Celebrating the U. S. Constitution This week marks the 230th anniversary of the adoption of the United States Constitution. This founding document has kept our nation on a solid track for a long time. What a wonderful document we have! It was written after our founding fathers humbled themselves in prayer. Some of its concepts were taken from God’s Word. It begins, “We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”1 “And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, ‘To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!’” (Revelation 5:13; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Intercede for this nation to honor God, even as our founders did when they prayed and wrote the Constitution. Thank Him who reigns forever for imparting His heart and mind to those who wrote our founding documents. Declare the Preamble of the Constitution written above. Do this to establish today that this document is just as important to this generation as to the one 230 years ago. Know that tens of thousands of Believers will be doing this today. Honor the One who established this nation by quoting, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!” A prayer you can pray: Father, I humble myself and pray for America. Please stir up increased intercession for this nation. I pray that the Church would be stirred to honor You. You have put a part of Your heart and vision in the very documents America exists upon. You are so worthy of our honor and worship! Together with tens of thousands of Believers using this app today, I declare the Preamble of the Constitution written above. The foundation You gave us is secure. “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!” Today’s decree: I decree that this nation was founded on God’s dream, His sovereign direction, His Word, and the intercession of those who sought Him. It remains because of His continued loving watchfulness. 1 The Preamble to the U. S. Constitution.

Do Not Give In or Give Up It is OK to grieve, like Jeremiah or Nehemiah, over the condition of our nation, but we must not give in to discouragement and fear. God is calling forth an army of faithful followers who will come up out of their discouragement to boldly push back the darkness. Many leaders in government, health, education and ministry are having to make a decision right now—am I going to make my stand or am I going to compromise and yield to the enemy’s plans? I, for one, say what America’s founding fathers said upon signing the Declaration of Independence and, thereby, committing an act of treason against the crown: I pledge my life, my fortune, my sacred honor—everything to stop this insidious plan of hell. Will you join me? “So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” (Galatians 6:9; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Let your frustration, disappointment, anger, and grief over our nation’s condition out before the Lord. Sit quietly for a minute and let His love and hope wash over you and heal your battered soul. Worship Him – the Hope for you and for America. Ask God for grace and strength to fix your eyes on Christ, to keep doing good, and to believe that He is more concerned about this nation than you are. Pledge to never compromise His standards and to do whatever you can to stop the plans of hell against the USA. A prayer you can pray: Father, you already know what’s on my heart, so I am going to bare it before you. (Tell Him honestly how you feel about the condition of America.) Let Your love and hope wash over me as I sit before you quietly for a few minutes. Heal my emotions. Give me hope for the future and the nation’s future. I worship You, worthy One. Jesus, I fix my eyes on You, as the author and finisher of my faith. I know what You are able to do and I choose to believe that You will finish what You started. May I never compromise the standard of Your Word or think that morality cannot be legislated. Use my life to make a difference in my realms of authority. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that we will reap a harvest of souls, blessings, and a nation at peace that’s on God’s track, if we will not give up believing, praying, and acting on His Will.

Shaking Off the Slumber Zechariah prophesied to Zerubbabel saying, “This mountain in front of you is going to be brought low and become a plain. Not by might or power but by my Spirit, you will tear it down with shouts of grace, grace!” This is a picture of what God wants to do in America! If the church wakes up from her slumber, heeds the voice of the prophets and begins to partner with righteous government leaders to take her stand, the Lord will make a way for our nation’s biblical foundations to be restored. His glory will fill our land once again. God’s desire is that you would contend for and see revival in your city and nation! “Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, ‘This is Yahweh’s word to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says Yahweh of Armies. Who are you, great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you are a plain; and he will bring out the capstone with shouts of ‘Grace, grace, to it!’’” (Zechariah 4:6-7; WEB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Our nation has many “mountains” (challenges). Think of a few. Write them down, if you need to. Say, “Who are you, great mountain?” Shout “grace, grace” to each one. Call for the Church to wake up and fully take our place in the realms of influence He opens for us. Decide to contend in prayer and action for His Glory to fill your realm of influence. Intercede that the biblical foundations of the nation would be restored! A prayer you can pray: Father, America is filled with challenges. Give me Your list. I say, “Grace, grace” to each of these “mountains”. Church, wake up! Members of the Body of Christ, take your places in your realms of influence. Choose to intercede in prayer and action until you see God fill your assigned area of society in your city, state or nation with His Glory! Jesus, restore the biblical foundations of our nation! Line things up with Your Word and Your plan. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree God’s grace and glory to the challenges that face this nation!

Worldly Counselors vs. God The first few verses of Psalms 2 describes those who hate God and take counsel together, devising plans to contend against Him and His people. These counselors think they’ve overthrown God’s rule and conquered His people and, in their arrogance, openly decree this. Notwithstanding, Psalm 2 describes several terrifying things God does in response. First, He laughs a mocking laugh of derision toward them. Then, He asserts that His Son will rule the earth. Lastly, God takes His rod and begins to break and shatter kingdoms in order to reestablish His reign in the earth. The good news is clearly laid out here—in the end, we win! “Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his anointed, saying, ‘Let us break their chains and throw off their shackles.’ The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them. He rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath, saying, ‘I have installed my king on Zion, my holy mountain.’ I will proclaim the Lord’s decree: He said to me, ‘You are my son; today I have become your father. Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession. You will break them with a rod of iron; you will dash them to pieces like pottery.’ Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear and celebrate his rule with trembling.” (Psalm 2: 1-11; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Read Psalm 2:1-11 out loud as a declaration. Direct this at those who think there is no God and that Christians should be silenced. Intercede for those earthly leaders who are in danger of being forever in eternity without God. Seriously intercede for them that they may be saved. Ask God to silence the ungodly leaders and, instead, give His people influence, favor and an overcoming voice. Pray that N. Korea would be shattered by the mercy of God and its people released from that dictatorship, so they might be free to choose Christ. A prayer you can pray: (Read Psalm 2:1-11 out loud as a declaration.) Lord, there are so many leaders in America that mock You. There are so many that think You do not exist and so they feel free to attack Your standards and Your people. They use the governmental vehicles at every level, but especially the national legislative and judicial systems. Correct this, Father. I whole-heartedly intercede for those ungodly counselors who are on the attack. Forgive them, because they really do not understand that they are railing against a living God! You are not moved by their words or actions. You have a plan to break their plans to pieces and to exalt Your people instead. Break North Korea’s government apart, Jesus, and set the captives free! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Father has made the nations Christ’s inheritance, and the ends of the earth His possession, including this nation. We are watching His enforcement of this.

Our Current Currency is Mercy Earlier this year, the Lord made it clear that we had entered a season where mercy had become our currency. Currency is a medium of exchange. Without a doubt, He was saying that He was exchanging judgement for mercy. I ask you, would He turn right around a few months later and change His mind, deciding He would rather bestow the judgement on us, after all? Anyone who know Him knows this is not how He operates. God is good for His Word. If he said he “Mercy is the nation’s new currency”, then it is – for quite some time to come. We have barely gotten started with the exchange. “When the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” (Titus 3:4-7; NKJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Get the doubt out of your mind – God is not currently judging America. Ask Him for revelation of the Word of the Lord that Mercy is our currency in this season of America’s history. Acknowledge that our nation may deserve judgement, but declare that you accept His mercy in place of judgement for the United States. Agree with God that this is the season of God’s mercy that we are living in – it’s a season for faith and miracles. A prayer you can pray: Father, remove any part of my thinking that imagines that America is being judged by You right now. It’s not that we don’t have plenty of sin issues to be judged for, but prophetically, that is not what You have been saying. You do not say things like that and then turn around a few months later and say, “Never mind!” or “I was only joking!” When You make a statement like that, it lasts for quite a while, because it takes a while for the Word to get around and for people to get it! Let us begin to be champions of the Church, rising up and walking in Your mercy, doing great exploits as a result of the relief that releases faith! Thank you, merciful Savior, Amen. Today’s decree: Mercy is the nation’s current currency!

The Awakening of the Ekklesia “Even though the flood waters have risen and the fires have burned, there is a crying out. An awakening is sweeping this nation. It is an awakening of Believers, intercessors, and prayer warriors. A united strength that all felt was lost is now being ignited, rediscovered, rebirthed, and released. It is the sound of an awakened prayer army and Ekklesia. There is a new sound of surrender, repentance, and dependence on Him. It is a sound of intercession of awakening that only comes from the surrendered bowing of the knee and the laying prostrate in His glorious presence of the throne room. It is that place where we can only imagine how magnificent He is, but still experience and encounter Him in His awesome glory. Yet, in this place, no human words can fully express how magnificent He truly is. It is a sound of worship and awakening. It is a sound of the warriors arising. It is a sound and a stirring and a rising up! A warrior’s cry of authority is resounding out into the atmosphere. It is a sound and a display of unity!” (Becca Greenwood)1 “Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say: ‘You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.’” (Revelation 4:9-11; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Press into intercession and listen in the spirit for the sound of awakened prayer and the rising army of God. Watch in the spirit for His glorious Presence to come rolling in. Repent for being too “wordy” in your prayers and realize that there are times in His Presence that there are no words needed. Kneel or lay down in reverence before Him and worship a few minutes in that position. Now, stand up and declare to the Lord that you are an arising spiritual warrior and you are ready to intercede in unity with your brothers and sisters in Christ at every opportunity. Call for the spiritual authority the Bride is now walking in, strengthened in unity, to be distinctly effective in routing our nation’s enemies and the enemies of the cross. A prayer you can pray: Father, as I seek You today, let me hear in the spirit the sound of an awakened army of praying saints in this nation. Let me see Your glorious Presence rolling in like a massive wave. Let the weight of Your Presence and Glory be so great that I have no more words to pray. As I lay before You, may I soak in that Presence and be changed. As I rise up, let me be changed and ready to enter into a spiritual warfare that You plan for the Ekklesia to win. I choose to be in a John 17 unity with my brothers and sisters in Christ, so the battles can be quickly won! My nation is too desperate for me to do anything else. In Jesus’ name. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree, “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things.” May all things now bow before the authority of the King as expressed through the Ekklesia on behalf of America. 1 Learn more about Becca Greenwood here.

Time for the Tabernacle “In a recent vision I saw the two hurricanes—Florida and Houston—as if they were on two screens of a weather forecast, one on the left side and one on the right. I saw ‘Category 4’ overlaid over both in bold block text. Suddenly the ‘4’ of each hurricane floated off of each screen over each hurricane and joined in the center area. They came together to form ‘4:4.’ This was amazing to me, as I had just ministered on Isaiah 4:4-5: When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and purged the bloodshed of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and the spirit of burning, then the Lord will create over the whole area of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud by day, even smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory will be a canopy. Look at our floods. Look at our wild fires. I suddenly realized that, through natural disasters, America has been experiencing both the ‘washing’ and the burning.’ Both together are a sign to us. And both are a call to renewed repentance. Why? Because the Lord is intent on establishing His bridal canopy over us. Personally, regionally, even nationally, we are now entering into a ‘tabernacles movement!’ His glory is being restored. And we are being given the opportunity to become thrones of glory to our Father’s house.” (Jon Hamill)1 For Scripture today, see Isaiah 4:4-5 above. Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship the One Who is cleansing us and cleansing our nation. Worship the One who is making us ready for His arrival and who is setting up His bridal canopy over us. Pray for the Body of Christ to understand the intense desire of the Lord to make His Bride ready for His Glory! Welcome His Presence into this nation. A prayer you can pray: Lord, I worship You for You are faithful to wash us, to let the heat of the passion of Your love for us bring any dross to the surface, so You can wisk it away. What mercy You extend to us; what grace, undeserved. Let the Bride understand the process, so that we do not resist You. Cleanse us and build Your tabernacle over us. We want to meet with You. Make us ready. Pour out Your Glory on America! In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Bride is entering into a “tabernacles movement” in America and will experience an unprecedented glory and Presence that will change everything. 1 Learn more about Jon Hamill and see the full Word of the Lord entitled, “Vision – 2 Hurricanes” here.

Remembering to Give Thanks! There’s a wonderful story in Luke that speaks to me about where the Church and the nation should be right now. In Luke 17:11-19, 10 lepers encountered Jesus and the power of God. He gave them instructions and they headed off to the priests to follow those instructions. Only one exhibited the heart God looks for – a heart for Him; a heart of gratefulness. He came back and thanked Jesus. What is even better is when we are thankful even before He acts on our behalf. That shows faith. God has intervened and will intervene and we should be so thankful! “Jesus said, ‘Were not ten healed? Where are the nine? Can none be found to come back and give glory to God except this outsider?’ Then he said to him, ‘Get up. On your way. Your faith has healed and saved you.’” (Luke 17:17-19; MSG) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thank the Lord for no other reason than He is! Thank Him for His care and concern for us and for our nation. Thank Him for calling His Church up as one to help in times of such desperate need, as we’ve seen in Texas. Thank Him for diminishing Hurricane Irma more quickly than predicted. Thank Him in advance for calling the rain and snow from His storehouses to drop on the fires in Montana, the northwest and in California, Thank Him that He will turn this nation toward Him and turn it in His direction. If He has us asking to intercede this, then it is on His heart! A prayer you can pray: God, I love You and thank You just for who You are! Thank you that You love and care for my nation. You have a wonderful plan for America. You prepare plans of salvation and help long in advance of the need. You know just what will be needed when and where. Thank you for dissipating Hurricane Irma before it could cause even worse damage to Florida and the southeast. Thank you for storing up rain and snow for the exact perfect time to drop them from the sky to put our fires out. Thank you in advance of Your turning the nation. Thank you, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Church will  be thankful before, during, and after God moves on our nation’s behalf!

In the Face of Great Tragedy – A Great America “I’d like to send our nation’s prayers to everyone in the path of Hurricane Irma and to everyone suffering through the devastation of Hurricane Harvey.  These are storms of catastrophic severity, and we’re marshaling the full resources of the federal government to help our fellow Americans in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, and all of those wonderful places and states in harm’s way.  When Americans are in need, Americans pull together — and we are one country.  And when we face hardship, we emerge closer, stronger, and more determined than ever.” (President Donald J. Trump)1 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: President Trump has been humbly seeking the Lord as these tragedies have hit the nation. Thank the Lord for a president that will seek Him. Thank the Lord for the huge outpouring of help from everyone who feels capable or has means to assist. Thank God for the way Americans pull together in times of hardship, loving and accepting one another, looking only at the need of another human being. Intercede for all the many, many needs in the areas where there have been hurricanes, floods, and fires. Ask the Lord to meet everyone single one of them, as we pull together in unity, without fear, to rebuild. A prayer you can pray: Lord, I thank you for a president that will humble himself and openly pray for the needs of the people he serves. Thank you for so many offering their time, money, equipment, and talents to help in the recovery and rebuilding of the areas devastated by recent natural disasters. Bless them, Lord. Thank you for turning what the enemy meant for evil into a culture that is seen to express Your character and nature in that we are putting aside our differences and helping anyone who needs help. Meet every need that’s out there, Jesus. Show me what my part is. Make this nation one, even as You are one! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that Americans who know God will not be afraid of storms or riots or anything else they can’t do anything about or don’t understand, but they will come together and show that the USA relies on and acts out of our dependence on God.

We Will Never Forget We have many concerns in our nation right now, from the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey to the activity of Hurricane Irma, and the fires in the northwest. Never-the-less, we will focus today on a moment in our nation’s recent history where the world changed. On September 11, 2001, terrorists struck New York City’s Twin Towers and the Pentagon. So many lives were changed in the matter of a few hours. The security of this nation and the world shifted. For a short while, differences were set aside politically, racially, and in other ways. We were just Americans. God, we want unity like that again, but we do not want it to come from tragedy. This time it must come by choice. “Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.” (1 Corinthians 13:11; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray for the survivors. Pray for the families and loved ones of those that were lost. They will be grieving today. Hold a minute of silence and remember the loss we suffered as a nation on 9/11/2001. Let the remembrance move you to long for unity in our nation again. Ask God to heal our nation’s divides. Pray for those that think differently than you do. Intercede for them to know the Lord. Decide to love them and act kindly toward them, no matter what. A prayer you can pray: Father, I ask You to remember the survivors of 9/11. Comfort them and heal their hearts and minds from any residual trauma. Comfort family members and close friends of those who lost loved ones that day. So many were lost. Some were never found at all. (Hold a minute of silence and remember the loss we suffered as a nation on 9/11/2001.) Lay the passion of Your desire for unity among the brethren and unity between people in general upon me. Forgive me when I want to treat others in any way other than the way You want them treated. Make me a healer of the nation’s division, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that September 11, 2001 will remind the Church today of the heart of the Father for America’s divisiveness to be healed.

Word of the Lord for Florida – Chuck Pierce The Spirit of God is starting to bring down revelation on top of us. And it is very important that we grab hold of this. All of a sudden, I could see the word that was written across Florida. And the Lord said that the word for this state is “Surge!” He said, “Watch the signs that are coming. And there will be surges on both sides of the state. And I say that will be a sign, because the enemy is trying to find a narrow way in through this state to affect an entire nation, but I brought you together tonight to create a surge in the atmosphere. And I say the surge will be like a light that shines down and when the enemy comes in by night trying to enter in to move up in the air and trying to create a strategy, he will be exposed. You will hear of him being exposed throughout this nation. But I say to you tonight, ‘I am drawing you together to create a surge in the heaven and where darkness is trying to enter in, you will create such a surge that my glory will come in and overtake the state.’” (Chuck Pierce)1 “The waters have risen, O Eternal One; the sound of pounding waves is deafening. The waters have roared with power. More powerful than the thunder of mighty rivers, more powerful than the mighty waves in the ocean is the Eternal on high!” (Psalm 93:3-4; VOICE) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Praise the Lord, for He is going to use the storm in FL to reveal the plot of the enemy to bring harm to Florida and the U.S. Watch where the surge hits. It will be a clue and will show you how to war against the enemy. Watch for other areas across the nation where dark plans are being exposed. Command that all of Satan’s plans against the nation would move from darkness into the light. Worship God for He is the one in control of the water and the waves. Worship Him and trust His love and commitment to you. A prayer you can pray: Praise God in the heavens! Praise Him in the earth! May the heavens open over the praises of His people! May we exalt Him until His Presence is tangible wherever we go! Let us open up the heavens and let His light shine in! We are watching, Lord. Reveal Your mysteries to us. We trust the Word of the Lord through the prophets of God. Chuck saw the storm surges coming. He told us this was to expose the plan of the enemy. Show us the mystery and teach us to pray into the place of revelation, so the enemy is routed from Florida and our nation. We are amazed how in control You are! In Jesus’ Name, amen. Today’s decree: We decree that God is going to use what the enemy means for evil in order to expose his tactics. Them God will use that knowledge in the mouths of the Ekklesia to set the nation free! 1 From a prophetic Word given by Chuck Pierce in Tallahassee. FL on 7/20/17.

Prayer Points From Florida We’re going to break our normal protocol today. Hurricane Irma is just about to hit our shores. Jose is right behind it. We have humbled ourselves, worshipped, honored the Lord, declared and decreed. Ken Malone is a friend and partner in ministry. He is an apostle to his state of Florida. Here is his recommended list of items to pray for today. Prayer Points concerning the hurricane: Exalt the Lord of Glory over this storm. Don’t exalt the storm by it consuming most of your conversation. Honor God during this time. He is the Lord! Ask forgiveness of any sin and the sins of our fathers. Neh. 1:6. Decree Mercy. Mercy is the new currency. Enter the heavenlies and trade with mercy. He delights in mercy. Micah 7:18. Mercy triumphs over judgement. James 2:13. Command the millibars to rise. When the millibars rise the storm weakens. Command a strong north wind to blow it apart. Curse the storm as Jesus cursed the fig tree. Mark 11:12-25. Speak to the storm and say, “Peace be still.” Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. Mark 4:39. Speak to the Lord saying, “Send your angels to stop this storm.” Pray for protection to those who are in its path. Decree His word. His written word carries great authority. Declare Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon formed against you will prosper.” Fight the good fight of faith. 1 Tim. 6:12. War with the prophesies the Lord has given you, especially if you live in Florida or other states where the storms could hit. 1 Tim. 1:18. Today’s decree: I humbly decree that God will hear our cries for mercy, save the lost, and minister to the overwhelmed.
