The Turn-Around God gave Apostle Chuck Pierce a Word in May of this year that there would 10 months of turmoil and then there would be three years of breakthrough. I believe that this is true. I’m calling it “The Turn-around”. There will be three years of a turn-around in which we can see the destiny of a nation recaptured. Then, God will accomplish through this nation what He wants and needs to do. This is why we are gathering February 22nd through the 24th in Washington, D.C. God gave Cindy Jacobs a Word to count 10 months from the time Chuck gave his Word and it was February 22, 2018, She said, “You must go to Washington, D.C., on 2/22/18 and relaunch the Appeal to Heaven movement. It will be the relaunching of the world-wide prayer movement. It will be the birthing of the three-year turn-around that Chuck prophesied. So, we are going to Washington, D.C., on 2/22/18. Dismantling Leviathan God is saying to the Church, “I have given you victory over the serpent, Leviathan.” This is a serpent of pride who tears and devours. We believe that this particular spirit affects the media realm of authority, causing a twisting of truth leading people to form opinions on false presumptions. God has given us air superiority over this spirit. I believe God is saying to us as the Ekklesia that it is time to arise and move into the very fullest expression of spiritual warfare. It is time for the releasing of spiritual weaponry in the heavenlies. It has to be the highest level we have ever moved in. Then, we will see this enemy dismantled over America. “On that day the LORD will use his fierce and powerful sword to punish Leviathan, that slippery snake, Leviathan, that twisting snake. He will kill that monster which lives in the sea.” (Isaiah 27:1; GWT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Prepare yourself for war with this spirit, Leviathan, by repenting of any falsehood in you. Repent of any twisting of the truth. Repent if you have recently said anything casually that may have changed a person’s opinion of another. Repent of any gossip. Make sure you clean in this area. Command Leviathan to be silent. Command him to be still. Declare that the media realm will begin to speak forth the truth and that the truth will uncover darkness, releasing those long held captive by Leviathan. Find as many scriptures about Truth in the Word as you can find and proclaim them over America, knowing that these proclamations will be the undoing of this spirit. A prayer you can pray: Father, forgive me for any falsehood in me. I want to have Your truth in my inward parts. Forgive me for casual words of gossip, even slander, I have spoken. I forget that words like that may change the hearer’s opinion of another person. You have called us to love and forgive, not back-bite and harm with our words. My words must be straightened out, if my prayers will help straighten out Leviathan. I command Leviathan to be still! Be silent! I say that you may not twist truthful words to your advantage! I say that Truth will be seen and light will shine in the darkness, uncovering years of old trauma and lies. I say this especially over our media and government. Thank you for the power of Your Word, Jesus. (Find scriptures on truth and proclaim them against the enemy or use them to exalt the Lord’s Truth.) Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the time has come for God to punish the twisting serpent Leviathan, and to straighten out the communication in this nation, so Truth can be fully known!

Because the Apostle Asked Me To While I was in Jacksonville, FL, a prophet friend of mine had a dream. In the dream there was a brand new, largest ever aircraft carrier, of course representing air superiority, that was over three football fields long. It was named the USS Gerald Ford. This carrier was sent up the river by President Trump. It was so big that it couldn’t make it through a narrow place and got stuck in the mud right at the place in Jacksonville where the congregation was battling Leviathan – where it was headquartered. In the dream, the President was asked why he would send this huge ship up this river, as it seemed likely it would get stuck. Trump answered, “Because the Apostle over that area asked me to, and it’s not leaving until he’s finished with it.” “Together, we are his house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself.” (Ephesians 2:20; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: God has specific projects for us to accomplish. He has the provision for the assignments, as well. Ask Him for whatever you need to do what He has called you to do. Declare that all the intercession needed will be raised up by God, as well. Apostolic leadership is put in place by God to provide order, support, training, and many other things. Work with the leadership God has placed in an area, if you want maximum kingdom impact! Intercede for God’s perfect strategies for the narrow places of your assignments. A prayer you can pray: Lord, thank you for letting us know in Your Word that You will provide all we need in Christ Jesus for any Kingdom-advancing strategies you give us to do. Show us where there is apostolic leadership in place that we can partner with to get the job done more effectively. Apostles know their spheres of authority well! They know the resources, the connections, the spiritual climate, and what is needed to get the job done. Give them all that they need. Let us help them and receive help from them, if we can be humble enough to do so. We pray that apostolic leadership will recognize the assignment you have given us and will grant us grace and help us to stir up intercession and other resources to get the job done! We will do the same in fulfilling the vision you have given them, as well. So is the Kingdom. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that God will receive maximum glory for all the apostles and prophets and intercessors do in expanding the Kingdom of God throughout the nation!

Reopening Spiritual Wells One of the most significant spiritual wells for America exists in Jacksonville, FL. It’s where the Huguenots landed. This became the first place the Gospel was preached, as far as we know. The preaching there resulted in the first convert we are aware of in what is now the continental United States. Then, it became the place of the first martyrs, as they began to be persecuted for their faith. A modern-day leader of the congregation near that area recently felt that a spirit of Leviathan had set itself up at the spiritual well there on that beach. So, he led his congregation to rent a building where the Huguenots were and to continue to hold services there until they dealt with that Leviathan spirit and reopened the spiritual well there. “And Isaac dug again the wells of water that had been dug in the days of Abraham his father, which the Philistines had stopped after the death of Abraham. And he gave them the names that his father had given them.” (Genesis 26:18; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Take a good look around your city. Look at it spiritually, like this (write your answers down): Is there evidence God established it for His purposes? Or, was it started by men with human desires or corrupt plans? If it was established for God’s purposes, what has the enemy been doing there to stop God’s plan from reaching full potential? If it was established by man’s human desire, what can be done to turn things around to glorify God? Look up scripture to use as a sword for prayer in either case. Gather a couple of like-minded friends and go pray these things over your city. Go where God tells you to go and intercede. Watch it begin to turn. You just engaged in spiritual mapping and spiritual warfare. Worship God and thank Him for the turn-around! You can do this over any arena of authority or where there was any significant move of God – your schools, businesses, cities, state, nation etc. A prayer you can pray: (Today, follow the mapping instructions above!) Today’s decree: I decree that the wells of revival will be re-dug in this generation and the plan of God will be restored!

Special Forces With Special Assignments A friend of mine had a dream that he was having lunch with President Trump. In the dream, he had a question for the President, “What must we do to protect America?” The President’s answer was, “We must protect and control the air.” This is most certainly a spiritual dream relating to us. Now, hear me: you can have a very small congregation (small in a numerical sense) that has a large assignment, calling, and impact. In fact, you may be small because of the assignment you have been given by the Lord. You may be more of a “special forces unit” than a part of the broad army. There’s nothing wrong with large numbers, but there are also those that are called to take on unusual assignments, such as praying for 3 or 4 hours on a Sunday morning. “Then the Lord said to Gideon, ‘You still have too many men. Take them down to the water, and I will separate them for you there. If I tell you a man should go with you, he will go. If I tell you a man should not go with you, he will not go.’” (Judges 7:4; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: If you are part of a large congregation, thank the Lord for the power in the many! If you are part of a small congregation, rejoice, for you can be used by God for unique, special assignments! Regardless of the size of the group you have chosen to worship with, choose to pray more as a congregation. Ask the Lord for a plan and talk with you pastor about this, if it’s not currently their style. Gather a small group of friends together for special prayer strikes in your city – let the Lord lead you to pray for the schools, around civic buildings, for justice, and in areas where strongholds need to come down. Also, pray for economic growth and for the blessings of the Lord to increase. A prayer you can pray: God, I thank you for the congregation of Believers you have led me to, regardless of the size. You have a reason for putting my family and me where we are. Increase prayer in this place! Give groups of us special strategies to hit the mark in prayer and effect great change in our community. I ask that my pastor would make more room for prayer in corporate services. Show me who You want me to gather together with in intercession. Show us what our special assignment is, Holy Spirit. We want to tear down strongholds and call into our cities the blessing and increase of the Presence of the Lord. May we make room for Jesus in our city as we pray! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that God will use small, strategic groups of intercessors to undertake special forces assignments all across this nation and in every community.

Taking the Enemy by Surprise I heard a story about a man named Sir Arthur Harris. They called him “Bomber Harris”. He led an operation called “Operation Millennium.” His plan to bring the final defeat to Hitler and the Nazis was to bring 1000 bombers a night to different German cities. I didn’t say 1000 bombs. I said 1000 bombers. It became the undoing of the Third Reich. It took them by surprise and completely destroyed their morale and the cities of Germany. He said, “The Nazis entered this war under the childish delusion that they were going to bomb everyone else and nobody was going to bomb them. Victory will go to the one that first employs air power as it should be employed.” “And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive it, if you have faith.” (Mathew 21:22; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Can you imagine the effect of thousands of Believers praying the same thing on the same day can do? Making the Enemy Nervous All of the uprising, the tension, the anger that is rising up here and around the world right now is a demonic reaction to what God is saying and doing. The enemy is nervous. He should be. God has given us “air superiority” over the enemy. He has given us the ability to take spiritual authority over the enemy of the air. Don’t be discouraged by all that’s coming against you, your family, and this nation. Don’t let the enemy over-run you (he wants to). God does care and He wants us to partner with Him in prayer to bring healing, correction, and hope to others, while undoing all the works of the evil one. “At that time you followed the world’s evil way; you obeyed the ruler of the spiritual powers in space, the spirit who now controls the people who disobey God. God has made us what we are, and in our union with Christ Jesus he has created us for a life of good deeds, which he has already prepared for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:2,10; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: News flash! Unsaved people act like people who don’t know God. Ask God to give you His heart for them. The enemy is using the lost, borrowing them for his evil plans, and even killing some of them in horrible ways, as they carry out his wicked plans. Do you care? Or, do you judge? Repent, if need be. Weep for those who are trapped in his awful design. The best way to stop the evil is to intercede for the culprits to have a powerful introduction to Christ! How else can they escape Satan’s talons? Ask God to show you one good deed you can perform today that might lead a wicked person to Christ. A prayer you can pray: God, I keep forgetting that those who don’t yet know you think and act very differently than Your people do. They don’t know any better. Some very famous people are trapped by Satan and willingly attack You and Your people. They mercilessly attack our President and other government leaders and gloat when they think they’ve caught them in any misstep. Lord, I want Your heart for them. I intercede for them to know You and to be delivered out of Satan’s control! Show me something I can do today or say today that might soften an unbeliever’s heart and cause them to want to know You. In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that our union with Christ Jesus has created us for a life of good deeds, which he has already prepared for us to do! We will see many come to Him, as we act like Him toward the lost.

Giving Satan a Migraine I don’t think we have ever seen the expression of the government of God on planet Earth at the level that we are about to see it. I am not just talking about the American Church. In fact, we have some work to do. I’m talking about the Church worldwide that will be the full expression of the Kingdom of God. The full representation of the King will be released on this earth through the Ekklesia. As this revelation unfolds, everything will change. We are about to move into an outpouring of Holy Spirit that, for the first time since the Book of Acts, involves a full expression of the five-fold nature of Jesus – apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher. All of these are about to be manifested through the Church. I suspect that Satan has a migraine. “It will come about after this That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. ‘Even on the male and female servants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.’” (Joel 2:28-29; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Shout and praise, because when you live a fully sold-out life in Christ, you are giving Satan a migraine! Call forth the Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers and pray that they would fully operate together for the sake of Kingdom-advancement! Pray for the full power-filled expression of these leadership gifts! Ask Him to increase any manifestations of these grace gifts in you! Pray for a John 16 unity in the Ekklesia that couples the gifts with the power of love for one another and ka-boom! Power explosion coming to America and the earth! A prayer you can pray: God, I shout my praises to You for You are worthy of them! Hallelujah! Thank You, Jesus! To God be the glory and honor and majesty! Kingdom of God, come! Cause the Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers to come forth out of their preparation places. It’s time to work together in the beauty of unity, so the reality of Jesus is seen in the U.S. and all around the world! Increase my own anointing and perfectly fit the gifts you’ve given me into the plan You have for my area to see Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that God is pouring out an end-time anointing on His Church to prophesy, dream dreams, see visions, and reap a harvest that will cause the enemy no end of angst!

Multiplying the Image of Jesus I don’t like some people’s watered-down expression of Christianity in the New Testament and what should be a New Testament church. We’re supposed to be multiplying the image of Jesus, Himself. We’re supposed to do so in such a way that when we come together the very fullness of Christ, Himself, is manifested in the earth. When we get together, the fullness of Jesus, Himself, is to be seen on planet earth! This awakening is about to explode in fullness. Mark 16 is about to explode in fullness – sons and daughters filled with the Spirit, healing the sick, casting out demons, speaking with new tongues. It won’t happen by the hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands. It will happen by the millions! “’I will be your Father, and you will be my sons and daughters,’ declares the Lord Almighty.” (2 Corinthians 6:18; ISV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Ever heard the saying, “The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree?” Determine that that will be you in relationship with the Father. Ask God to create His New Testament Church in the nation and around the world, full of mini Jesus people. Get going! Lay hands on the sick and expect their recovery. Cast out demons and expect them to exit! Invite other Believers to meet Holy Spirit, if they haven’t already. Expect that they will be filled with Him! Ask God for a prayer language, if you don’t already have one. Pray in yours more, if you do. Gather with other like-hearted ekklesia members and act together like the Church we are supposed to be – some and daughters of God acting like sons and daughters of God! A prayer you can pray: Father, I want to be that child that looks like they were cloned from their parent – I want to “look” so much like You that people know I am Yours! Pour Your Spirit out on your sons and daughters, until there are multitudes of mini Jesus people all over the place. We have our assignment from Mark 16. Anoint us to DO it! Back up the faith we have, even if it is just a little bit. We must act like You, Jesus, to multiply the Kingdom and expand it in the nation. Show us who to gather with, so we are encouraged, effective, and growing into the image of Christ more and more every day. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that we are the sons and daughters of God, expressing Him as we go about our daily activities until multitudes know Him, also.

Awakening the Dawn – Day 4: “The Call|Rise Up” We are getting ready to move into another major expression of Mark 16 in the earth, “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.” Jesus had been to the cross and gotten His family back. Now, He came back to the disciples and said, “Now, you go multiply My family again, just like I told you to in Genesis, because I have put this thing back on track! You multiply My image in the earth!” “In 1997, Men stood in the gap. In 2017, women Rise Up.” “He said to them, ‘Go throughout the whole world and preach the gospel to all people. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved; whoever does not believe will be condemned. Believers will be given the power to perform miracles: they will drive out demons in my name; they will speak in strange tongues; if they pick up snakes or drink any poison, they will not be harmed; they will place their hands on sick people, and these will get well.’” (Mark 16: 15-18; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: In 1997, God’s sons were called to Washington, D.C., to meet on the mall and make a statement that they, as men, were taking God’s call to them seriously. Thank God for the men of God and their covenant commitment to the Lord. Today, the daughters are being called to the same place to make a statement that the women are equally serious about our covenant with Him. Declare that God’s standards for, and image of, a woman are about to be reflected in His daughters. Declare that women are being sent into the harvest fields clothed with purity, loveliness, authority, and the miraculous. A prayer you can pray: Father, I thank you for the men of God who met publicly in our nation’s capital in 1997 to declare their commitment to You and their families. Today, they women are doing the same at “The Call|Rise Up”. We say that Your daughters are going to show what a woman is meant to be. We say Your image will be reflected in Your lovely ladies. I declare that women are being sent forward into the harvest with power, miracles, authority, and purity. In Jesus’ Name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the nation’s image of women will change after they see how women of God reflect Him today on the Mall.

Awaken the Dawn – Day 3: “I’ve Come to Get My Family Back!” In Matthew 16, Jesus said “I will build My church…” It does not mean to build a structure. It’s not the word “edify.” “Church” here is the word for “family”. “I will build a lineage. I will build a household. I will create family.” Jesus was declaring in Matthew 16 that He had some to get the family back! “I have come to restore the mandate in Genesis to multiply sons and daughters of the Most High. I’ve come to get a Bride. I’ve come to get the individuals that I can truly relate to as family and friends. I have come to restore the Genesis mandate through them.” “And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” (Matthew 16:18; KJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: The Body of Christ is coming together in a very unique way on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. this weekend. Envision it – many generations, races, denominations, and backgrounds all worshiping together! Worship Him for the family He has built! Worship Him for the members of the family that are about to come in. Declare that the current Church is the stable place the Father can build His Church from. A prayer you can pray: Father, I am using my imagination to really see the gathering on the National Mall today. I see a family that is every color, denomination, age, and background – beautiful in its diverse worship of You! I worship You for this wonderful family! I worship You for the family members You are about to add to this wonderful family. I declare that the current Church is a good foundation for you to build upon. I welcome the increase, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the gates of hell will not be able to prevail against the Church, the family of God!

“Awaken the Dawn” – Day 2: A Temporary Hold God temporarily lost His family when the fall of man occurred. He never stopped loving us and He remained completely committed to us. However, He lost us in the sense that we lost His nature and His breath. An estrangement and a separation came. We also lost the dominion and the ekklesia (governing authority). It was all put on hold – until now. Christ’s coming opened the way for the restoration of God’s family. “Awaken the Dawn” can help usher in a new season of Harvest – the best one yet! “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:8-10; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship Him for He is worthy to be worshiped! Embrace His love for you. Decree that those you love will know His love! Invite God into your family (even if you’re a family of one.) Invite Him into this nation! Declare the estrangement and separation between God and many lost souls are coming to an end as the effect of “Awaken the Dawn” sweeps over the nation. A prayer you can pray: Lord, I worship You, because You are worthy of my worship! I worship You together with all of the thousands of Believers on the National Mall at “Awaken the Dawn”. I open my heart fully to your love. I decree that all those I love will soon come to know You and love You, as well! I invite You into my family and into this nation. I declare that the effect of “Awaken the Dawn” will open the way for those now estranged and separated from You to be reconciled to You, Lord. Amen.
