Carried on the Grace of God It is by grace that we have been saved. It is by grace that we do anything in Christ. It is by grace that we are moving forward as a nation. There is a holy boldness falling on the Church, carried on the grace of God. It is a boldness to speak out. It is trampling the political spirit under our feet. The Ekklesia is rising up in greater and greater grace and boldness. The sleeping Bride has awakened. Now, watch what God will do! “Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God.” (Romans 5:1-2; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Rejoice in your salvation! Ask God out loud to extend the grace of the salvation to everyone you know who need to know Him. Get up and see yourself trampling on the political spirit. He is under your feet. Don’t bow to it anymore! Not ever again! Call the Bride to be fully awake and to stay awake! We have much to do and a lot to boast about in the hope of the glory of God expressed in our nation. A prayer you can pray: Father, I rejoice in the salvation You have given me by Your grace! I pray that you would extend a grace for salvation to (name those you know who need to be saved.) Lord, that political spirit is fallen and the Church is going to trample it all the way down, even as we worship You and life You up high over this nation! May we get our mouths open and our hearts aligned with You and extend grace to others until we have a Great Awakening in America! In Jesus name. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that there is a grace for the Bride to be bold in America now!

Electoral College Vote is TODAY You may have heard that there is quite a controversy over the Electoral College vote this year. The Electoral College system guarantees that smaller states and more rural areas have as much a say in an election as the larger states do. The number of electoral votes from any state are equal to the number of U. S. Senators and Representatives from that state. Some individuals serving as Electorals in their states this year are threatening not to cast their vote the way their state voted. You can learn more about the Electoral College here. “The integrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them.” (Proverbs 11:3; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray that any faithless electors will not be able to change the will of the states who have voted and its electorate and, thus, change the outcome of the election. Interceded that the Electoral College will stay intact and allow each of the 50 states a voice in who represents them as president and vice-president. Ask the Lord for future Electoral College members to be men and women of prayer who are knowledgeable and experienced in governmental matters. Take authority over any anarchy, bribery, and corruption in the Electoral College system. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we come to You today to intercede for our Electoral College system. The Electoral members will be meeting in their states today and we understand that some have said they have no plans to vote in representation of their state’s vote. We pray that the Electoral College system and the election outcome will be secure, Lord. We ask for integrity in our nation’s Electorals today and in the future. Give us men and women who are knowledgable in government matters and understand how important it is that they follow the Constitutional design. We take authority over any anarchy, bribery or corruption in our Electoral College system and thank You in advance for a peaceful outcome today. In Jesus’ name. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that the 2016 election results are secure and that the Electoral College members will truly vote as their state’s election results dictate.

Jesus, Lord At His Birth** Silent night, Holy night All is calm, all is bright Round yon virgin, mother and child Holy infant, tender and mild Sleep in heavenly peace, Sleep in heavenly peace. Silent night, Holy night Son of God, love’s pure light Radiant beams from thy holy face With the dawn of redeeming grace, Jesus, Lord at thy birth Jesus, Lord at thy birth. Silent night, Holy night Shepherds quake, at the sight Glories stream from heaven above Heavenly, hosts sing Hallelujah. Christ the Savior is born, Christ the Savior is born. (Reverend Joseph Mohr and Franz Gruber; public domain) “But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” (Luke 2:10-12; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray the song “Silent Night” slowly back to the Lord letting the words of the verses really sink in. If worship rises up inside you, slow down and speak it out, but try not to sing the song. Now, sing the song slowly to the Lord expressing your love and gratefulness to Him. If you have been feeling fearful lately, let fear fall away. Ask Lord Jesus to give you His joy! He was the great Reconciler, anointed to reconcile men to God. People are in need of being reconciled to God and one another in this nation now. Ask the Anointed One to make you a reconciler of men, as well. A prayer you can pray: Father, we are so thankful that You gave us Your Son, Jesus! We are so thankful, Lord Jesus, that You agreed to come to us, starting as a little baby. We honor You with this song (read the words of Silent Night to Him, letting the words be very real and right from your heart. Then, sing it to Him.) Lord, let Your love deliver me from fear. Exchange it for Your Joy! Anoint me to reconcile men to You. Make me a reconciler of men to God, even as You are, Jesus. Raise up a mighty army of Believers as Reconcilers, Holy Spirit! Amen and amen! Today’s decree: The Church will be filled with love for Lord Jesus and be great reconcilers of men to God in this day in America! **NOTE: Dutch Sheets Ministries recognizes that Jesus was likely born at Passover in the Spring. However, His birth is celebrated worldwide and this is a great time to show forth the love and light of Christ to your family and neighbors.

Glorious Power “When iniquity was found in the rebel cherub, My glory surged throughout the Heavens,” says the Lord, “and demonstrably real authority, might, dominion, and power was revealed at superior levels, branding lucifer and his fallen ones as forever losers. I will now surge in greater glory in your times – through My remnant Church. My power will now surge at greater and much greater levels, and once again the forever loser will be defeated by My glorious power.” (Tim Sheets)1 “Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:9-11; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Jesus Christ is the name above every other name. Look up the names of Jesus and glorify His Great Name! Defeated foes often react just like lucifer did – as sore losers. Intercede for the individuals in this nation that the enemy is trying to turn into sore losers following the recent elections. Pray for grace for them to repent. Intercede with passion for the power of God to now flow at greater and greater levels in America. A prayer you can pray: Jesus, Your Name is great! Great I Am, Lamb of God, Bread of Life, Great High Priest, Faithful and True! I could go on and on in worship of You! You have defeated the enemy and he is a very sore loser! He is trying to take many in American down with him. Jesus, provide a grace for repentance to get up and move forward. Help them to see that Your hand is in this new thing happening in the United States. I pray, Lord, that You would pour out your power in greater and greater glory flows across the nation, until every eye sees You. Amen. Today’s decree: Lucifer is falling and Jesus Christ is being powerfully glorified across America in this day! Learn more about Tim Sheets here.

Strategic Time for Mercy Hebrews 4:16 tells us where we find mercy: “Let us come boldly to the throne of grace, to obtain MERCY and find grace to help in time of need.” The word “time” in this verse is the Greek word kairos which means “strategic or opportune time,” not chronological time. We must, at this strategic and opportune time in history, continue to cry out for mercy. We must also pray for our leaders, especially Mr. Trump, who is at best a baby Christian. We must ask for wisdom, revelation, humility, and boldness. Only an appropriate blend of these spiritual gifts and virtues will bring him success. “Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins.” (1 Peter 4:8; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Come boldly to the throne of grace and worship. Boldly ask for what this nation needs right now—mercy. Intercede for President-elect Trump. Ask the Lord to grant him great grace to know how to navigate through the next few months, especially now through April. Ask God to give you a deeper Christian love for Donald Trump, and ask Him to give Mr. Trump wisdom, revelation, humility and boldness. A prayer you can pray: Father, we come boldly to Your throne of grace and worship You. You are worthy of all of our worship. We pray for President-elect Trump and ask that You provide all the grace he needs to move the nation forward through the next few months. He needs much mercy and grace right now. Extend wisdom, revelation, humility and boldness to him in the exact right measure, Jesus. Give me the kind of Christian love for him that I will need to commit to pray regularly for him. Amen. Today’s decree: Our cry for mercy for our nation will move the heart of God.

Are You Faithful in Prayer? Mercy is undeserved kindness. In scripture it is linked to covenant—God’s covenantal faithfulness and kindness. We are told that His mercies are new each morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and they also triumph over judgment (James 2:13). Merry Christmas, America, you just experienced incredible mercy! The question now becomes, “Will we waste this precious gift, or “spend” it wisely? The tendency of the Church is to pray (sometimes fervently) during an election, then return to our “prayer-less” ways afterwards. A Christian Senator once called me out on this, saying, “The Church prays us into office, then we’re on our own!” He actually went on to say, “I can tell when the Church is praying and when it isn’t.” “The faithful love of the Lord never ends. His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.” (Lamentations 3:22-23; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Repent if you know you have been one that stops praying with fervency when it appears breakthrough has come and things are “all right”. Repent if you have only prayed for governing leaders that you agree with. Every state has 2 Senators. Find them here and pray for them today. There is a small box on the upper right where you choose your state and you will see your two Senators. Click on their names to learn more about each of them and find lots of things to pray about. Each state has many Representatives. Find yours here and pray for them. There is a small box on the upper right under “Find Your Representative” where you can enter your zip code to find your Representative. You will see the cities they represent. Click on their name on the left and you will go to their House.gov page. Here you can find the committees they serve on and any issues they are working to resolve. Pray for them. Consider signing up for your Senators’ and Representative’s newsletters, so you stay informed and know exactly how to pray on a regular basis. A prayer you can pray: Father, forgive me for praying with passion for my nation and the elections when we get to that season, but forgetting about praying for the ones elected! Forgive me when I have not been able to find Your heart and direction to pray for those that represent me in Washington and locally. Remind me to pray for them, Lord, even when I do not agree with them. They need the prayers of the Church, and who knows if they might just change their minds about some things. Help me learn about them, learn what they are working on, and care about them, so that I can pray regularly for them. Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: May my elected officials know that I am praying for them on a regular basis!

What God is Looking For Is this what we long for in America – “for the Lord to demonstrate His strong arm on our behalf? For a mighty move of God’s Spirit to sweep through our land, revive the church and transform this nation? The Lord has shown us the way to achieve that. It begins by fully surrendering our hearts to Him.”1 “For the eyes of the Lord move to and fro throughout the whole earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His.” (2 Chronicles 16:9a; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Ask the Lord to examine your heart and show you if it is completely His. Let Him show you where your heart is divided, perhaps wanting something He knows will derail your faith or cause you to pray in opposition to His perfect will. Pledge your heart to Him and let Him show you how to pray whole-heartedly for a mighty move of God’s Spirit in our nation. A prayer you can pray: Dear Lord, I desire that my heart would be completely yours! I want my heart to be one that you are looking for! Show me where my heart is divided between You and passions of my own that sometimes squeeze You out. Give me the words to pray to create a move of your Spirit through our land! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Lord is able to make my heart wholly His and to make me an instrument of intercession for a sweeping move of His Spirit in America! 1 Dutch Sheets. “The Prayer God Can’t Resist”. Mercy Movement I certainly don’t see President-elect Trump as fathering this mercy movement, but I do see him as an agent of change who, in some ways, will prepare the way…a forerunner of sorts. I also believe the mercies of God spared us from Mrs. Clinton and her incredibly liberal ideologies—a leadership which would have moved us farther away from the turnaround we so desperately need. I shudder when I think about the 30-40 year tenure of the liberal Supreme Court she had planned to appoint. America may never have recovered from such devastation. “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” (Lamentations 3:22-23; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thank the Lord for extending mercy to the nation where we should have received judgement. Thank Him that He saved us from a generation of Supreme Court Justices that would likely not have honored the Constitution, nor life, nor operated in the fear of the Lord. Pray for President Trump and all those he appoints and nominates to offices within the government, including our courts and the Supreme Court. Pray that they will honor the Constitution and life and that they would fear the Lord in all they do. Ask the Lord for a fresh revelation of His love to sweep across the nation, for when we know His love for us, we will not be afraid of the opinions of man and we will do the right thing. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we thank You for giving our nation mercy in place of judgement. We do not put our faith in Donald Trump, but in You! We thank You that You will move on our President-elect’s heart to appoint and nominate God-fearing men and women to our federal courts, to the Supreme Court, and to other positions in the federal government. We pray that our Justices would support the Constitution, the Rule of Law, that they would choose Life and honor You, Jesus! We pray that You would open the hearts and eyes of Americans to know the great love You have for us, so that we would not fear what man can do to us, but will boldly serve You. Amen. Today’s decree: God’s mercies are triumphing over judgement in America in this day and we are getting a national turnaround!

America’s New Birth In a friend’s vision, John Knox was standing behind me holding up the number 313. Urged by Holy Spirit to look up the number in Strong’s concordance, he found it to be the Greek word for “new birth” or “new beginning.” He then was led to look up the date of the 313th day of the year. It was November 8, 2016, America’s election day! Our interpretation was: in answer to the prayers of the Church, a great awakening and reformation (a “new birth”) will begin for America on November 8. Amazing. “Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” (Isaiah 43:19; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Ask the Lord to stir up the gifts in your life—dreams, visions, and the interpretations of them. We need these gifts to help us, the Ekklesia, know how to move forward. When you receive a dream or vision, ask Him how to interpret it. Don’t assume you know what it means and don’t use typology to interpret. Like Daniel, inquire of the Lord for the interpretation. Thank the Lord and celebrate that we are in a season of new birth! Suddenly! Pray seriously for the season of transition from Election Day, November 8, to Inauguration Day, January 20th. Transition is a dangerous time in a natural, as well as in a spiritual birth. A prayer you can pray: Lord, I want to dream dreams and see visions that help the Body of Christ to move forward. Please also give me the ability to interpret the dreams and visions I have. Help me know who to share them with and when to share them, so that You can be glorified. Thank you for this dream that Dutch’s friend had. I can see that we are in a very special season of transition in this nation. We are surely in a new birth process! Things are a bit chaotic, but You are answering many years of intercession, suddenly! Keep me in prayer through this season and show me exactly how to intercede until awakening and reformation are in full force. In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: God is birthing a new thing in America and He wants us to understand this and participate!

Harvest Fields While I was speaking at Chuck Pierce’s Head of the Year conference October 2016, a trusted prophet and friend had a vision of John Knox standing behind me. Knox was a Scottish clergyman and leader of the Protestant Reformation in the 1500’s. In his day, evangelicals in Scotland were routinely burned at the stake and their Bibles incinerated. Knox himself was imprisoned and enslaved for his involvement in the Reformation. Undeterred, he continued his stand, praying every day, “Lord, give me Scotland or I die!” “When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. He said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.’” (Matthew 9:36-38; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Jesus came for many reasons, not the least of which was for the souls of men. John Knox cried out for souls, even as other revivalists have. Ask the Lord to help you cry out for souls in your generation. Ask the Lord to send workers into the harvest fields. They are white for harvest. Here in America today we don’t really know what it means to be persecuted for our faith. Thank the Lord for the lack of persecution, confess that we have no reason to not share the Gospel. Pray for the persecuted church in other nations. A prayer you can pray: Father, give me a heart like John Knox—a passion for souls. Give me the heart of my Jesus to so desire the sheep to know the shepherd that I must cry out for their souls to be saved! Father, send workers into the harvest fields. Lord, send me. Teach me to reap where I have not sown. There is no reason in America for me not to share Your Gospel. We have so much freedom here! Let me reap while there is still time. I pray for the persecuted Church around the world. Strengthen them, Lord. Grace to them. In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: The harvest fields are white! The Lord is sending us as workers into the harvest fields!

These Days Can you feel the shift? Can you tell that something has shifted? The prophets are saying it is the season of breakthrough. If your miracle has not come yet, rest assured in Him that it will. Reach out now for your miracle moment. A nation is shifting. It is not a smooth, easy, miracle road. However, it is a miracle road. Your road may be like that. Those walking the earth with Jesus felt that way, too. “Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believed you would see the glory of God?” (John 11:40; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: If you are in need of a miracle and feel any doubt and unbelief, tell the Lord how you feel. He already knows. God does have you on His mind. You are in His plan. Open your heart to Him and worship Him. Thank the Lord for His miracle shifts in America. Intercede for peace in place of chaos. Thank the Lord for His miracle shift in your life. Ask the Lord to give you peace in the midst of your chaos. A prayer you can pray: Dear Lord, I need a miracle (tell Him what you need. If you are struggling with any doubt and unbelief, tell Him about it.) I thank You that You have a wonderful plan for my life! Oh, Lord, You are worthy of my worship! I praise Your Holy Name! God, You are working miracles all around me! You are working miracles in my nation and turning it around. It doesn’t look the way I expected it to, but it is clear You are at work here. I know You will do the same for me. Thank You, Jesus, that my miracle is on the way! Amen. Today’s decree: The day of miracle shifts for the nation and for me has arrived!

The Heartbeat Bill Ohio legislators passed a bill on Tuesday that would prohibit abortions once a fetal heartbeat can be detected—sometime between 22 days and 6 weeks. It has been dubbed “The Heartbeat Bill”. Previous bills of this type have been blocked by federal Appeals Courts. However, the time seems right for a bill of this kind. President-elect Trump states he is pro-life, Governor Mike Pence has a very conservative record and Justice Antonin Scalia’s seat is empty on the Supreme Court—a seat Donald Trump will get to fill. “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live!” (Deuteronomy 30:19; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray that OH Governor John Kasich signs the Bill. Intercede for the doors to open just right for this legislation to pass. We need the right judges at the right time at each stage of challenge—and it will be challenged by those that do not understand God’s love of life. Pray Deuteronomy 30:19 over the nation and tell the Lord that we, as a nation, choose LIFE! Ask the Lord for the right Supreme Court nominee to replace Justice Scalia. A prayer you can pray: Father, we pray that Governor Kasich operates in faith and signs the Heartbeat Bill into law. He is pro-life and we stand in the gap that he will not feel afraid of those who are threatening a legal challenge to this bill. We pray Deuteronomy 30:19 back to You, Lord, and we declare that we choose LIFE for the United States of America! We want to see the ending of abortion in our lifetimes. Thank You that you will show Donald Trump the perfect God-chosen candidate for Supreme Court Justice to take the place of Justice Scalia. In Jesus’ mighty Name. Amen. Today’s decree: The Heartbeat Bill’s future is secure, as the timing is God’s perfect timing, and the majority of the nation is choosing LIFE!
