God Wants a Family Adam was “like” God. He was as much like God as God could possibly have made him without reproducing Himself. Psalm 8 says he was a little lower than God. Why did God make Adam like Him, unlike the angels or all the rest of creation? We know the answer – He was after family. He didn’t want another trillion angels. He had all these other animals and other creatures. That’s not what He was after. All of that creation was to prepare the home for the man He was about to create in His image, in His likeness, crowned with His glory. All of this, so He could have family on planet Earth. “Yet you made them inferior only to yourself; you crowned them with glory and honor. You appointed them rulers over everything you made; you placed them over all creation: sheep and cattle, and the wild animals too; the birds and the fish and the creatures in the seas.” (Psalm 8:5-8; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Knowing who we are as human beings, reunited with our Father, is critical for a Great Awakening. Realize that ending abortion is more than a moral issue – it treats precious human beings like they have no value. Read Psalm 8:5-8 out loud and be overwhelmed with the value of a person! Cry out for a Third Great Awakening! A prayer you can pray: Father, you are my Father! In embracing Jesus and His work on the cross, I have been adopted into Your family! I carry Your name and Your authority. I have access to all of Your resources. I am to represent You in every dealing with others, especially when I tell them about what Jesus did to reconcile them to You. They can be adopted, too! I dedicate myself to valuing human life from the conception to the grace. I will work toward the ending of abortion! The bigger our family gets, the more we will impact our nation. What Man Was Meant For God made man in His image and likeness. “Image” is “salem”, which means “a shadow of something” or “a phantom or illusion”. In the literal sense, it means that man was made so much like God that it was illusionary. Man was crowned with God’s glory. Adam may have literally glowed with the Glory of God. Many scholars believe that when Adam lost the glory, this is why he saw his nakedness. I like to think that when all the animals and creation saw Adam walk by, they probably did a double-take, “Wow, for a minute there I thought that was God.” “So God created humans in his image. In the image of God he created them. He created them male and female.” (Genesis 1:27; GWT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship God for His original plan for man. That longing in your soul for purity and sinlessness is deep in your DNA going all the way back to Adam. Let that desire propel you to repentance on a consistent basis. You can be free to be all that He created you to be. Be quick to repent. See Him replace your sinful and iniquitous nature with a new turban on your head, and new, clean garments, and brand new shoes to share the Good News. Thank Him that His grace does the cleansing, it is not a a result of your works. Worship Him for His ability to transform us into the image of Christ – the only image of us that He chooses to see. A prayer you can pray: God, I worship You for the amazing plan You came up with to create man as family for Yourself. I feel such a depth of sorrow that mankind failed You and separated ourselves from You. I feel the fathomless depth of Your love for us and it is breaking my heart! I want everyone I know to have this revelation. You sent Your son, Jesus, to make a way so our sin could be forgiven and we could be close family again! The gratefulness I feel is overwhelming! Your profound grace gave me clean clothes, new shoes, and wrapped clean thoughts around my head, like a turban. Thank you for seeing me in the image of Christ. I am forever grateful! Amen. Day of Atonement This holiest of days to the Jewish people started last night at sundown and continues today – Yom Kippur. Why does this matter to us? This is the day Moses brought the Ten Commandments down the mountain the second time. The first time, the people were worshiping a golden calf. The second time, Moses intervened for them and God forgave them, renewing His relationship with them. This is a foreshadowing of Christ coming to intercede on behalf of man to save us from our sin. This holy day is marked by fasting and prayer – to renew our relationship with God, to thank Him for His forgiveness and reconciliation, and to watch for the coming Messiah. “The Lord passed before him and proclaimed, “The Lord, the Lord, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, keeping steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children’s children, to the third and the fourth generation.” And Moses quickly bowed his head toward the earth and worshiped.” (Exodus 34:6-8; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Ask God to forgive you your sin. Pray for those you know who do not yet know Jesus as their personal Savior and Lord. Name them by name and cry out for their souls. Intercede for this nation and ask God to forgive our national sin – be specific and don’t be afraid of any emotion that rises up within you regarding it. Worship and thank the Lord for His plan of salvation – personal and national. A prayer you can pray: Lord, forgive me for all of my sin. I cannot thank you enough for the grace of the cross that I get to come to daily, and moment by moment, so that I can live free of guilt and shame. You know my iniquitous bents. Lead me in righteous paths and remove those temptations to sin away from me. I pray the same for my family members and friends who don’t know Jesus yet. Save them, Lord! Forgive, as well, the sins of these United States. Forgive our murdering of millions of babies in the womb. Forgive our national bent toward racism. Forgive us for our participation in human trafficking, pornography, gambling, drug sales and use, and so many other matters of the heart. Save us, Jesus, and save our people, so we are ready for You when You come! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that today we will bow our heads to the ground in gratefulness and worship God, even as Moses did.

Day 313 of 2016 – A Nation’s New Beginning I was speaking at Glory of Zion last year and a friend had a vision while I was speaking. He saw a being holding up a number 313 behind me. He asked the Lord what that meant and the Lord said to look it up. So, he looked in Strong’s Concordance. The number 313 is the number for the Greek word meaning “new birth” or “new beginning”; “to regenerate”. Then the Holy Spirit told him to look and see what the 313th day of the year would be. He looked it up and it was November 8, 2016 – Election Day. Now, hear me. Our faith is not in Donald Trump to rebirth a nation. He is one part of what God is doing. He is the wrecking ball more than the builder, but his election does mark a new beginning for the nation. The same thing that birthed this nation will rebirth this nation – an ongoing appeal to heaven! “Whatever is hidden away will be brought out into the open, and whatever is covered up will be uncovered. Listen, then, if you have ears!” (Mark 4:22-23; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Notice how God “said” two things with one number? Be amazed at how God “speaks” to and leads His people! Ask God to help you hear and see. Thank God that the Church has been stirred to press into prayer in the last year in more numbers and in an intense way. Thank the Lord that He is giving the United States of America another chance, as a result of the prayers of the saints crying out for mercy. Pray for President Trump today that he will not fall into fleshly reaction. Thank God that He has raised this unique person up for such a time as this. Declare that the turn-around is only just beginning and we will see God do more and more in answer to the prayers of His saints. A prayer you can pray: Father, the way You work is amazing! We know it’s You giving these dreams and visions, because we would/could never think of these things! Help us to see what the Spirit is doing in our land, and to hear what the Spirit is saying to us. Thank you that You stirred Your Bride to appeal to heaven more and more over the last few years. Don’t stop! Keep us stirred up. Keep us praying for our president. President Trump needs the interceding Church and the nation needs Mr. Trump’s unique ways. Help him to watch out for the enemy’s traps! Don’t stop, Lord, until this nation is turning to You! Amen. Passionate, Insistent, Intercession John Knox was a reformer in the 1500s. He was leading the protestant reformation in Scotland. He was a scholar, an intercessor, and a reformer. This man represented prayer. People heard him cry out daily, “Give me Scotland, or I die!” Even when he was imprisoned for his faith for a season, they could hear him in his cell crying out, “Give me Scotland, or I die.” Mary, Queen of Scots, was a Catholic and opposed to the Reformation. She said, “I fear the prayers of John Knox more than all the armies of Europe.” God is picturing for us, as an example, a man who carries that level of intercession; that level of intercession. “The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.” (James 5:16b; WEB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Wouldn’t you like to represent prayer to others? If so, stir up your passion to intercede! What area has God made you passionate about – your local schools, government, corruption, human trafficking? Maybe you cry out for the ending of abortion or for crime to be resolved in your city? Pray over that area with passion right now. Desire to be such a man or woman or student of prayer that the enemy and those he affects fear your prayers! Intercede for the Body of Christ to be stirred to intercession for this nation like never before! A prayer you can pray: Father, I humbly ask that I would be known as a man/woman of prayer. I want to be someone that others know they can safely come to for prayer. I want my name known in the heavens and in hell. Thank you for stirring my heart to intercede for (say the area). I know You have put this passion in me, so You can change this area of our nation. I know the outcome will be in alignment with Your perfect plan, even if I don’t live long enough to see the outcome. Help me to stir others to pray for this. Help the Body of Christ to intercede with a fresh fire for America! Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the army of righteous insistent intercessors is rising up to pray for the USA and we will see God move to draw this nation to Him.

Cosmic Battle For the Nation’s Soul I have never seen spiritual warfare over our nation like I’m seeing today. It is truly shocking to watch…and experience! One would have to be spiritually blind not to realize there is a cosmic battle occurring for the soul of our nation. The ferocious forces endeavoring to lead America down a secular, non-Christian path can only be described as frenzied in their current actions. Please know—the battle is NOT about Donald Trump. It is about whether the devastation caused by 50 years of anti-Christian activity will be reversed or, God forbid, continue. The antichrist forces are almost rabid in their anger over the potential loss of progress. I have been saying since last November that if the church doesn’t pray with the intensity we had during the elections, President Trump will not succeed in his efforts. This battle can only be won spiritually. We CAN turn this nation around, but it will require more spiritual warfare. “For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.” (2 Corinthians 10:3-5; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Rally yourself to intercede with power and authority. The enemy is not backing down, but rising up! Put on some warfare worship – try Jeremy Burk, Rick Pino or John Belt. Thank God for our President, whom the Lord is using to show where the enemy is at work. So much is rising to the surface! Cry out for the healing of the land, the races, the generations. Command the enemy to loose his hold on the minds of our young, up-and-coming, future leaders. Declare that they will come into their right mind, embrace Christ and reject the liberal college philosophies they are being taught. Repent if you have joined the anger-mob. Ask God to keep you humble and keep your heart soft, but your words strong, so that your spiritual authority may increase. Continuously ask God to show you His ways, give you His heart, and put His words in your mouth, so you may war with righteousness and justice together with Him. A prayer you can pray: Lord, I make myself ready before You to spiritually engage the rising enemy afflicting America. I worship you with the help of those worshipping warriors You have raised up for such a time as this. Thank You for President Trump. You are clearly using him to help us see where good and evil divide. We can see the activities of the enemy more clearly than ever now. Father, free the captives! Save the lost and those held in bondage in their thoughts and philosophies. I decree that students will come into their right minds and embrace Jesus, so they can fulfill the purposes You have created them for. Don’t let them follow in the lineage of their liberal professors, but deliver them! Forgive me if I have lost the ability to stay humble, but have chosen to be angry, instead. I will find myself shouting into the wind, if I act like those in the enemy’s camp. May I keep my eyes and ears open for Holy Spirit’s leading. I must state Your case carefully, respectfully and clearly, while You increase the mantle of spiritual authority on my life and use me to make a difference, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Ekklesia will take up the weapons of spiritual warfare and partner with Christ to defeat the anti-Christ foes in the land!

An Exceptional Season! The body of Christ is in an exceptional season. There is so much going on in the earth and we are being challenged to pray like never before. Our enemy is raging; turmoil and confusion are rampant. In seasons such as this, it is imperative we keep our eyes and hearts focused on the Lord and His plan. The Church is entering her greatest hour. And the key to our victory—in all that we are facing and all that lies ahead—is greater intimacy with Him. “I repeat, be strong and brave! Don’t be afraid and don’t panic, for I, the LORD your God, am with you in all you do.” (Joshua 1:9; NET) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Make Joshua 1:9 your prayer in this season. Sit still for a minute and make your mind think about how kind and caring He is. Feel His closeness. Tell Him how you feel about His love and care for you as if He is right there with you. Proclaim His greatness over the nation. Proclaim that this is the finest hour of the Church and that we will be victorious. Proclaim a great move of God in the nation! A prayer you can pray: Lord, make me strong and brave! Grant me a grace to overcome fear and still my heart, so that no matter what happens around me panic does not set in over me and my family. I thank You that You are with me in all that I do! Lord, as I meditate on Your love and care for me and my family, my heart is stilled. Any anxiety I feel melts away in Your presence. I never want to move away from this place of intimacy with You. You are great, Lord! You are the only God over our nation! A great move of God is coming to America and You will see Your beautiful Church shine and be victorious! In Jesus’ Name. Amen. The Sacrifice of Prayer It begins with a 200-year-old black kettle pot, used by my Christian slave forebears in Lake Providence, Louisiana. While used for cooking and washing clothes during the day, this kettle was secretly used for prayer. Forbidden to pray by their slave master, my ancestors were beaten unmercifully if found doing so. However, in spite of their master’s cruelty, and because of their love for Jesus, they prayed anyway. At night, sneaking into a barn, they carried this cast iron cooking pot into their secret prayer meeting. As others looked out, those inside prayed. Turning this pot upside-down on the barn floor, they propped it up with rocks – suspending the pot a few inches above the ground. Then, while lying prostrate or kneeling on the ground, they prayed in a whisper underneath the kettle to muffle their voices. The story passed down with the kettle is that they were risking their lives to pray for ensuing generations. One day, freedom did come.” (Will Ford, III)1 “And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thank the Lord for the freedom all of us in this nation today have to pray in Jesus’ Name. If you are being persecuted for your faith in Christ, consider the sufferings of those listed in Hebrews 11:32-38 and in the vignette above. Humbly pray for others suffering around the world for their faith. Intercede for the descendants of African-American slaves in America. Ask God to heal any pain any of them may still carry in their DNA from their families’ painful past. If you are a descendant of slave-holders or other slave-bosses, humbly identificationally repent for the sin of slavery in the nation. Ask God to heal our nation’s racial divide and to show you if you have a part in it. A prayer you can pray: Father, my heart is moved by this story. I am so thankful for the ability to freely pray. It is almost unimaginable to realize that a group of people in America were once disallowed from praying, just because of their skin-color and status. Few Americans are persecuted for their faith today, but we are seeing that more and more. I pray for those who are fighting for their religious freedom in this nation and for those persecuted for their faith world-wide. May my own prayer life increase. Heal those Americans who are in pain that’s coming down from generation to generation. Forgive those of us who had relatives who enslaved others. Jesus, let Your love wash over us and heal us. Heal us! Amen. Kingdom In Motion “For My Kingdom is not of this world. I am looking for those I have called ‘the Kingdom in motion.’ This is an hour that My appointed Kingdom-in-motion ambassadors must begin to move with the unction, acceleration, and evolving portion of Kingdom that I’ve called for. My Kingdom is not of this world! Become the Kingdom in motion. Demonstrate with the new level of power I have called forth in this season. I am realigning Kingdoms! You will reign with ME! Be not afraid, for it’s not by power and not by might, but it’s by My Spirit that your feet will pick up the pattern and pick up the unction! I am calling for intercession and worship to become one, as it is around My Throne. You will see the acceleration of Kingdom that I have called for in this hour. This is the beginning of the great day of the Lord! You will feel the anointing when someone is simply standing near you, and you will be releasing anointing all around you! Watch for open doors of favor and get ready to go through them. Those on the other side will know you have been sent by God – they will feel it! Call for the multiplication of the saints through new salvations, and call for the multiplication of power. Expect the nation to shift, as God’s Holy Kingdom is expanded by we who are “His Kingdom in Motion.” A prayer you can pray: Father, we agree with the prophet that You are releasing us into the beginning of the great Day of the Lord. The Ekklesia will be so filled with Holy Spirit that others we get around will feel You in us. I declare that they will want who we have. I declare that the Church will multiply exponentially and fill the earth with Your Glory and ministry, as we expand Your Kingdom everywhere. I say we are ruling and reigning with Christ and we will not be afraid. We will worship and intercede everywhere we go as if we are before the Great Throne already. If you feel stuck, read every scripture in the Bible about “Kingdom”. Let the King establish His Kingdom in your heart. Search the scriptures and write down the principles of God’s Kingdom. Pray them into your life. Decide to be a Kingdom believer who Heavenizes the earth! Declare that you will heal the sick, cast out demons, and raise the dead to life. Declare that you will change your community, vote and influence legislation, and affect your local educational system. Establish His Kingdom in the nation in your realm of influence! A prayer you can pray: Lord, I worship You – Kingdom Creator! I want to be a Kingdom-expanding believer. I will study all about the Kingdom in the Word, so I can see exactly what the attributes of Your Kingdom are. Put this deep in my heart, so I don’t sit around wasting time. I want to build and plant! I want to heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons and bring hope to the hopeless. I want to get involved in my community and effect Kingdom change there. Ask the Lord about the item you wrote down. Write His strategy down. Did He give you a picture, a scripture, or a wise thought – something you never would have thought to do? Do what He said. Watch the enemy flee in the next few days. Keep praying until you see the answer – be as determined as David was! A prayer you can pray: Lord, I thank you for Your Word! Reveal Your spiritual warfare secrets to me as I read 2 Samuel 5:17-25. (Tell the Lord the circumstance where you see satan encroaching on your life, your loved ones’ lives or the nation. 5778 Last night at sundown, the world entered the Hebrew year 5778 – the year of the open door. See doors open for you this year. Believe for open doors this year. Remember the Passover? The Israelites had to put the blood of the lamb on the lintels of the doorframe. In this way, the obedient ones escaped death and so began their journey into the promised land. In the New Testament, the doorway is the doorway of salvation – the entryway into the Kingdom of God; the Kingdom of Life. This is the year of salvation for the lost and for our nation. “‘I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut. I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.’” (Revelation 3:8; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Declare that this is the year of doors to open for you and before you! Declare that the door of salvation is opening this year and revival is beginning! Declare that God’s new, refreshing, spiritual door is going to open over America this year! Declare that God’s doors into a promised America are now open and we are going to move into our national destiny in this year! A prayer you can pray: Lord, I declare that this is the year of the open door – for me and my family! I declare that the salvation door is wide open and revival will roll across this nation from sea to shining sea. I declare that You have opened a door between heaven and earth and You are going to pour Your refreshing out on this land. Heal us, Lord! I declare, as well, that the promises You have given to America and that which You established us for, are going to be established this year – Your promised door is open and nothing can stop it!
