A Place to Run Into to be Saved When Joshua told Caleb he could go take his inheritance, he conquered Kiriath Arba, the city of the giants. He renamed it Hebron again – “place of friendship, intimacy, and covenantal friendship with God.” Hebron went on to become one of the cities of refuge. If the Hebrews had accidentally killed someone, there were six cities established in Israel where they could run to. They could be protected from family members taking vengeance on them. The New testament tells us that these cities of refuge were pictures of Jesus or types of Christ—a place they could run into and be saved. (THE TURNAOUND EVENT STARTS TONIGHT. Check your own life – are you living a Hebron relationship with the Lord? If not, talk with Him about it and correct that right now. Declare that those coming into the Kingdom will find a safe place, a strong tower of refuge, from their past and the world’s ways. Say, “The giants are falling and the harvest of souls is being released!” Intercede for the Church, that we will find a place of joy in an intimate friendship with God that is so tangible that those that don’t know Him will want Him. A prayer you can pray: Lord, tonight we will meet together and believe that our nation will begin to turn toward You! You are the love many are looking for. You are the safety we seek. You are the answers to our societal pain and mess. YOU are who we need, Jesus! Come and visit America! We want You here! Ignore those who don’t know You or who reject You. Ignore so-called Christians that think You don’t care or that You’ve given up on America. Come, Lord, Jesus, come! Be our strong tower, our refuge, our love, our hope, and our future! Amen. The Week of The Turnaround is Here! As we gather on 2/22—some in Washington, D.C., others via Livestream—we are not gathering for a typical conference. As the above definition states, we have been “summoned to appear before a judicial officer”— the Supreme Judge of the universe, the Ancient Of Days, the Most High God. He has summoned us as His ekklesia, the expression of His Kingdom government on earth, to gather before Him. We know that Christ is the “Head” of this ekklesia, the Church. In both Hebrew (rosh) and Greek (kephale), the concept of a head refers not only to a physical head, but to “the highest in rank or authority; the one to whom others are subordinate.” Christ is the highest ranking ruler “in heaven and on earth” (Matthew 28:18), and has delegated that authority to His ekklesia, in order to enforce His kingdom rule on planet earth through her. In His model prayer, He told us to COMMAND His kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). The church has functioned far below her destiny, but this is about to change! The spirit of wisdom and revelation is increasing in the church, and will bring full realization of our position and purpose. I believe this Turnaround gathering is a First Fruits of this; we will hear the will and instructions of the Head, and as His governmental voice, decree it for Him into the earth. The greatest worldwide revival in history is about to occur, bringing more people into the kingdom than at any other time in history. America will be awakened, experiencing the great turnaround that has been prophesied; and a sweeping revival will flood the entire earth like a tidal wave. As has always been the case throughout history, however, this must be asked for and decreed by God’s people on earth. As we do so, Holy Spirit will tip the filled bowls of intercession (see Revelation 5:8), releasing this worldwide revival. Prepare yourself. Whether joining us online or live, be ready! Let us determine, in advance, that the full will of our Head, Jesus, will be accomplished as we follow the leading of Holy Spirit. The greatest days of the Church are not behind us; they are ahead of us! Specifically cover the staff and volunteers as the setup of the venue and the implementation of months of preparation are put into place. Pray that the health, well-being, and comfort of all attendees be met in every way so that none of God’s purposes will be hindered. Decree that the time of apostolic, prophetic, and intercessory release from Dutch Sheets, Cindy Jacobs, Chuck Pierce, Lou Engle, and others will be significant and filled with the Kingdom’s governmental strategies. Pray that President Trump and Vice President Michael Pence will be able to honor the invitation presented to them and come, even if just briefly. A prayer you can pray: Father, we are so excited that The Turnaround event is now only a day away! We  decree that all who will be there would come in a spirit of unity in the Spirit and a bond of love, so that You can command the blessing of the Lord to be in that place. We want everything You have said would happen there to happen there. Our nation’s future is dependent on our coming together in one heart, one mind, one spirit and one purpose in Christ Jesus! Bless the venue and all of its staff. Bless the Dutch Sheets Ministries staff and all of the volunteers with health and grace to get everything done. Let the event stir up Kingdom strategies in every arena of influence and, if possible, draw President Trump and V.P. Pence in to hear what You are up to! Amen. Caleb’s Faith Statement Caleb was one of the twelve spies sent in to check out the Promised Land. He was indignant at the other ten unbelieving spies. He said, “Hey guys, we can do this. These giants are not too big for God.” He tried to get them and the rest of the people of Israel motivated to go take the land and he points to Hebron/Kiriath Arba, which was the highest place in all of Israel. (For some reason, demons like high places. It symbolizes authority. So, the biggest giants will say, “I’m going to take over this place and rule the whole region from there.”) So, Caleb said, “I’ll take the biggest and baddest of all the giants. I’ll take the city of Kiriath Arba.” So years later, when it was time for him to get his inheritance, he said, “Give me my mountain. He wasn’t just saying, “Give me a mountain” or “Give me a high place.” He said, “Give me Kiriath Arba. I want to reclaim Hebron.” “Caleb told the people to be quiet and listen to Moses. Caleb said, ‘Let’s go now and take possession of the land. We should be more than able to conquer it.’” (Genesis 13:30; GWT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Faith-filled people, ask God for your spiritual ears to hear sharply and your spiritual eyes to understand what they’re seeing. Worship Him, then tuck in close in intimacy and ask Him what His strategies are to help bring breakthrough to this nation. Command the full and complete exposure of any governmental corruption. Declare that the White House, Congress, Supreme Court, FBI, Dept. of Justice and State Department will loose their secrets to the public realm. Decree that other nations of the earth where governmental corruption has held the populace in bondage for decades will now experience revival. God’s move of revival will transform these nations. Name those God shows you. Start with Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. A prayer you can pray: Lord I thank you for the high resolution that’s coming – for the ears to hear and eyes to see clearly. Show us what You want to do and how You want to do it. Let us tuck in close to You, so we can hear clearly what Holy Spirit is saying. Speak to us Your strategies for breakthrough. You are going to expose things while we’re in Washington. You’ve already started, but You’re not finished. You will expose corruption and corrupt leaders. You will expose leaders who don’t have Your heart for people of the nations they lead. You’re exposing those who have aligned with the Arbas of the world – the Cubas, the Irans, etc. These nations will be transformed. Revival us coming! Today’s decree: I decree that the giants are falling and the nations are being reclaimed for God!

Result of the Giants Taking Over Hebron once represented friendship, covenant, alliance with God. It became Kiriath Arba, a place that was filled with giants that were keeping the Israelites from their inheritance. It was a stronghold of evil, a stronghold of terror, a stronghold of demonized giants. How’s that for irony? The place that should have been drawing them in was now expelling them, because giants had taken it over. Hello, America. “They said, ‘The land we explored is one that devours those who live there. All the people we saw there are very tall. We saw Nephilim there. We felt as small as grasshoppers, and that’s how we must have looked to them.’” (Genesis 13: 32b-33; GWT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: How big is GOD? Repent for thinking that America is on a path of devastation or that America is lost to God! Don’t align yourself with the giants’ threats. Ask God to show you the nation from two perspectives: what it looks like in the natural and how He sees it in its redeemed state. Write both views down. Choose one view to stand and believe for. Ask God what part you can play in taking a giant down, locally or nationally. A prayer you can pray: God You are BIG! You are more than able to give us the ability to remove every giant from the land. I repent for the times I got scared and decided it was never going to happen. Of course, it is! One giant at a time, they are coming down! Show me the nation from the world’s view. Show me the nation from Your view. (Write down what He shows you.) I choose Your view! Show me how to partner with you to get these giants down. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen. Today’s decree: I declare that God is big enough to help us take down every giant in America!

From Intimacy to Intimidation and Back Again Just before I recently spoke in Israel, the Lord said to Chuck, “I’m going to pioneer Hebron again.” Neither of us knew what that meant, but Chuck told me I needed to speak on it. So, I asked the Lord about it and He reminded me that Hebron had been a stronghold of giants in the days of Joshua. Hebron was very significant in the life of Abraham. It means “friendship” or “intimacy”. It also connotes a strong alliance or covenantal relationship born of intimacy. Because of that, Abraham, the covenantal friend of God is buried in Hebron. Sometime between Abraham and Joshua, giants had overthrown the Hebron and taken it over. In fact, Arbah, the greatest of all the giants ruled it and renamed it Kiriath Arbah. In Genesis 13, when the Israelites went in to spy out the land, three of Arbah’s descendants ruled it. It was this knowledge that caused them to fear and think there was no way to take on the giants and fortified cities. So, the place that used to represent intimate relationship with God was now keeping them away from their inheritance. “And the Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: ‘Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are—northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever. And I will make your descendants as the dust of the earth; so that if a man could number the dust of the earth, then your descendants also could be numbered. Arise, walk in the land through its length and its width, for I give it to you.” (Genesis 13:14-17; NKJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thank God for this nation’s partnership with Israel in this generation. It is important for our destiny and for Israel’s. Understand that demonic giants will oppose God’s plans, especially where the destiny of nations is in play. Declare that the Body of Christ will have a faith that can stand strong against America’s giants Decree that intimacy with God will be restored to this nation as revival pours across the land. A prayer you can pray: God, we thank you for our President who made a secure partnership with Israel in our generation. May both nations be blessed, as a result. I know the enemy does not like this and wants to raise up an army of giants against Your plans. I declare that Your Church will arise in a new level of faith that can withstand that demonic threats. We will intercede, declare and decree Your purposes in the face of the taunting, until we see Your Kingdom manifest in our generation. We decree that we will see revival in America, as we stand firm! In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the covenant promises of God are coming to America!

Exposing the Strongholds On my way from Wales to Israel, I changed planes in Istanbul, Turkey. As I was waiting in the airport there, I saw a young man out of the corner of my eye that had stripped down to his underwear. Not even socks…just his underwear. He began to walk back and forth in front of me. I was kind of shocked and trying not to stare at him. I discerned that it was demonic. He wasn’t drunk and didn’t appear to be on drugs. He was strutting. Mocking. Then, the authorities came and took him away. So, I asked God if He might be saying something about this situation. God said, “I’m about to expose the works of the enemy. I’m going to expose his activities and reveal to my people his strategies and his plans. I’m going to show them how to deal with the strongholds of the enemy, so they can expel him. “But they mocked God’s messengers, despised his words and scoffed at his prophets until the wrath of the LORD was aroused against his people and there was no remedy.” (2 Chronicles 36:16; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: God will only be mocked for so long and He will only allow His people to be mocked for so long. Then, He acts. Welcome the fear of the Lord into this nation. Declare that the enemy is about to be fully exposed in America! Declare that the enemy’s plans will be seen by all as nation to nation to nation have their secrets exposed. Decree that the old strongholds are crumbling from their foundations and they are falling. Falling! A prayer you can pray: Father, I know that You will let the enemy rail against You for only so long, then everything he is up to is exposed all at once! Let the fear of the Lord fall on me and on this nation. Make us ready for whatever comes out in the open. I declare that the enemy’s day of exposure is just about here. I declare that his plans for America will be seen. I declare that the curtain will be pulled back on his plans for many nations. I decree that the foundations of ancient strongholds are crumbling and will no longer hold their structures! In Jesus’ mighty name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the spiritual giants are falling as God’s Church is praying!

In the Footsteps of Rees Howells The Lord recently sent me to Wales to revisit the Welsh revival. He told me He had an impartation to give me there that I was going to need for what He was about to do. He said He wanted me to go there and drink from that well. He also directed me to go to the ministry headquarters of Rees Howells. Rees Howells had a prayer room there. He and his intercessors did as much as any group of people to save the world during World War II through prayer. Winston Churchill used to say, “When Rees and his people are praying, we win!” So, I went there and received what God had for me there at that well. “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1; NKJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: The faith Rees Howells had was built from one faith challenge to another. Thank the Lord for the faith challenges you have faced or are currently facing! Your faith is growing! The prayer movement is about to go to a new level, as we bring together in unity the corporate faith the Lord has been building in us! Let the world leaders say of the Church, “The nation will shift, because Believers are praying.” We are one week today away from the start of the Turnaround conference in Washington, D.C. Straightening Things Out One of the interesting things recently pointed out to me about the location of the Turnaround Conference is that we will be meeting between the FBI and Department of Justice, the two governmental agencies that have frequently been in the news lately. We know that thousands of wonderful, dedicated people work in these two organizations. We also know, however, they are two of the agencies from which a few corrupt individuals have tried to destroy the president. We will operate in our kingdom authority while there, breaking the back of this attempt to render President Trump ineffective. We will decree the exposing and failure of all attempts to sabotage his presidency. We will release favor over him, enabling him to accomplish everything for which God sent him to the White House—including the turning of the Supreme Court! President Trump will fulfill all of God’s purposes for him. “The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil.” (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Call for the fear of the Lord to blanket our nation’s capital while we are at the Turnaround, February 22-24. Intercede for those at the FBI and Department of Justice that may have insight into the efforts to bring down President Trump. Pray they would speak up and bring forth what they know. Decree that any planned attempt to remove president Trump from office will be exposed and fail. Ask God to bestow our President with favor, so he can complete the task set before him by the Lord. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we call for the fear of the Lord to cover Washington, D.C., while intercessors from around the nation gather to intercede for the nation February 22-24. There have to be employees at the FBI and Department of Justice that have knowledge of plots and plans to bring the president down. Let them come forth with what they know. Expose all the darkness, Lord. Let every plan of darkness fail. Clothe President Trump in continued favor, so he can finish the work You have set him in office to accomplish. In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that God will bring every deed and secret plot against President Trump into the light to be judged.

The Ekklesia’s New Level One of the great shifts in process within the Body of Christ is regarding our role as Christ’s ekklesia (church). Most of you probably know that in Christ’s day, the word did not mean a religious service, organization, or building; it was a legislative assembly. We are “representatives” of Christ’s Kingdom government on earth. Certain streams of the body of Christ have functioned well as His family and bride. Few of us, however, have operated at a high level as His ekklesia. Binding and loosing, opening and closing spiritual doors, releasing heaven’s decrees to earth—these governmental functions have occurred only at fairly low levels. This is about to change. The turnaround for America is only part of God’s plan for this gathering. One prophecy concerning the upcoming Turnaround conference stated that the worldwide prayer movement will be launched into its next phase. Functioning as Christ’s ekklesia IS that new phase! See yourself seated with Christ above the situations you are facing that need God’s miraculous intervention. Believe that He wants you to win your faith battles! Ask Him for a scripture to use as your sword. Decree His Word into the situation. Do the same over a national issue. Decree abortion ended or the that abortion providers will be defunded. Decree that righteous judges will rule in our courts. Decree that plots and plans against President Trump will be uncovered. Decree that governmental deeds done in darkness will get into the light and be exposed and prosecuted. A prayer you can pray: Father, give me a greater revelation of how to operate as a part of your Ekklesia. I know I am meant for more than attending church on Sunday. I want to partner with You to see Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give me a scripture to use to decree into this situation I’m facing. (Tell Him about it, listen for the Word and declare it out loud.) (Choose a national issue and do the same.) The enemy is going to have to loosen his grip on American government. I decree that our President and his family is safe from harm. Expose every one of his enemies, Jesus. Cause every plan conceived in darkness against him to be exposed to the light. Use the media. Have those who worked in government offices come forth with what they know. We call for justice! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Church is about to enforce Kingdom rule in America!

There’s About to be a Showdown After a recent night of Turnaround prayer, someone shared the following word. It stated that they were seeing a significant showdown coming as a result the Turnaround Conference in D.C. This showdown will not be a showdown as in a gunfight or a title match. Instead, the showdown ahead is one of the “show coming down.” The false, the fake, the counterfeit, the duplicates, non-authentic, and that which is covered up must come down. “But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known.” (Luke 12:2; WEB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray that the sound and light that will be released during the Turnaround Conference will shatter the mirror, the mimic, the noise, and the echo of the noise. Pray the Heavenly sound released will be symphonic, therefore representing the diversity of many instruments playing and flowing together seamlessly. Pray that this sound will produce such a stir that it will cause our government to notice change in the regular noise level and eventually realize this “new sound” from God. A prayer you can pray: Father, we pray as Dutch leads us during the Turnaround, we, Your boots on the ground, will become clearly focused and filled with Heaven’s Strategy. We pray You will do this so that we may continue to bring about the Turnaround in our nation and stop the murdering of innocent life—the unborn children of destiny. We pray the righteous sound and illuminated light of revelation will shatter the mirror of false reflections and expose and dissipate the smoke of distraction. Father, we recognize your Heavenly sound is vital to bringing man’s show down. Let Your Ekklesia take their righteous position at the city gate and posture their eyes and ears to hear and see, and then, as your ambassadors, legislate Heaven’s will into the earth. In Jesus’ name, amen. Unity Commands the Blessing A godly remnant of white and black Christian intercessors, revivalists and abolitionists prayed into being the 1st and 2nd Great Awakenings. Had it not been for their prayers, slavery would have never ended. I’m looking for those who would dare to believe that the same God wants to release another outpouring today and end many of our societal ills. Together, let’s unite in prayer and contend for revival in our day, and reformation in our lifetime. (Will Ford, III) “And all the sons of Israel saw the fire come down and the glory of the Lord came on the temple, and they bowed their faces low to the ground on the pavement, and they worshiped, confessing, ‘The Lord is good, and His mercy endures forever.’” (2 Chronicles 7:3; MEV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Prayer is much more than just talking to God. Prayer is partnership with God. Ask the Lord to grant you grace to be a part of a unified army of intercessors praying fervent prayers for revival in our nation. Ask the Lord to raise up God-fearing, praying reformationists once again! We need this level of intervention to set our nation back on His track. Pray for a fresh outpouring of God’s Holy Spirit on the Church in America. Pray, Church, pray! A prayer you can pray: Jesus, I want to be a part of Your army of intercessors, praying in unity with other Believers who share a desire to see a fresh wind of revival sweep America! Our nation is so far from You. We have so many seemingly insurmountable national sins. We need a reformation, Lord; another Great Awakening! Come, Lord Jesus, come! Today’s decree: We will get up and pray in unity together and we will see revival in our day and reformation in our lifetime!

He Keeps His Promises The root of the Appeal to Heaven message is a dream where I was boxing and took down 5 giants with 2 gloves. The gloves had written on them “Everlast” and “Evergreen”. The message was that we would take down the giants in the land as we call on everlasting God and remember our covenant with Him, depicted by an evergreen tree. We are to remember the ability of God and His heart to maneuver us through the weaknesses, the hard times, the failures, and still bring us out on the other side into our destiny. If you can believe it, God is bigger than the sins of this nation and the failures of this nation, even today. He’s going to bring revival into this nation, not because of who we are, but because of who He is and because of the covenant promises He has made to this nation. “Then Abraham planted a tamarisk tree in Beersheba, and there called on the name of the Lord, the Everlasting God.” (Genesis 21:33; NKJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship Him for He never forgets covenants that He has made, even if we forget. Decree that God is bigger than our failures, He’s bigger than our weaknesses, He’s bigger than our mistakes, and he’ll bring us out on the other side, right into our destiny. Declare that God will hear our intercession and move to turn this nation back to Himself, because He will keep the covenant He made with our forefathers long ago. A prayer you can pray: Father of our nation, covenant-keeping God, we worship You! We thank You that we may walk away from You, but You never leave us. When You make a covenant, it is forever. You are always ready to guide our nation back onto Your plan. You are greater than our personal failures, weaknesses, sins, and mistakes. You are bigger than our corporate national sins and iniquities. We declare that You will hear our intercession and heal our land in accordance with Your Word! Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that God will never forget His covenant to America!
