had come up before God’s throne as incense. Just as He did for Israel in Egypt, He tipped the bowl of deliverance and ended slavery.’” (Will Ford in The Dream King)1 “For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.” (Romans 15:4; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Roe v Wade is like the Dred Scott decision. The Court decided that infants in the womb have no rights. Declare that developing Americans in the womb have all the rights of any other citizen. There have been years and years of intercession for the ending of abortion since Roe v Wade in 1973. Matt Lockett’s organization, Bound4Life, has stood before the Supreme Court for over 10 years asking God for the reversal of that decision. Decree, “Abortion is ending in my lifetime!” Pray: “Jesus, I plead your blood over my sins and the sins of my nation. God, end abortion and send revival to America.”’ Educate yourself on your state’s laws regarding abortion. Pray for the ending of abortion in your state. A prayer you can pray: Father, it is good to be reminded of moments in history where history appears to repeat itself. As Will noted, slaves were once treated as though they were non-persons in this nation. The unborn are are non-persons today. How dare a Court of 9 justices decide that babies in the womb are not persons? You are the One to make that decision and we turn to You, Lord, Judge of the whole earth. We ask you to reverse our Supreme Court’s decision. Abortion will end in my lifetime! I choose life and, Jesus, I plead your blood over my sins and the sins of my nation. God, end abortion and send revival to America! Let me state (name it) choose to kick abortion out! May my state (name it) choose life for its citizens. Amen. Birthing the Bold Through Intercession “One of the things released to Earth through these prayers (our prayers mixed with incense from the throneroom of God) is bold voices. For my ancestors, these bold voices were revivalists and white Christian abolitionists who became voices for the voiceless. They knew any Christian who was a slave was their brother, and they laid down their lives for them. Many abolitionists had their houses burned, were shot, killed, or lynched, because they chose to suffer with the people of God like Moses did with the children of Israel, rather than compromise and wink at slavery. Their storylines are threaded together with their Christian brothers in slavery as they prayed and advocated for their freedom.” (Will Ford in The Dream King)1 “And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.” (Acts 4:31; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Want to be a revivalist? Pray! Want to be an Evangelist, a Pastor, a Teacher, a Prophet, or an Apostle? Sacrificially intercede! Watch for the instructions, open doors, and Divine appointments that materialize. Pray for the bold faith to follow those instructions, go through those doors and walk together in those unique relationships. Pray and ask God how to be a voice for the voiceless and an advocate for freedom for the limited. Now, go do what He says without thought for yourself. A prayer you can pray: God, I want to be a revivalist! I want to fulfill the call You have placed on my life! Stir my heart to intercession more than ever before. Stir my passion for the needs of people who don’t yet know You. Let me lay down my life in intercession for the needs of the nation. I will watch for Your divine leading, for open doors that no man can shut, and for relationships to materialize for Your “now” purposes. Make me a voice for the voiceless and an advocate for freedom for the marginalized. In Jesus’ name, amen. Our Intercession and His Divine Design “Although they were only using the kettle as an acoustic means to keep their prayers from being heard, my family’s kettle on earth became a representation of prayer bowls that collect our prayers in heaven. The Bible speaks of ‘bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints’ before the throne of God (Rev. 5:8). …At some point, according to Rev. 8:3-5, these prayers are combined, hurled to the Earth, and answered in the form of God’s judgements and power.” (Will Ford in The Dream King)1 “Then another angel with a gold incense burner came and stood at the altar. And a great amount of incense was given to him to mix with the prayers of God’s people as an offering on the gold altar before the throne. The smoke of the incense, mixed with the prayers of God’s holy people, ascended up to God from the altar where the angel had poured them out. Then the angel filled the incense burner with fire from the altar and threw it down upon the earth; and thunder crashed, lightning flashed, and there was a terrible earthquake.” (Revelation 8:3-5; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: See every prayer you pray for America and this generation as liquid drops of love filling bowls in heaven. See the aroma of that love rising as incense to Him on His throne of grace. Not one prayer is wasted! Now, see all the prayers being prayed by every praying saint, filling up heavenly bowls. Worship Him! How can our nation not be saved?! See Him order His holy angels to grab those bowls and pour them on the earth in golden streams of heavenly, perfectly-timed, answers. Stand up and decree that America shall be saved! A prayer you can pray: God, thank you for showing us in Your Word and in Will’s family story how You lovingly collect and hold every prayer we pray. At the exact right time, You declare the bowls full. At the exact right moment, you instruct Your angelic host to pick those bowls up and pour them out. Awakenings begin, nations are saved, harvests are reaped, and many other things happen that we may not know until we are standing in that room full of bowls some day. Blessings and honor and glory and power to Your name, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that bowls of intercession are being filled and thrown to the earth and this nation shall be saved! 1 Will Ford and Matt Lockett. The Dream King. New Type Publishing, 2018. Passing His History Forward “A young girl who attended those (the secret slave) prayer meetings (see May 2, 2018) was set free from slavery. This teenaged girl…saw fit to pass down the cast iron kettle because she knew that she and all those born after her were standing on the sacrifice of others’ devotion to Christ. She was careful to preserve and pass on both the kettle and its history. She passed it to Harriet Locket, who passed it to Nora Locket, who passed it to William Ford, Jr., who gave it to me, William Ford, III.” (Will Ford in The Dream King)1 “I will speak of ancient mysteries—things that we have heard about, things that we have known, things which our ancestors declared to us again and again. We will not keep these things secret from their children; rather, we will tell the coming generation all about the praise that is due to the Eternal One. We will tell them all about His strength, power, and wonders.” (Psalm 78:2b-4; VOICE) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: There are powerful things God has done in our personal histories, family histories and in our national history that are stories that must be told for the sake of others. Ask God for the revealing of historical facts currently hidden or buried. Thank God for the preserving of Will’s family history. We’ll soon learn about his friend Matt Lockett’s family history and how it intertwined with his. Ask God to unlock historical and spiritual secrets preserved in our city’s, region’s, state’s and nation’s history. This is part of what we call “spiritual mapping.” Call for the revealing of God’s plans, purposes, and ways of dealing with demonic strongholds that may be locked in history’s stories so that we and our generations to follow us have reason to worship Him! A prayer you can pray: Father, reveal historical facts in our families, regions, and in the nation that can help us move forward culturally in America. We thank you for showing Will and Matt how their family histories can help us know how to move the United States forward today. Unlock the mysteries yet to be revealed. Don’t let us go down rabbit holes or get distracted, but show us what needs to be revealed in this timeframe. Unlock, unlock, unlock, and connect the dots for us, Holy Spirit! Give us stories to tell our kids and grandkids. Lead us to worship You, generation to generation, for great things You have done! In Jesus’ name, amen.
