John 17 Move In Families “There will be a John 17 move that will extend to families, as well as there will be a ‘focus on the family’ where longstanding breaches between siblings, and between parents and their children are healed. God is calling for families to pray together and ‘light’ the family altar. Strongholds in family systems are going to be broken in powerful and supernatural ways. This will even extend to strongholds of poverty, disease, alcoholism, and drug abuse.” “He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly. (Acts 10:2; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Invite the Lord to fall on the homes of Believers across this nation. Invite Him into your home. Pray that he would heal any rifts in our family relationships, between spouses, generations, fathers and sons, and mothers and daughters, as well as between siblings. Ask the Lord to draw us together in our homes to worship Him, to pray together and to minister to one another. Make us whole and break addictions off our family members—pornography, gambling, alcoholism, alternate sexual desires, and drugs, among other things. Teach us, as families, how to minister to others—caring for the sick, the poor, the elderly, the disabled and the needy. A prayer you can pray: Father, the families of America need You. We need Your guidance and Your tangible presence. Minister in Christian homes to the relationships between husbands and wives, parents and children, and between siblings. Grant us a grace for unity, for a love that cannot divide, and for a depth in our relationships that causes the enemy to be driven out. Grant us a grace for forgiveness, so that strongholds of abuse and addictions, such as alcoholism and pornography must fall down. In Jesus’ Name, we pray, amen. Today’s decree: God will make our families whole all across America, that we might glorify Him and be units of ministry to others. Wow, what lights we will be to the nation!

A John 17 Move in the Nation “The Lord spoke to us that next year we would see a new John 17 movement begin where the prayer of Jesus will be answered. Many streams will run together until we see a river of revival flow across the earth. There will be major reconciliations between denominations, nations, and peoples. God will anoint peacemakers in this season who are especially empowered by God to be a voice for unity between factions and help heal the breaches. The John 17 movements will align against injustice and religious strongholds as they decide together that they want a new move of the Holy Spirit.”1 “I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one. I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.” (John 17:22-23; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Repent if you have anything against another brother or sister in Christ. Ask the Lord to heal your heart, if you believe you have been wronged by a church or denomination. Forgive them and be healed. Pray for all of the churches in your neighborhood. Ask God to help them work together to reach the lost in your area. Intercede for a spirit of reconciliation between them, if they won’t work with each other. Ask the Lord that strategies be given for the churches to work together to break down religious strongholds and to undo injustice in your area. A prayer you can pray: Oh Lord, I desire to see You glorified in and through Your Church. Repentance begins right here, so I ask you to forgive me for any negative thoughts I may have toward other churches or denominations. I forgive any who have hurt me on purpose or accidentally. Where churches have split or won’t talk with one another, I stand in the gap and ask that You would heal the rifts for Your Name’s sake. Jesus, we need each other to tear down walls of injustice in this nation, so please help us work together to break the power of the religious spirit off us. We want to shine brightly in Your Glory! Amen. Today’s decree: A John 17-unified Ekklesia will glorify God in this nation in 2017! Read the full “ACPE 2017 Word of the Lord” here.

Cabinet Confirmation Hearings The U. S. Senate will be holding numerous confirmation hearings for President-elect Trump’s cabinet nominees, beginning tomorrow. Jeff Sessions’ hearing is the first. The Alabama Congressman will meet with the Senate Judiciary Committee at 9:30 A. M. EST on the 10th. You can find other scheduled hearings for the next few days here. All cabinet confirmation hearings are not yet on the calendar. The hearings are expected to be heated in some cases, since the Republican and Democratic parties are currently so far apart politically. “Moreover, look for able men from all the people, men who fear God, who are trustworthy and hate a bribe, and place such men over the people as chiefs of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties, and of tens.” (Exodus: 18:21; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: You can find all of the cabinet nominees here. Pray for each one in accordance with Exodus 18:21. Ask the Lord for truth to be known, so that individuals above reproach can be confirmed and individuals of trustworthy character will not be denied their positions. If there is anything hidden, it must be revealed, as well, for the sake of our nation’s future. Intercede between the political parties, that conflict between them would be minimized for the sake of our nation’s reputation. We need a John 17 unity to fall upon them. We need a miracle. A prayer you can pray: Father, we pray for those that President-elect Donald Trump has nominated to serve as his Cabinet members—those that will run our nation together with him. We pray for their hearings to be without conflict. We ask that they would be men and women of intelligence who fear the Lord, are trustworthy, hate a bribe and know how to lead. If there is anything hidden, we do ask that it would be revealed, so that any short-comings cannot be used by the enemy at a key time in the future. However, we ask that they be confirmed without political conflict between the parties, if they are men and women of integrity. Grant our Senators a John 17 unity. Give us a miracle, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: The Cabinet nominees who are men of integrity will be confirmed without significant conflict, as our Senators are baptized by the Lord in a John 17 unity.

New Financial Structures “The way people make money is going to change. A new breed of entrepreneurs will arise who are ‘out-of-the-box’ thinkers. New structures of wealth creation will open up. For example, in the past, the stock markets were major generators of wealth, but this will be the era of YouTube millionaires. The church, missions organizations, and other ministries will benefit greatly from the creation of wealth, as new donors will rise up to help finance the building of this global vision. The gift of giving will be highlighted in the coming move of God, and people of wealth will understand how to use their gift to advance the Kingdom of God.”1 “Remember that it is the Lord your God who gives you the power to become rich. He does this because he is still faithful today to the covenant that he made with your ancestors.” (Deuteronomy 8:18; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Call forth the new breed of entrepreneurs—those full of faith and creative ideas! Intercede for the relationship between the wealthy and the ministers. There have been abuses in the past on both sides. Pastors and ministry leaders have used the businessmen for financial needs at times. Also, those with wealth have demanded their way in exchange for donations. Call those to repentance that have done such things and ask the Lord to heal this divide, so the Kingdom can be rightly advanced! Pray that God would partner the two for societal transformation. Tell the Lord that you would like to be involved—as an entrepreneur, as a wealth creator, as a giver or as a partnering minister helping to advance His Kingdom with wisdom. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we call forth creative business men and women! Mantle them with supernatural creativity and a gift of faith. Make them wealthy, as they put into practice Your ideas with integrity. May they not be afraid to partner with pastors and other ministry leaders to resolve societal problems. Heal any relational rifts between the givers and the receivers. There have been abuses on both sides in the past, but You can create respect and unity between them. Show me what role I am to play, Jesus. I am open to whatever you have prepared me for. Kingdom of God, come! Amen. Today’s decree: It is time for the Kingdom to be advanced through the healed partnership of the wealth-creators and the vision-casters. Read the entire ACPE 2017 Word of the Lord here.

The Love Revolution “One of the things to be planted is what could be called ‘The Love Revolution’. Just as the Summer of Love in 1967 changed the landscape of a generation, so now, 50 years later, the world will see the face of Christianity in a new light. The admonition in 1 Corinthians 14:1, ‘Let love be your aim’ will be planted in the nations as the church rises up in a more visible way. The words of the theme song from the Jesus Movement, ‘They will know that we are Christians by our love’ will have a new resonance as this message of loving God and loving one another is sung in new ways. We will be carriers of God’s goodness wherever we go!”1 “My children, our love should not be only words and talk. Our love must be true love. And we should show that love by what we do.” (1 John 3:18; ICB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship the Lord for a minute. He is the Lover of your soul. He is your first love. From loving God, we can love others. Pray for your family members and friends out of that place of love. Pray for those in your neighborhood by name, especially praying for those you know have a special need from the Lord or who need Christ in their lives. Think of a loving act you do for a neighbor or someone who doesn’t know Jesus, so we can show them who He is. Can you shovel a walk? Visit a shut-in or widow? Take groceries to a needy family? Ask the Lord for a creative idea, and get your kids involved, too! A prayer you can pray: Lord, we love You! We love because You first loved us. Without You loving us, I am not sure we could love very many people. How we thank You and praise You! (Use Your words to tell Him how much He means to you.) I pray for (pray for each of the neighbors on your street. Ask God to show you how to lovingly pray for them, even if you don’t know them.) Jesus, show me how to let them know You love them. Give my family and I creative ways to do a kind thing for them. Please provide the boldness to carry it out. Amen. Today’s decree: The nation will know we are Christians by our love for one another and by the loving ways we treat our neighbors. Read the full “ACPE 2017 Word of the Lord” here.

Build and Plant “The Lord showed us clearly that this is a new season where the ekklesia is being given the anointing not only to root out, and tear down, but this will be a special season of building and planting. The revelation of blessing our cities and nations will be a kingdom anthem for the ekklesia.  If we root out, but do not plant, then the nations will only be exposed to worse than they had been before. Therefore, we admonish the intercessors to pray beyond the tearing down of old systems and pray into the structures and systems that need to form afterward. Let’s intercede for new leaders and effective systems to be put in place that will build up their nations.”1 “See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.” (Jeremiah 1:10; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: We have warred much. We have warred, because we love much. We have passionately torn down. Ask the Lord to stir up that compassion now to build up! Pray for the building up of our nation’s hopeless ones, due to poverty, sickness, joblessness, broken relationships, etc. Spiritually build up the fatherless, the lonely and the elderly. Prayerfully build up the broken cities—Detroit, Chicago, New Orleans, and others that you know of. Ask the Lord for strategies to rebuild our healthcare system, our nation’s economics, immigration and energy systems. A prayer you can pray: Father, we thank You for teaching us how to use Your Word to war against the enemy. The ekklesia has been passionate about seeing wrong structures torn down and rooted out. It’s time now for the building up of the nation. We need Your strategies. Our hopeless citizens need you: the lonely, our veterans, our elderly and the disabled. Some of our cities need rebuilt, physically and spiritually. Where crime and violence, joblessness and systemic poverty have taken root, we ask for Your strategies to replace these things with revelation of You, life-giving activities, renewed economies and vibrancy. Grant wisdom for the rebuilding of our healthcare system, our immigration system and many other things our nation needs. Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We have uprooted and torn down, now it is time to build and to plant! Read the full “2017 ACPE Word of the Lord” here.

Another Generation “A new generation of spiritual warriors will be trained and arise to do governmental and prophetic intercession.  Old prayer movements will be strengthened, and a new generation of prayer warriors will arise for battle. There will be an awakening of prayer and spiritual warfare. Deliverance will take place on many levels through this fresh movement.”1 “What you have done will be praised from one generation to the next; they will proclaim your mighty acts.” (Psalm 145:4; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Ask the Lord to raise up the next generation of prayer warriors. Pray specifically for some of the young people and children you know who love to pray. Intercede for the prayer movement in America. Call it forward and pray for an increase in power and authority. Pray for new teachers, fresh revelation and that new prayer strategies would be released. Write down anything the Lord shows you! A prayer you can pray: Lord, we are excited that You are raising up another generation of Believers who will know how to stop the enemy in his tracks. They will know how to build and plant, as well. Kingdom advancers, that’s what these young people will be! Build Your army up strong. America needs all the prayer warriors we can muster for the chaotic days we are in. What a great training ground for these young ones, Lord. Raise up the prayer teachers and trainers. Give fresh revelation from Your Word to each of us to give to another. In Jesus’ name. Amen. Today’s decree: God is raising up another generation of prayer warriors who are passionate lovers of God! 1 Read the complete ACPE Word of the Lord for 2017 here.

The Crowned Sword in 2017 We need to understand the Hebraic meaning of our times. The year 2017 on the Roman calendar corresponds to the year 5777 on the Hebraic calendar, which is symbolized by the crowned sword. The sword cuts off the old and releases the new. The enemy has been trying to “cut off” many relationships and come against the new move of unity coming to families and the Body of Christ. We see Satan being defeated on many levels as we experience great breakthroughs, both personally and corporately. “If you listen obediently to the Voice of God, your God, and heartily obey all his commandments that I command you today, God, your God, will place you on high, high above all the nations of the world. All these blessings will come down on you and spread out beyond you because you have responded to the Voice of God, your God: God’s blessing inside the city, God’s blessing in the country; God’s blessing on your children, the crops of your land, the young of your livestock, the calves of your herds, the lambs of your flocks. God’s blessing on your basket and bread bowl; God’s blessing in your coming in, God’s blessing in your going out.” (Deuteronomy 28:1-6; MSG) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Who doesn’t want the blessing of the Lord on their lives! This year, God will help us cut away what keeps those blessings from us! Repent through the 10 Commandments Click here to find them. Ask for the blessings in Deut. 28:1-6 that the Lord says are yours. Pray John 17:22-23 over your relationships. Interceded for unity in the Body of Christ over your church relationships, over the Church in your city, and for the Church in America. A prayer you can pray: Father, I want Your blessings in my life! I am not timid in asking! I declare I want to be blessed. As I read through Your 10 commandments, show me if I still need to repent of something in my life that does not line up with You. I ask for the blessings of Deuteronomy 28:1-6 above: God’s blessing in my city, God’s blessing in this country; God’s blessing on my children, the labor of my life, the provision You have given me; God’s blessing on my health and well-being; God’s blessing in my coming in, God’s blessing in my going out. I agree with Jesus in His prayer in John 17:22-23, for unity in my family and among the Believers in my church, city and nation. Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I wield the crowned sword of the Lord, the Word of the Lord, and will watch God’s blessings fall in every area of my life, in my city and in America!

2017 ACPE Word of the Lord – Introduction “God overcame the sins of rebellious humans when He began to flood the earth and rested on the 17th day of the Hebrew month. Noah’s ark and its eight passengers rested on the mountains of Ararat on the 17th day of the seventh month of the religious year (Tishrei), right in the middle of God’s Holy period known as the Feast of Tabernacles. This year is the time for the breakthrough to victory. There will be a significant increase in miracles and signs and wonders. The anointing will be so strong that it will break significant and long-standing strongholds that have plagued people’s lives.”1 “And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off your shoulder, and his yoke from off your neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” (Isaiah 10:27; NKJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: We have been waiting for this year! Restoring the Family Altar “As I was speaking in a conference, I saw a vision of our nation shrouded in darkness. Suddenly, a single home started to glow with living light, which then spread to others, rapidly transforming the entire country. Then I heard the voice of the Lord say, ‘Revival will come to America when the family altar is restored.’ In that moment, I felt like I received from God the key to revival for our nation!” (Cheryl Sacks1 “’Why are people praying about the strongman over every mountain (or sphere of society), such as government and media, and yet have never prayed about the strongholds of the issues pertaining to the family?’ After thinking about this, I realized that we, as a prayer movement, needed to address the corporate issues that affect the first institution the Lord created—the family.” (Cindy Jacobs)2 “These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up.” (Deuteronomy 6:6-7; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thank the Lord for showing us a key to revival in America—the relighting of the family altar in prayer. Ask the Lord to strengthen believing families across America. Pray for your own family and ask the Lord for prayer strategies for your family to know the Lord in fullness. Get Cheryl’s book, The Prayer-Saturated Family, and use the resources and prompts to help you build your family altar. Let your Pastor know about this and ask them to participate. A prayer you can pray: God, I thank You that You have revealed to the prophets a key to revival in America—restoring the family altar. We believe the Word of the Lord for this year. Strengthen our families as we learn to pray together more effectively, Lord. Let us not neglect this. Stir the hearts of the fathers and mothers to their children and may we not be neglectful in this. Grant us a deep relationship with You as a family. Thank You for providing resources to help us. Grant us favor to help get our churches and other families on board, as well. To Your glory, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: The fire of the family altar will be restored in 2017 and will result in revival in America! 1 Learn more about the National Family Prayer Month and Cheryl Sacks here. 2 Learn more about Cindy Jacobs and the prophetic background for January 2017 here.

Welcome to 2017! What exciting days we are living in! Watch for the world stage to get very busy, as it relates to the United States. Governing world powers will challenge our new President over Israel, energy, trade, immigration and other global issues. Internally, there will be conflict over the Supreme Court, what to do about Obamacare, abortion law, job creation and a number of other matters. Never forget that God is ultimately in control and that we look to Him for His path forward. “And it will be said in that day, ‘Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us. This is the Lord for whom we have waited; let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.” (Isaiah 25:9; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: This year must begin with worship! Tell the Lord that you are looking to Him for salvation of our nation and of your family and friends. Acknowledge that He alone is Savior and Lord of the earth. Decide that you will intercede this year on a whole new level. Ask God for the grace to do so. Get a notebook and ask the Lord how to focus your prayers. Write down any scripture and/or insights He gives you. Rejoice, rejoice rejoice! God is at work! He is answering our prayers in this year of Breakthrough! A prayer you can pray: I worship You, Lord God of the universe! You are Lord of my life and God over this nation. I exalt You and praise Your holy name! I refuse to look anywhere else for someone to put this nation back on a healthy, God-honoring track. I look to You and You alone to save us! The enemy is threatening our nation, Lord, particularly our nation’s new leadership. However, You will show me how to join many other intercessors and pray prayers Your way. I will document what You are doing, for this is going to be a year of miracle Breakthroughs! I rejoice in the God of my salvation! Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us. This is the Lord for whom we have waited; let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation!

Truth The dark is getting darker, but the light is growing brighter! It is becoming more obvious to those who have eyes to see that God is at work. Those who do not know the Lord, and who are governing and in positions of earthly influence, are making every attempt to make us all think that wickedness is okay and that darkness is the best thing. In fact, those of us who choose light are made to appear to be judgmental, divisive and lacking compassion. We had better know His Word. It is the only way we are going to be able to truly know Truth—right and wrong! “You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” (John 8:32; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Do a word search for “truth” in the Bible. Learn and declare what “truth” is into the atmosphere. Is any of this convicting you? Is there any place where you have aligned yourself with the world’s opinions, instead of the Word of God? Repent and ask the Lord to realign you. Pray the news. Go to the news today, both local and national. Pray for truth in the situations you read about and pray the Word you just read into them. (Make this a regular habit.) A prayer you can pray: Lord, as I go research the word “truth” in the Bible, open my spiritual eyes to see what You want me to learn about Truth. If my life does not line up with Your Word, convict me of sin, Holy Spirit. I want to repent and get my thoughts lined up with Yours. I want to be able to see what You are doing right now. I don’t want to get my thought-processes from the media or by what governing leaders tell me I should believe. Separate the light and darkness in me and in this nation. Show me how to pray as I go to the news today, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I will know God’s truth and that truth will set me free!
