Weep and Mourn and Call for the Watchmen For some unknown reason, a man named Devin Patrick Kelley went to Sutherland Springs, TX, yesterday and opened fire on a church service at the First Baptist Church. He killed 26 people, including children and the pastor’s own daughter. About 20 additional congregants were wounded. This was the largest church shooting in our history, as far as we know. This happened in a tiny Texas town with about 400 residents. About 50 people attended a typical service at the church, which means almost all of them were involved. Chances are that every family in and around the town was touched by this tragedy. So many families are in pain today. We refuse to accept this type of violence as a new normal for this nation. We won’t accept attacks on our schools, houses of worship, neighborhoods or events. We will watch and we will pray. “For this is what the sovereign master has told me: ‘Go, post a guard! He must report what he sees. When he sees chariots, teams of horses, riders on donkeys, riders on camels, he must be alert, very alert.’ Then the guard cries out: ‘On the watchtower, O sovereign master, I stand all day long; at my post I am stationed every night.’” (Isaiah 21:6-8; NET) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Weep with those who weep today. Let compassion drive your prayers. Ask God to comfort the many family members and friends who have been affected by this tragedy. Declare that the full explanation of this situation will be known. Declare that the Believers in America will not give this nation over to the strategies of the enemy to cause fear and destruction. Tell the Lord that you are willing to be a watchman, watching with Him over your city. A prayer you can pray: Father, my heart is breaking for the situation that occurred at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland, TX, yesterday. Comfort those who are mourning and in pain. We have had too many of these types of large-scale shootings lately. All the reasons seem different, but we know who is ultimately behind them all – Satan, our ancient foe. Lord, pull the curtains back on the full truth! We declare that we Christians will take their places as watchman over our realms of influence – our cities, schools, neighborhoods. I am signing up to be a watchman, watching with You, Jesus. Show me things I need to see. Amen. Today’s decree: I will stand all day long at my post and will not abandon the post You station me at through the night.

We Must Have Him! The same glory that brings blessing and breakthrough, brings judgement. It happened to Uzzah, who was bringing the ark back into Jerusalem. He reached out and touched the ark when he thought it would topple over, and he died. David and the Israelites had presumptuously decided to carry the ark their way. I travel a lot trying to stir awakening, and I’m finding people everywhere I go that are crying out for His Presence. They are willing for the judgement to come. They must have His glory! We may have done things wrong in the past in this nation, even prostituted His glory. However, there comes a time when a remnant is crying out loudly enough that we want to carry His presence His way. We must have Him! “In that day the LORD of hosts will be a crown of glory, and a diadem of beauty, to the remnant of his people.” (Isaiah 28:5; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Stir up a desire in yourself to be desperate for His Presence and glory. Ask Him to forgive you and His Body for trying so many ways of their own to get Him to show up. Pray for all the desperate ones across this nation who are crying out night and day for Him. Declare they will have Him in His power and glory! Tell Him that He may come any way He wants, but “I must have You, Jesus!” A prayer you can pray: Lord, I stir myself up in my most holy faith and say, “I am desperate for You!” I know so many who are calling for You, all across America. Forgive us for trying to get You to show up in all kinds of man-made ways. Desperate people do desperate things. I pray for all the desperate ones tonight and ask that You do not judge us, Lord, but that You see our hearts’ cry and come to us. Show us Your glory, Jesus. I, personally, can’t wait any longer! I must have You! Today’s decree: I decree that we, the American Ekklesia, must have You, Jesus!

November 4, 2017 Not in MY City “We have been closely following the news reports and websites promoting protests in major cities across the United States today, November 4, 2017. The focus of the protests is to promote the impeachment of President Trump. While they are planned as peaceful protests, past experience has shown that protests like these can become violent. Our job is to pray!” (Cindy Jacobs)1 This is especially important if you live in one of the major cities where the protests are planned: AUSTIN, TX ATLANTA, GA BOSTON, MA CHICAGO, IL CINCINNATI, OH CLEVELAND, OH HONOLULU, HI INDIANAPOLIS, IN LOS ANGELES, CA MINNEAPOLIS, MN NEW YORK, NY OMAK, WA PHILADELPHIA, PA PITTSFIELD, MA PORTLAND, OR SALEM, OR SAN FRANCISCO, CA SEATTLE, WA TUCSON, AZ “Be strong and courageous. Don’t tremble! Don’t be afraid of them! The LORD your God is the one who is going with you. He won’t abandon you or leave you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6; GWT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Tell the Lord that you want to be a part of changing the spiritual atmosphere over your city. Pray for peace and the Presence of God to hover over your city. Spend a few minutes in prayer for it. Pray for at least 3 of the cities listed above with the same passion you would pray for your own city. Ask God for His peace. Tell the enemy he is not welcome to cause violence in the cities of America. Pray protection for the innocent ones. Intercede to strengthen the Church in the cities above. What we sow, we reap. A prayer you can pray: Father, I want to be more than someone sitting in a seat in church on Sunday. I want to be a part of those that watch over my city with You in prayer. Grace my city (name) with peace. Holy Spirit, hover over (name of your city. Pray your own words for your city for a few minutes. Do the same for 3 of the cities on the list above, as if they were your own city.) Satan, we seal off our nation’s cities to your wicked activities. I ask You, Jesus, for your supernatural peace and protection over these cities and their citizens. Strengthen the Church and reveal to us how You want us to work with You to enforce Your victories and expand Your Kingdom in America’s cities. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the cities of America are safe today from the actions of any radical groups that want to remove our President or otherwise create havoc. 1 Learn more about Cindy Jacobs here.

Praying Spiritual Protection Over Our Cities “A growing movement called ‘Refuse Fascism’ has been making headlines with threats of violence in 14 cities throughout the United States on Saturday, November 4, 2017 (Catholic Online, Fulcrum, Z3 News). Their plan is to stage protests against the Trump/Pence administration in hopes of removing them from office. Regardless of the severity of their threats or the actual numbers of followers in their cause, they represent an ongoing attempt to create fear and instability in the nation and stop those who are pursuing righteous government. Though there are specific cities targeted, it is a reminder that every community must stand their guard at the city gates through prayer and intercession. It is up to those who follow Christ to displace the plans of the enemy by securing the borders of their city and declaring God’s kingdom purposes. To equip intercessors and city leaders in this charge, use and share this Prayer Guide for Protection Over Cities. Through these prayer points, you can encourage unity in prayer and oneness of spirit so that Christ is glorified. Declare that God’s Presence would permeate your city to be a light on a hill that shines forth His glory.” (Intercessors for America (IFA))1 “You are the light of the world–like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:14; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Lift up praise and worship over your city. Declare your home and community to be a dwelling place for God’s Presence. Call for unity in the church and oneness of spirit among spiritual leaders. Disarm any plans of the enemy to cause harm or injury to people or property. Declare that the light of Truth will dispel any darkness and expose the lies. Speak God’s blessings and protection over transportation and communication lines. Pray for the Word of God and the message of the cross to be shared with power. Thank God for His delivering power in defeating all His enemies. A prayer you can pray: (Follow the Prayer Guide’s points for prayer today. Or, pray through the list above.) Today’s decree: I decree that we are God’s children, and we have overcome the enemy desiring to operate against our cities and government, because the One in us is greater than the one who is in the world!

From Our Foundations to Our Future “Prayer must be coupled with bold speech and action. And, don’t be deceived. The division that you bring will lay the groundwork for a ‘new unity,’ based on Kingdom principles. Think about the great division in the Pre-Revolutionary war colonies, when men began to speak of rebelling against the King and overthrowing Redcoat Rule. It must have been a frightening and chaotic time. Yet, that confusion and heated argument were the cauldron for the birth of the world’s greatest nation. With our leadership today, we can forge ‘new agreements,’ based on our foundational principles and scriptural understanding. However, for us to do this, the current structure, based on old, wrong agreements, must be torn down. Beginning in the mind, it is built upon thoughtful, factual, and respectful dialogue. As at our founding, it will require the educated and privileged, committed Christ-follower to do it. So, don’t abdicate your God-given responsibility to stand in the marketplace against atheistic, secular and socialistic thought. Your children’s freedom depends on it.” (Robert M. Truslow)1 “Behold, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down and to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.” (Jeremiah 1:10; WEB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: We aren’t always specific enough in our intercession for what we know God is wanting to do in the nation. Get more specific in your prayers. We are even less engaged in writing and speaking about what needs to happen to line society up with Kingdom principles. If you speak or write, determine to make your messages more specific and “Kingdom”; more meat than milk. Finally, we rarely ever take action, like the citizens of this nation under Britain’s heavy-handedness did. Ask yourself what you can do to advance God’s Kingdom rule in the earth. We don’t think big enough. Ask God to expand your thinking and increase your faith and territory. Stand up and make some bold declarations for God’s Kingdom to come and will to be done in and through you to advance His Kingdom in your city and our nation. A prayer you can pray: Father, I repent for praying generic prayers. Faith prays specifically and in alignment with Your Word and Your Will. Show it to me. Let Your scripture flow out of me. (Pray some specific scriptural prayers for the U.S.) I want meaty messages to speak and write. (If you have a gift to speak and/or write, ask the Lord to give you something to write about and show you where to post it.) Put me into action. Is there not a cause? What mountain of society was I created to impact? Is it government, media, religion, business, education, or arts and entertainment? If I’m called to the family mountain, show me how to impact more than my own nuclear family. Give me big dreams and the faith to accomplish them. (Stand up and make some bold declarations in the name of Jesus to advance His Kingdom in your city and in this nation.) Today’s decree: I decree that God has set the Ekklesia over nations and over kingdoms, to pluck up and break down and to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant! 1 Robert M. Truslow is a lover of Christ, the United States, and Kingdom Truth.

The Next Step – Day after Reformation Day 2017 “I say the two words people are saying are ‘revival’ and ‘reformation’. We need to have revival. And we also need to make sure our societies are reformed. I think what has started here is going to go around the world this time not as a reformation of the Church, but a reformation of our nations. It’s so very exciting to see these young people, they’re out on the streets, witnessing. This one No Limits group, they have been going out by the hundreds; teenagers going out into the streets and seeing incredible miracles. Fifteen-year-olds are praying for blind people, and their eyes are opening. Just really outstanding miracles. This is very encouraging here in Germany, and it’s going to be a groundswell we believe will happen.” (Cindy Jacobs)1 “Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you. For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him. Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” (John 17:1b-3; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Call for revival and reformation! Call for the young, passionate evangelists! Intercede for the “No Limits” group in Germany. Pray that the miracles they are already seeing would be multiplied. Pray for other young evangelist groups to explode on the scene and sweep around the globe. Call for miracles, miracles, miracles and harvest, harvest, harvest! Ask God to go beyond revival with us and use the Ekklesia to reform our nation’s society. A prayer you can pray: Father, I call for revival and reformation! It is time! I call for the revealing of the young evangelists to come forth, mantled in grace and expressing your Kingdom gifts. I pray for this “No Limits” group in Germany that Cindy encountered. Wow! They are so full of faith. They are seeing signs, wonders, and miracles on a consistent basis. Release other young, fiery evangelists around the world. We want them here in the U.S., as well! Miracles, miracles, miracles, Lord! Give us a great harvest of souls! Move through Your Ekklesia to reform every area of America and other nations of the world. In Jesus’ Name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the new move of revival and reformation will glorify the Son, Jesus! 1 Justice, Jessilyn, “Cindy Jacobs Issues Urgent Prophetic Insight Ahead of October 31”. Reformation Day! “On October 31, 1517, Martin Luther nailed his Ninety-five Theses on the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany, beginning what would become known as the Protestant Reformation. Ironically, these ‘Theses’ were not an attack on the Church as much as a reintroduction of what true repentance really meant and a call to return to it.”1 Today is “October 31, 2017, the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. The Church today is in a similar place of lack in understanding true repentance. We are still not yet operating in the full potential the Church was established by Jesus to display.  In Martin Luther’s Day, sin and corruption were rampant, immorality was destroying the family, and “truth” was whatever influential people said it was. Sound familiar?” (Cindy Jacobs)2 “Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” (Galatians 5:19-26; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Find the Reformation Manifesto 2017 here. Read the document out loud and make it your prayer. Consider printing it out and posting it on the doors of your home, business, ministry, and church. Commit to live the words on this page, the concepts which are taken from the Word of God. A prayer you can pray: Please see the prayer points above for today. Today’s decree: I decree that we, the Church of Jesus Christ, commit to live our lives in accordance with God’s Word, while we walk daily in the realms of authority God had led us into. We will see His Kingdom come and His will be done throughout our communities and nation, as we bring His presence, wisdom, light, and love into these dark areas of our society. 1 Jacobs, Cindy. Step 2 – God Guards His Glory God guards His glory, even when it seems lost. God protects His glory in a nation. He will raise up a people that will go find it. As I travel the nation, I see people that have gotten past “let’s be big”, “let’s see who can build the fastest”, “let’s see what magazine cover we can get on”. These are people that are going after Him. We know we have to meet together and we honor the local church, but the focal point is not the local church. It’s the King and His Kingdom. We are also not trying to get God’s presence into our local church, so we can glorify the local place, but we are focusing on giving the glory to the King. Then, He can give His presence to all the churches and the region, and all the churches will start growing. The weight of His glory will come into our midst and He’ll be recognized. He comes with signs and wonders, deliverance, blessing, salvation and miracles. The lost will recognize it and say, “This is something different!” “Blessed be his glorious name forever! Let the whole earth be filled with his glory! Amen and amen.” (Psalm 72:19; WEB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Acknowledge before the Lord that the glory of the Lord has been lost in this nation for a season. Know that God is not nervous about this, but identificational repentance is in order. Tell the Lord that you want Him and His presence, not just a feel-good church service. Tell Him you want Him glorified and you’ll stop just trying to get people to come to your local church so you can have a big church. Glorify the King of Kings! Welcome His presence and His glory, wherever you are. Ask Him to glorify Himself with signs and wonders moving through you wherever you go. A prayer you can pray: Lord, I acknowledge that Your glory has been lost to this nation for a season. Forgive us for making your presence all about us. We have made it a growth strategy. We have used Your glory to get people into church and, worse, to make a name for ourselves! You are worth so much more than this! Show us Your presence. Show up in the full weight of Your glory! Drive the darkness away and draw the lost to Yourself. Let this happen everywhere we go for those of us who seek You this way. The lost will be drawn to Your glory. They will want You and want to hang out with those that truly know You and walk in Your ways, working signs and wonders, salvation, deliverance and miracles. Come, Lord Jesus. Come. Today’s decree: I decree that the lost will be drawn to the presence and glory of God and this nation will glorify Him!

Step 1 – The Process of Rediscovering the Ark – Part 1 It is an ark of presence and glory. When the blessing of the Lord is sought, rather than His presence and glory, it results in a loss of glory. You can’t seek first the blessing, the provision, and all the other Kingdom benefits. You will lose the very thing you are seeking. The Hebrews wanted the blessing of YHWH, but they didn’t care about His presence. It says in Chronicles that in all the days of Saul they never sought the ark. They didn’t care that the ark had been carried off by the Philistines to another part of the country. The Philistines sent it back to Israel and it dwelt in the house of Kiriath Jearim for 20 years. 20 years! “Then we’ll bring back our God’s ark, which we ignored while Saul was king.” (1 Chronicles 13:3; GWT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship the Lord for Who He is. Let all of your needs go out of your mind and let your worship be all about Him. If this is hard, ask Him why and let Him tell you. You may have an area of your heart that needs healed. The enemy may have made you feel rejected by Him or disappointed that He did not come through for you in a way you expected. Tell Him, “I just want You, Jesus.” When you prioritize Him and His presence and glory, He will add all the rest. Worship Him again. Get lost in His presence and glory. A prayer you can pray: I worship You, Lord. I come to You and ask that You, just You, be my focus now. (If this is hard, ask Him why and let Him tell you. You may have an area of your heart that needs healed. The enemy may have made you feel rejected by Him or disappointed that He did not come through for you in a way you expected.) Jesus, I just want You! I want to worship You in spirit and truth, just me and You. I long for Your presence. I want to hang out in Your glory. I don’t want to be like the Israelites who ignored the ark of Your presence! I will worship You even more. (Worship Him.) Today’s decree: I decree that we will bring back the ark of His Presence to our cities and to America.

It’s Time for the Gate of the Glory of the Lord I feel that we, as a nation, are in a season where we are being prepared for the return of His Glory. I think every region of the country needs to determine if they want to be a part of that. Over the next few days, I’m going to give you some principles to go through the gate and to recognize and experience the weight of His glory. When God’s glory comes, it enables us to recognize who He really is. When we ask for glory, we’re not asking for a cloud or bright lights or sensationalism. We are saying, “Bring Your weighty presence, Your weighty authority, and come and be recognized in our midst.” “But David feared the LORD that day, and asked, ‘How can the Ark of God come to me?'” (2 Samuel 6:9; ISV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Let your spirit man get excited and the fear of the Lord descend upon you at the promise that God’s glory is about to be poured out over America, and we will see Him as He really is. Invite Him to let your city be a place He does this! Say, “Bring Your weighty presence, Your weighty authority, and come and be recognized in our midst.” Ask Him to pour His glory out on Washington, D.C. Say, “The wait is over and the glory is returning to America!” Declare that ordinary, faithful, prophets are coming out of the caves and will take their places to usher in the Presence of His Glory all over the land! A prayer you can pray: God, you once told David, “Yes, David, you can have the ark back. You can have My presence back in the capital, if you’ll do it My way. I want to be the center. I want to be with My people.” In this nation, we’ve been waiting. Many of us have said, many times, “How long, Lord? When?” God, You are saying You are going to bring your prophets out of the caves they have been dwelling in and you are going to restore Your glory to the nation. You are saying to those who have been faithful in the cave and who did not abdicate their position before the gates, and to those who wanted the ark of His Presence, but just couldn’t see how to go get it, “The wait is over and the glory is returning to America!” Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that God’s weighty and magnificent Glory is about to be seen all over this land!

The Lord Will Call to the Remnant There is Kingdom work to be done. The Lord is stirring something in the hearts of His people. He is stirring us to love and good works. It may only be a remnant He is stirring, but if the remnant responds and goes through the doors He is opening, then watch. Watch and see that others’ faith will be stirred and they will be motivated by what they are seeing the remnant accomplish. They will want His power, too. They will want to see God move through their prayers and action on behalf of their cities and nation. “Then Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, Joshua son of Jozadak, the high priest, and the whole remnant of the people obeyed the voice of the Lord their God and the message of the prophet Haggai, because the Lord their God had sent him. And the people feared the Lord.” (Haggai 1:12; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Intercede for weariness and disappointment from the last season to break off the Church. Ask God to stir us up to love and good works and faith for the future. Cry out for a remembrance to come upon us of all God said He would do through us for our cities and nation. Pray that the remnant will move out and that the rest of the Church will want the Kingdom expressions they are walking in! A prayer you can pray: Lord, stir up the remnant, as You say in Haggai. Stir up the call that you have extended – not the call of the past, but the destiny of the future. Things that You will call to remembrance will be decreed now and activated for movement. Every place You’ve been blocked from going in, You’ll go in. Lord, we say a new apostolic rule has come into our cities and nation. It will be manifested in a Kingdom way. I take authority now and I say to the structure that has been running and chasing and attempting, “You no longer have rule here.” In Jesus’ Name. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that if we will let the Holy Spirit stir up our faith, if we will break free of the past and obey His voice now, doors to His promises for our cities and nation will open before us now!

Getting Unlocked “It was a woman who first recognized Yeshua coming out of the tomb – Mary Magdalene. But, she had been delivered. She ran back to where all the disciples were up in the upper room. They were locked up in fear. That’s what the Bible says. See, one season of trauma can try to get you to lock away your future. You don’t want to do that! The disciples were locked up. They didn’t know how to go forward, and they knew what they’d seen. Mary comes in and says, ‘But, He’s alive. Remember what He prophesied.’ They didn’t believe her. Then, He comes through the door.” (Chuck Pierce)1 “When Jesus rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had driven seven demons. She went and told those who had been with him and who were mourning and weeping. When they heard that Jesus was alive and that she had seen him, they did not believe it.” (Mark 16: 9-11; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: In this year of the door, of the gate, He has ways to come in. Stop trying to figure things out on your own and fix your eyes on Christ! Ask Him to deliver you of the fear of your past. It won’t stop Him, but it will stop you. Get unlocked. Ask Him to heal the effects of persecution and rejection you suffered in the last season. Realize, as you are healed, that He is moving you from being one who comes to be taught to one who is sent. Go prayer-walk or prayer-drive for your city’s freedom today. Declare that people in your community are going to get unlocked from fear and rejection, persecution and addiction. A prayer you can pray: Lord, forgive me for continuing to try to figure out how you are going to straighten out my emotions and my life. Deliver me from fear! Fear keeps me from moving forward! Heal my heart. I don’t want the effects of rejection and persecution from the last season to keep me from being who You created me to be. I always want to have a teachable spirit, but I want to move beyond getting fed and start to minister effectively to those around me. Show me the needs and opportunities, as I walk and drive around my city today. Use the unlocked me to set my city’s captives free, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Church will be delivered and healed by Jesus, so we can be deliverers and healers to others in our nation. 1 You can learn more about Chuck Pierce here.
