March 19, 2025 President Trump is in somewhat of a showdown with several judges. Though most judges are honest individuals, the Left has often used liberal judges to do for them what they could not accomplish through Congress. Roe vs. Wade is a glaring example. Through the word “privacy” in our Constitution, judges found the right to kill babies in the womb and made it the law of the land. The Supreme Court finally righted this abominable wrong in 2022.  On June 26, 2015, the Supreme Court decided it had the right to overrule God and the Bible by redefining marriage, making the right to same-sex marriage the law of the land. Five unelected Justices reversed thousands of years of tradition, and in one of the most arrogant defiances of God in history, “redefined” the first – and arguably the most important – covenant He established on earth. The Justices were Anthony Kennedy, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan. In the past few years, we have watched rogue judges (and prosecutors) try to destroy President Trump and those associated with him. Now they are attempting to keep him from exposing and ending fraud in our government, and from deporting violent criminals – who came to America illegally in the first place. If we were not all watching this lunacy take place, it would be beyond belief. Hundreds of congressional leaders and numerous judges  don’t want the fraud exposed or the criminals deported! It turns out Trump Derangement Syndrome is real. Thomas Jefferson, no novice when it comes to government and the Constitution, warned of judicial extremes.  “The great object of my fear is the Federal Judiciary. That body, like gravity, ever acting with noiseless foot and unalarming advance, gaining ground step by step and holding what it gains, is insidiously engulfing the special governments into the jaws of that which feeds them.” (Letter to Judge Spencer Roane, 1821) (1) In a letter to Abigail Adams, September 11, 1804, Jefferson warned that giving judges too much control would lead to despotism. A despot, by the way, is a king, tyrant, or other oppressor with absolute, cruel, and unlimited power. This Founding Father stated: “Nothing in the Constitution has given them [the federal judges] a right to decide for the Executive, more than to the Executive to decide for them. . . . The opinion which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what not, not only for themselves, in their own sphere of action, but for the Legislature and Executive also in their spheres, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch.” (2) In a letter to Judge Roane, September 6, 1819, Jefferson restated his concerns regarding the judiciary, contending that the Constitution did not give them control over the other two branches. Had it done so, Jefferson contended that: “The Constitution, on this hypothesis, is a mere thing of wax in the hands of the judiciary, which they may twist and shape into any form they please.” (3) In a letter to Diplomat William Jarvis (September 28, 1820), Jefferson again warned that making the Supreme Court the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional issues would lead to despotism: “You seem . . . to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so . . . and their power [is] the more dangerous, as they are in office for life and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots.” (4) And at the risk of boring you with Jeffersonian wisdom, eloquence, and accurate predictions, here is one more statement referencing the judiciary as the “most dangerous” branch of our government: “At the establishment of our constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon showed in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the means provided for their removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by the public at large; that these decisions, nevertheless, become law by precedent, sapping, by little and little, the foundations of the Constitution, and working its change by construction, before any one has perceived that that invisible and helpless worm has been busily employed in consuming its substance...” (Letter to A. Coray, October 31, 1823) (5) Thomas Jefferson knew the weaknesses of human nature, and that “judges are as honest as other men, and not more so.” (6)  Indeed, the last line of defense for the deep state and leftist legislators, in their attempts to maintain control of America seems now to be the courts. As Daniel Horowitz stated:  “They have ordered the administration to fund private foreign aid organizations, reinstate specific personnel, and publish designated information on government websites. In one case, a judge even directed the Secretary of Defense to retract a statement on the Pentagon’s policy regarding transgender troops. And over the weekend, U.S. District Judge James Boasburg attempted to block the deportation of violent gang members under the Alien Enemies Act. “What’s next? Will they order Trump to stop threatening Hamas or remove the bust of Andrew Jackson from the Oval Office? “Judges have forgotten who they are: unelected shields against government overreach, not legislative swords that can impose policies. Perhaps Trump needs to examine that bust of “Old Hickory” Andrew Jackson in the Oval Office and recall his (likely apocryphal) response to Chief Justice John Marshall’s ruling in Worcester v. Georgia:  ‘John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!’” (7) What is our role in all of this? Vote, stay informed, be voices for truth, support honest and righteous government officials, get involved in local school boards and government, and PRAY. We must pray that the Lord overrides the decision of dishonest or misguided judges, exposing their inappropriate decisions. Ask God to continue exposing the corruption in our government. We need for unrighteous judges who legislate from the bench to be removed. Ask God to give favor and great understanding to honorable judges. Pray daily for great wisdom to be given to government leaders fighting for truth, freedom, and the restoration of America. We should pray this, especially for President Trump‘s Department of Justice and law enforcement agencies as they uproot and tear down the evil that has entrenched itself. And pray for those in Congress working with them by codifying the changes. Lastly, pray for revival. Lasting change will only come to America as millions of hearts are transformed by the power of Holy Spirit. This, and this alone, will empower the full reformation needed in our nation. Pray with me: Father, we know that righteousness and justice are the foundations of Your throne. We also know that these foundations are based on truth, which is found in You and Your Word. And we believe that as our Framers sought You for wisdom, You answered their prayers as they wrote our Constitution and Bill of Rights.  Leftists and despots continuously rebel against this wisdom and Your truth. We ask for Your supernatural help in stopping their efforts. We ask that You give President Trump’s team great understanding and wisdom as they work against attempts to turn our nation away from the Judeo-Christian principles upon which we were founded. Release Your sovereign and all-powerful hand to dismantle evil structures and systems created by those who resist truth in America. Break off of us the tyranny of evil and dishonest judges.  Help us rebuild a strong America. Give us wisdom to mend our flaws, building back an even stronger and more righteous nation. Shake out evil and do a deep work of cleansing. Revive us and restore us. In the name of Jesus, we pray, amen. March 18, 2025 The Hebrew words translated “watchman” are natsar, shamar  and  tsaphah . They mean to guard or protect by watching over. In ancient times they were also used to describe hedging around crops with thorn bushes to keep out encroachers. (1) The words include the concept of hiding or concealing something. (2)  Watchmen, through intercession, create the Psalm 91 secret place of protection.  Genesis 2:15 is the first time one of them is used in Scripture: “ And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and to keep (shamar) it.”  Adam was told to guard or “keep” the garden. From what? It had to be the serpent! I assert this firstly because it is much in keeping with the nature of God to have warned him. To have done otherwise would not have been consistent with God’s character.  Second, neither Adam nor Eve seemed shocked when a snake talked to them. It evidently didn’t come as a total surprise. Third, what else could there have been before the Fall to guard, keep or protect the garden from? Only the serpent. This is an important point – the first mention of watching or protecting in Scripture gives us the primary responsibility of the watchman: Keep the serpent out! Guard or protect that which God has entrusted to your care from the subtle encroachment of the serpent. Keep him out of your garden: your home, family, church, city, nation! Keep him out! These three Hebrew words are also translated in several other ways. I’m going to list several of them, elaborating briefly, to provide a more well-rounded understanding of the concept. As you will plainly see, many pages could be written commenting on the symbolism and connection to prayer. For brevity’s sake I have not done so, but I would encourage you to think on each definition, allowing the Holy Spirit to bring insight to you personally. Keep or Keeper This is by far the most frequent usage of these three words, translated as such at least 250 times in the King James Version. Watchmen “keep” possessions, places, and individuals safe. They ensure against loss, theft or damage. They “keep” things intact, in possession. Guard Watchmen are guards. They protect possessions, places, and as the next usage demonstrates, people.  Bodyguard Watchmen guard and protect individuals, shielding them from danger and harm. They are the secret service agents of the Kingdom, guarding and protecting others. When I pastored, intercessors in our fellowship were faithful to cover me in prayer. More than once I was told, “Pastor, I was up through the night praying for you.” Occasionally they asked, “Was something wrong?” “No,” I always responded. They were a bit confused, thinking they had misheard the Holy Spirit, until I replied, “And your prayers are probably why! Keep praying; it’s working!” It was a comfort to know I had spiritual bodyguards. Ministers would be more effective if the body of Christ had more faithful watchmen. Doorkeeper This one is obviously similar to the next, so I will comment on both of them together. Gatekeeper Watchmen have the ability,  through prayer, to determine who or what enters their homes, their families’ lives, their churches, their cities, etc. They discern by the Holy Spirit what to allow in, and through prayer, open and close the door. They invite in the work of the Holy Spirit and reject the works of darkness, keeping enemies out.  Preserve or Preserver Watchmen preserve, keeping things from ruin and destruction. They preserve lives, anointings, moves of God and a host of other things by covering them in prayer. In their book, How to Pray for Your Family ,  Quin Sherrer and Ruthanne Garlock tell of four ladies who functioned as watchmen for their farms. These women walked the perimeters of the fields while the husbands worked, sometimes covering as much as six miles in a day. They prayed for protection from insects, crop diseases, hail and drought. They asked God to give their husbands wisdom in farming and marketing and prayed for angels to be assigned to the efforts. The results were amazing. It turned out to be one of their better years. No storm or insect damage, no unwise decisions and a good profit – while others around them had a difficult year with little profit. We simply aren’t practical enough at times with our intercession tactics. These ladies, watching in intercession, opened the way for God’s blessing upon their families’ financial endeavors. (3) Pay attention Watchmen must be on the alert, paying attention. Though this is obvious, we often fail to do so. Like soldiers, God “calls us to attention.” Lives are at stake. The spiritual harvest fields must be guarded. Pay attention, watchmen! Observe Be observant. Quite simply, watchmen must watch! If they do so, they’ll observe what others fail to see. This involves the concept of discernment. Behold This usage is similar to observe, of course, but I list it because it intensifies the command to watch: Behold! Beware Watchmen must be vigilant, aware, on the alert. First Peter 5:8 warns us to be of sober spirit. Always beware, intercessor! Watch for satan, who roams about like a lion, seeking someone to devour. When you discern him at work, enforce Calvary's victory with your God-given authority.  Protect In the same sense as guarding and keeping, watchmen protect. They build walls or boundaries of protection from the attacks of the devil.  Maintain Watchmen maintain things for other people and for the Lord. They are the maintenance crew. They may not build or plant, as some do, but they maintain what has been built, keeping things working well, preventing breakdowns. Ask the Lord to strengthen  you in your ability to watch and pray . Ask Him for sensitivity – the ability to sense in the spirit realm, being able to pick up and hear His alerts and warnings. Let’s do so now. Pray with me: Father, it is never Your will for the serpent to encroach on our “gardens.” He is subtle, but You have sent Holy Spirit to help us, alerting us to his attacks. Teach us to listen, to always be alert, paying attention to Your promptings. Fine tune us. We want to be watchmen for our families, friends, and leaders.  We are also to be watchmen for our nation. Had we been alert, prayer would not have been removed from our schools, and the murder of babies in the womb would never have been the law of our land. Had we been paying attention and taking action, our government would not have been overtaken by those who dishonor You, our education system by unrighteous propagandists.   You are giving us another chance to step into our role of protecting and preserving what You gave us. You are raising up an army of watchmen who refuse to allow our harvest and our inheritance to be stolen. Release boldness and determination to this army, enabling them to be fearless and unwavering. May we find ourselves faithful in this strategic and unprecedented hour. In Christ’s name, we pray, amen. March 17, 2025 Signs and wonders will undoubtedly play a significant role in the coming great harvest. This is consistent with Scripture. In the book of Acts, immediately after the church was born on the day of Pentecost, miracles began occurring and were used to generate amazing numbers of conversions. As chapter 3 begins, Peter was used to heal a lame man at the gate called “Beautiful.” He had been lame from birth, completely unable to walk, and sat at this gate daily, begging for alms. Because of the prominent location, all of Jerusalem and many in Israel knew of this man, having seen him numerous times.  Jesus Himself had no doubt walked by this man many times, and yet chose not to perform the miracle. Always led by the Spirit, He knew it wasn’t the right time (John 5:19, 30; 8:29; Luke 4:1). On this day in Acts 3, Holy Spirit moved upon Peter, letting him know this was the right time. He was used to work one of the greatest miracles ever performed, and as a result, 5000 people were born again. What is incredibly fascinating is that the Greek word used in this passage for the name of the gate, Beautiful,” literally means “the right time” ( horaios ). How fascinating is that! The word does not mean beautiful in the sense of attractive or pretty. It is a “circumstantial beauty,” used to describe that which occurs when the right circumstances come together at “the right time,” creating something beautiful.  God, in His sovereignty and foreknowledge, named this gate “The Right Time,” then made sure the lame man’s family chose this as the location for him to daily beg for alms. Then, He led Jesus to NOT heal the man, saving the miracle for “the right time,” when the newly birthed church would need a miracle of this magnitude to prove Jesus was alive and was the Messiah. The “right time” miracle at the “right time” gate! Isn’t God amazing!!! Continuing in chapter 4 of Acts, miracles were once again associated with reaching people for Christ: “And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common. And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.”  (verses 29-33) The church leaders prayed for boldness, healings, signs and wonders, then declared God’s Word. He responded by giving them great grace and power to demonstrate Christ’s resurrection, which resulted in multitudes being saved. In the next chapter, Acts 5,  “by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people… and believers were added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women… there came also a multitude out of the cities round about onto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and those who were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed everyone.” (from Verses 12-16) It was clearly God‘s plan to use signs and wonders to confirm the truth of the gospel, producing “multitudes” of conversions to Christ. It will do the same today.  By the time we get to Acts chapter 6, ministry in the early church had expanded from being done primarily by the apostles, to now taking place by deacons, also. This caused the growth of the church to go to a new level, multiplying tremendously. Verse 8 tells us “And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people.”Acts 8:4-8 mentions the deacon, Phillip, doing the same: “Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word. Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed. And there was great joy in that city.” No doubt there was! We who are involved in the Healing Summits believe it is “the right time” for many signs and wonders to occur throughout the world. We realize miracles have never completely stopped, but we also believe there are seasons when they increase dramatically, and feel we are entering one of those seasons. This is why we are doing the summits.  Join us April 4th in Middletown, Ohio, if you can. ( Registration is required  due to a limited seating capacity.) And also, pray with us for the release of this great movement of signs and wonders around the world.  And the following is very important: If you lead a congregation or are associated with a network of churches, consider doing your own healing service that night or later in the month of April. Our desire is multiplication, not one large event!!! I realize that would not leave much time to prepare, but these do not have to be elaborate gatherings. Simply have a time of worship and begin praying for people to receive healings. If you do so, Holy Spirit will honor it.  The month of Nisan (March 30 through April 28) is the Hebrew “month of miracles.” God chose this window of time in which to work profound miracles for Israel, and this was also the month He declared He was “the Lord our Healer” (Exodus 15:26). Obviously Holy Spirit is not limited to this timeframe in order to work miracles, but we can honor what He did and said then, using it as a point of reference to agree for a fresh season of the supernatural.  It is time.  Pray with me: Father, we often think of ourselves as working FOR You, while You think of us as working WITH You. Co-laborers. Partners. Family. We know, of course, that You are in charge, the Ruler of the universe. You are all-powerful, infinitely wise, ever-present, uncompromisingly holy, and eternal. Yet You wanted and created family, sons and daughters filled with Your Spirit and nature, capable of partnering with You. We are truly in awe of this. As we move into the great revival that will bring a billion or more souls into Your family, we are beyond excited to work with You to accomplish this. As Your ambassadors we will release Your authority; as Your evangelists we will declare the good news of Christ; and as Your healing agents we will heal the hurting and set captives free. Just as Christ was moved with compassion and healed the sick, we, His body, are as well; we are passionate to see them healed. We also know miraculous signs must be performed at “the right time,” pointing people to Christ. We believe we have moved into one of earth’s “right times,” and we ask for the release of Holy Spirit’s gifts and power in order to produce these signs. Give us signs and wonders we pray, in Jesus’ name. Amen.  Our decree:  We decree that at this right time, we will see an increase of signs and wonders throughout the earth. Watch our video:

March 14, 2025 “…the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits” (Daniel 11:32). I am pleased to be associated with a company of believers that do more than just talk about their faith. They practice it, doing exploits for the Lord. And they don’t limit those actions to the four walls of a building on Sunday mornings; they are the church all week!  As far as these warriors are concerned, gone are the days when they stay out of the culture war, leaving government, education, media, and other segments of society to the antichrist spirit. It truly is a new day.  Because of this mindset, those praying and working toward turning America around experienced great victories in the 2024 elections. As a result, much progress is now being made. The borders are closed, the mutilation of our children is being curbed, waste and fraud involving hundreds of billions of dollars has been discovered, our military is being rebuilt, DEI is being removed, wokism is dying, and we are just getting started.  However, we must remember that satan is always roaming about looking for opportunities to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10; 1 Peter 5:8). In Colossians 4:2, we are exhorted to:  “Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving”  (NASB). The first warning issued about satan in Scripture was regarding his cunningness or craftiness (Genesis 3:1). He, and those aligned with him, are always looking for openings through which to take advantage and attack. As the verse in Colossians instructs us, we must remain alert. I want to make you aware of a contest satan would like to keep the church ignorant of, which might allow him to stop the wonderful progress being made. This situation has definitely been under the radar. It involves Wisconsin. Yes, you heard that correctly. An upcoming election in that state holds critical, national consequences that could impact all of America. Let me explain.  Wisconsin has become extremely critical in recent national elections; it was actually one of the most pivotal states in the past three presidential elections (2016, 2020, 2024). The Wisconsin Supreme Court controls key elements of its election process. Currently, the Court is liberal, after only one seat  flipped in 2023. Because of that one seat,  the court undid voter ID requirements, made drop-boxes legal again, and more to influence the outcome of their elections.  Now, there is great concern that they will gerrymander the state’s districts, in order to flip a couple of U.S. House seats from Republican to Democrat in 2026. (For those of you who don’t know, gerrymandering is redrawing the boundaries of districts in order to control the outcomes of votes.) The U.S. House of Representatives is so close now that a two-seat flip would give control back to the Left. This would be catastrophic, severely hindering the President’s and Congress’s ability to make the needed and essential changes.  But we have a tremendous window of opportunity: on April 1 , less than three weeks away, Wisconsin will vote on a Supreme Court seat. A win for the conservative candidate would turn the court back to a conservative majority, which would espouse more biblically driven values. And the ripple effects would very likely influence the future of the entire nation! This election is so critical that national organizations on the Left are pouring tens of millions of dollars into it! We can help determine the outcome. The voter turnout for this election has historically been low. That means engaging even a small percentage of the Christian voter population becomes very significant. If we influence like-minded individuals to vote, it could turn the tide. But time is running out, and we must act quickly. First Corinthians 3:9 tells us  “we are labourers together with God.”  And Hebrews 6:10 assures us: “For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.”  He won’t forget. Pray with me: Father, we are moved by the thought of being Your co-laborers. What a staggering truth! You have made us partners in Your great cause of releasing Christ’s redemption throughout the earth. Whether it be writing a letter, making a phone call, or offering up prayers, we are honored to work together with You. Please breathe upon this effort in Wisconsin, and give us a more biblically based Supreme Court there. We ask You to thwart the efforts of those who work against Your principles and ways.  We continue to pray for those in our national government whom You are using to bring reformation. Give President Trump, his Cabinet, and legislators great wisdom as they develop and implement strategies. Continue to expose the rampant theft and fraud that has taken place. Open the file cabinets and expose the hidden files, as You have said You would do. Continue to awaken the American people – bring this nation to its senses! And lastly, You told me years ago that the third great awakening in America would begin with the young people. This has now begun – You are pouring out Your Spirit on campuses throughout the nation. We ask that this not only continue but intensify, and that no effort from satan to defile it would succeed. Guard it jealously. Throw more oil on it, causing it to burn with holy fire and great intensity. Bless the endeavors of those You are using; give them provision, anointing, and great success. March 13, 2025 From Yesterday Several leaders I am associated with have conducted three Healing Summits over the past few months, two of them live and streamed online, one of them only online. We have received reports of many people being healed. The next Healing Summit will be  April 4, at The Oasis in Middletown, Ohio , led by my brother, Tim Sheets. Why April? The month of Nisan (March 30-April 28 on our calendar) is considered by the Jews as “the month of miracles.” Please join us, either in person or online . We are certainly doing these healing summits because we want to see people healed, but there is another very important reason. We believe God wants to use these gatherings, and the agreement in prayer surrounding them, to birth a new season of signs and wonders in the earth. This would include the release of gifts of healing and miracles worldwide. Obviously, this means we are not thinking of them as one night events, but as catalytic prayer gatherings to birth something larger and long-term. In no way are they designed to promote our ministries, or to imply that associated healings have to occur then and there. We are some of many contending for miracles. We are encouraging as many churches and ministries as possible to conduct a service in April to pray for healings. ( Link to yesterday’s post, The Month of Miracles ) Testimonies of Healing The healing reports we have received from the summits are related to many disorders. Some have actually testified to medically confirmed healings of terminal illnesses. No one can honestly say that everyone they pray for is healed; nonetheless, we’re experiencing numerous healings at these gatherings.  I receive many communications from GH15 listeners, including prayer requests, testimonies, and “thank yous.” I rarely mention them because I can’t comment on all of them, and don’t want the others to feel unappreciated. Please know that we appreciate all of them. However, I want to mention a testimony I received a few weeks back that is relevant to today’s post and moved me to tears. It referenced and thanked me for a post released on January 17 of this year entitled   Don’t Give Up On Your Miracle. Without going into detail, the report was from the mother of a four-year-old boy who has a very debilitating condition. They attended the Healing Summit in August of last year to have the young boy prayed for. Though this young child did not receive an instant miracle, they continued to believe and stated that he began to recover from that point. To date, the transformation has been tremendous. I am praying and believing with them for the child’s complete recovery.  Progressive Healings The teaching in the January 17th post encouraged believers not to give up when they don’t receive an instant miracle. I want to reshare a portion of it today: “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him” (Acts 10:38; KJV). The word healing in this verse comes from the Greek word  iaomai . In Greek history this word often has the meaning of a healing that occurs progressively, over time. We typically assume that when people were healed through Jesus or the disciples, it was always instant. This word tells us that wasn’t necessarily the case. It can mean that the healing or cure began at that moment and continued until the person had fully recovered.  I was fascinated and motivated to learn more about this word, and did so in an article by Greek scholar Rick Renner. After sharing the testimony of a profound but progressive miracle, Renner said he inquired of the Lord for more insight. Holy Spirit led him to Acts 10:38 and a study of this Greek word for “healing,” iaomai.  Renner says: “This word  iaomai  is a very ancient word for “healing” — so ancient that it was even used in Homer’s time. It mostly denoted healing that came to pass over a period of time. It is for this reason that the word iaomai  is often translated throughout Greek history as a treatment or cure or remedy. Thus, it depicts a sickness that has been progressively healed rather than instantaneously healed… “It unmistakably tells us that there are many people who, from the moment they are touched by God’s power, begin to mend or be cured. In other words, this means that all healings are not instantaneous; certain people are progressively restored to health over a period of time. They become better and better until ultimately they are completely cured. Although this type of healing is not instantaneous, it is nonetheless miraculous. “The picture of  iaomai  is similar to a physician who gives medicine to a sick patient and expects the medication to do its invisible, internal work to produce a remedy for a physical problem — but with supernatural results. When this type of healing power is at work, the person praying for the sick may not see immediate results. But that person can be confident that because he has prayed in faith, healing power has been imparted. The complete manifestation of healing may take time. But if God’s power has been imparted and received by the person’s faith, that healing power has started its invisible, internal work to reverse the sick person’s condition and bring him or her back to a healthy state of being.” (1) Though the meaning of this word was new to me, the truth behind it was not. I have observed several divine healings that were progressive, and have personally experienced some.  When a person is prayed for and an instant miracle doesn’t occur, their disappointment at times can almost be felt tangibly. When encouraged to continue believing God has honored the prayer and that the answer will come, they often find it difficult not to give up. Believe me when I say I understand this. Repeated failures to receive instant healings have caused some to become disillusioned regarding supernatural healing altogether.   Persevere in Your Faith Please don’t give up on your healing! Progressive healing is often how God works, even having done so through Jesus and the early apostles!  “Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise”  (Hebrews 10:35-36 KJV).  The Passion Translation words this verse as follows:  “So don’t lose your bold, courageous faith, for you are destined for a great reward! You need the strength of endurance to reveal the poetry of God’s will and then you receive the promise in full” ‭‭(Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭35‬-‭36‬ TPT‬‬). If you have been prayed for and did not receive your healing instantly, this DOES NOT mean that you, or the person praying for you, didn’t have faith! And it doesn’t indicate that nothing was imparted. It means that for you, God wants to do it a different way! DON’T THROW AWAY YOUR FAITH, YOUR CONFIDENCE!  Hebrews 6:12 is another verse that tells us not to give up on our faith:  “So don’t allow your hearts to grow dull or lose your enthusiasm, but follow the example of those who fully received what God has promised because of their strong faith and patient endurance”  (Hebrews‬ ‭6‬:‭12‬ TPT‬‬). This teaching is important for many. Receive it. Declare your faith everyday:  “By the stripes of Jesus I am healed!” (Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24) Do it multiple times a day, just as you might take medicine several times each day. Let’s stand together now for the iaomai  of “the Lord our Healer” (Exodus 15:26) to be released.  Pray with me: Father, we stand in agreement with those who are believing for their healings. We appreciate doctors who work to see people recover, but many need supernatural healings. Miracles. We ask that any and all “hope deferred” be broken off them. You said truth makes us free (John 8:32); we embrace the truth of today’s word. Cause it to now restore and energize their faith. We stand with our brothers and sisters now, believing that through faith and patience they will receive their complete healing.  We also continue to ask for a fresh outpouring of signs and wonders, and that gifts of the Spirit be released to believers, equipping them to release healings and miracles. We believe You are launching another movement of the miraculous around the world, and we agree in prayer for this today. In Jesus’ name we ask for it. The next Healing Summit will be Friday, April 4 , at The Oasis Church in Middletown, Ohio , pastored by my brother, Tim Sheets.  Why We Conduct These Summits We are convening these healing summits because we are passionate about seeing people healed, but there is another very important reason. We believe God wants to use these gatherings, and the agreement in prayer surrounding them, to birth a new season of signs and wonders on the earth. This would include the release of gifts of healing and miracles worldwide. Obviously, this means we are not thinking of them as one night events, but as catalytic prayer gatherings to birth something larger and long-term. In no way are they designed to promote our ministries, or to imply any exclusivity whatsoever: we are some of many contending for miracles. Nevertheless, we believe the gatherings are important.   Why do we believe Holy Spirit would lead us to conduct these summits as part of birthing a movement? Because God has chosen to work through people in bringing forth His plans on the earth (Zechariah 10:1). Obviously, God did not make us His partners because He NEEDS the help. Rather, He CHOSE to make us partners in His endeavors because He wanted to work with the family He created on earth (Genesis 1:26-28). This decision to involve us is so consequential that, at times, what God offers is unprocured simply because we humans don’t ask for it (James 1:6; 4:2). He wants our involvement. Why This Date? There is a reason we “landed on” April to conduct this next summit. This year, the Hebrew month of Nisan begins on Sunday, March 30th, and ends on April 28. Nisan, the first month of the Jewish calendar, holds profound significance and is often referred to as the “month of miracles.” This designation stems from several key historical and spiritual events that occurred during this time, including Passover (Pesach), which commemorates Israel’s liberation from slavery in Egypt. As we know, Passover was accomplished through a series of miracles, culminating in the parting of the Red Sea, which allowed them to escape Pharaoh's army. The miracles that occurred during Nisan are multifaceted. First, the plagues that struck Egypt, culminating in the final plague—the death of the firstborn—demonstrated God’s power and commitment to liberating His people. The Israelites marked their doorposts with lamb’s blood to protect themselves from the last plague, which was a picture of Christ, our Passover Lamb, redeeming us through His blood. The crossing of the Red Sea in Nisan marked Israel’s transition from slavery to freedom and the beginning of their new national identity. It was just after this Red Sea crossing that Yahweh made the declaration of Exodus 15:26: “If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in His sight, and wilt give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.”  In Jewish tradition, Nisan is a time for spiritual introspection and preparation for the coming year. The month encourages individuals to reflect on their own lives, seeking personal miracles and transformations. This period is seen as an opportunity for new beginnings, paralleling the natural rebirth that occurs in spring, with blooming flowers and new life.  We believe that in Nisan, “the month of miracles,” God has led us to mobilize millions of believers around the world to agree in prayer for a new season of signs and wonders to be released. We encourage churches, leaders, and apostolic networks to join us in this effort. While we are thrilled with and encourage the agreement that will occur when others join us during these summits, we believe Holy Spirit wants to orchestrate something much bigger and broader.  Therefore, we’re encouraging leaders of churches and networks to ask the Lord if He would have them conduct one or more healing services in Nisan/April. It could be as simple as streaming the April 4th Healing Summit, or perhaps you would prefer conducting your own. In these meetings pray for those needing healing, of course, but also partner with Holy Spirit by asking for a fresh outpouring of signs and wonders. An outpouring of the miraculous will most certainly fuel the revival that has begun. It would be amazing if hundreds, perhaps thousands of healing gatherings took place around the world in April. God could have released the plagues into Egypt as part of Israel’s deliverance without using Moses and his rod of authority, but He chose to use them. He could have rolled back the Red Sea without Moses extending his rod of authority, but He chose to involve him. God could have brought water from the rock without Moses smiting it with the rod of authority, but He chose to use Moses and his staff.  Holy Spirit could have healed the man at the gate called Beautiful without Peter taking him by the hand and declaring the miracle (Acts 3:2), but He chose to use the apostle. He could heal the sick without believers laying hands on them, anointing them with oil, etc., but He often chooses to do so in this manner. My point is simply that God desires our involvement; He wants us to ask. He loves involving His kids and working with them to accomplish His purposes. This was His plan from the beginning. Let’s release our faith in “the month of miracles” for a worldwide outpouring of signs and wonders. Join us on April 4 , either in person or online at oasiswired.org , and believe for your miracle, as well as the healing of others. And consider joining us throughout the month of April to birth a season of healing around the world. Pray with me:  Father, we are incredibly blessed and humbled by the fact that You use us to accomplish Your purposes. We will forever be amazed that You chose to create family and make them a part of Your kingdom coming to earth. We choose to align with these purposes, not allowing them to be frustrated by a lack of involvement on our part. We will partner with You, asking and acting in faith. We continue to release prayers for worldwide revival. And as a part of this, we release faith-filled prayers for signs, wonders, and miracles. We ask for the gifts of Holy Spirit to be released to believers around the world, facilitating these works of power and the fruit of Christ’s redemption. Heal the sick, deliver the oppressed, set captive people free through His body, the church. Do a work so significant in this regard during April/Nisan, that history will record it as a time when great miracles began, just as in Acts 2. We ask that You glorify Jesus, advance Your Kingdom, and release Your compassion to people here in America and around the world. In Jesus’ name we pray this. Amen. Our decree: We agree with the Word of God that states signs and wonders accompany the preaching of the gospel (Mark 16:15-20), and decree that Christ is “the Lord who heals us”  (Exodus 15:26). Two Common Misperceptions Regarding Prayer Some common misperceptions regarding prayer hinder many believers’ intercession. One of them is that we must “wrestle” with God until He yields and gives us what we desire. The verses used to teach this are from Genesis 32:22-32, where Jacob wrestled all night with the angel of the Lord. Many a dynamic message has been preached, using the words of Jacob as an example of how we should pray:  “I will not let you go unless you bless me”  (verse 26).  However, Jacob’s wrestling with God is not presented as an example of how to pray. In this encounter, God and Jacob were after different things, which is why it lasted through the night. Jacob wanted protection from Esau; God desired a nature change in Jacob. Not understanding this makes the angel’s question to Jacob seem silly. “What is your name?” (Verse 27). Doesn’t it seem strange that in the midst of this “wrestling match” Jacob and his opponent began having a nice little conversation, trying to get acquainted? That isn’t what was actually occurring, of course; the angel knew Jacob’s name! God wanted and needed Jacob to acknowledge the truth about his nature, which was described by the meaning of his name. The Amplified Translation makes this very clear: “[The Man] asked him, What is your name? And [in shock of realization, whispering) he said, Jacob [supplanter, schemer, trickster, swindler]!” (Genesis 32:27). The revelation of his sinful nature and subsequent confession were what the Lord needed from Jacob. Grace followed immediately, producing a nature change in Jacob; his name was then also changed to Israel. Jacob’s “prevailing” (verse 28) was NOT an overcoming of God’s reluctance, nor was it the securing of protection from Esau. God had already promised him that he would bring him home safely (Genesis 28:15). It was prevailing over his conniving nature and becoming the “Israel” God needed him to be. Our Jacob nature wrestles with God; our Israel nature partners with Him. Importunity Another misconception regarding prayer is that we can manipulate, persuade, or “talk God into” moving on our behalf. Most would not admit to this underlying belief, but their practice of prayer and their theology demonstrate its existence. This theology is based on what is commonly referred to as “the prayer of importunity” from Luke 11:5-13. In this passage, a man received an unexpected guest at midnight but had no food with which to prepare him a meal, a very important custom of that day. So, he knocked on the door of a friend, awakened him, and asked for some bread to give the visitor. The response of the awakened friend, in the King James (and other) versions of Scripture, was:  “I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth” (Luke 11:8). With this translation of Christ’s words, God is presented as a “friend” who doesn’t really want to be bothered by our requests, but because we annoy Him with our persistence, He finally yields and gives us what we want. Are we to actually believe God answers our prayers to keep us from annoying Him?! Or that our persistence is to overcome His reluctance? The answer is an emphatic, “NO!” We are not instructed to persist against God, and He is not annoyed by our approach to His throne of grace.  The problem comes from the use of the word “importunity” to translate the Greek word anaideia used in Luke 11:8. This Greek word actually means “shamelessness” (1) or “bold unashamedness.” (2) Aidos , the root word, means “modesty or shame” (3) and is translated as such in 1 Timothy 2:9. Here in Luke 11, the word is in its negative form, making it “ without  modesty or shame.” Here is a more literal translation of Luke 11:5-8 from the Disciples Literal New Testament: “And He said to them, ‘Which of you will have a friend, and will go to him at midnight and say to him, “Friend, lend me three loaves-of-bread,  because my friend came to me from a journey and I do not have what I will set-before him”;  and that one, having responded from inside says “Do not be causing me troubles. The door has already been locked, and my children are with me in bed. I am not able, having arisen, to give it to you”? I say to you: even though he will not, having arisen, give to him because of being his friend, yet because of his shamelessness he will, having been raised, give to him as much as he needs.’”  Darby’s New Testament, another very literal translation, uses the same phrase: “because of his shamelessness.”  The Bible Hub confirms this, stating the following regarding this word and passage:  “In the context of the New Testament, [anaideia]  often conveys a sense of tenacity or audacity in approaching God, particularly in prayer. This word suggests a kind of boldness that is not hindered by social conventions or fear of impropriety.  “Cultural and Historical Background: In ancient Greek culture, the concept of “aidōs”  (shame or modesty) was highly valued as a social virtue. It was considered important to maintain one’s honor and reputation by adhering to societal norms. The prefix “an” negates this concept, indicating a behavior that goes against these norms. In the context of the New Testament, this term is used positively to describe a kind of spiritual boldness that is encouraged in one’s relationship with God.” (4) The point of Christ’s illustration is the same as that of Hebrews 4:16: we are to approach God with bold confidence, knowing He is our Friend and Father, and desires to give us grace and mercy. We are to ask  “according to His will” (1 John 5:14), not try and “wrestle” from Him something He might not want to give. We are partners with God, laborers together with Him (2 Corinthians 6:1), not at war with Him! We storm the gates of hell (Isaiah 28:6; Matthew 16:18), not the gates of heaven. Yes, persistence in prayer is necessary, but not to overcome God’s reluctance. This is vital to know and remember. Pray with me: Father, Your Word tells us that through faith and patience, we inherit Your promises (Hebrews 6:12). Perseverance is absolutely needed in our prayer efforts, but this is not to talk You into doing things for us. We wrestle against principalities and powers, rulers of darkness, and wicked spirits - not with You (Ephesians 6:12). We are Your family and friends, empowered by Holy Spirit to partner with You.  We have persisted in our partnering prayers and decrees to see America revived and transformed. We have done so to release the worldwide revival on the horizon. We will not falter, will not yield to hope-deferred or weariness of heart, and will not lose faith. We are channels of Your will into the earth, the pipeline through which the oil of Your Spirit flows, conduits of Your power. We will not allow the flow to stop. We command it forth again today, declaring “Kingdom and will of God, come forth! Manifest in the Earth.” Will of God: manifest in our nation’s government. Manifest in our homes and schools. Manifest in our children, bringing millions of them into Your family in this hour. Manifest in our bodies, bringing healing. Manifest in our minds and emotions, breaking confusion and deception off of millions.  Manifest in the nations of the earth bringing change and worldwide revival. Manifest in the Middle East against the prince of Persia and other principalities. Manifest against the veil blinding the eyes of billions of people; open their eyes to the light of the gospel.  All of this, we pray and decree in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whose we are and whom we serve.   Our decree:  We decree that God is for us, not against us. Introduction A couple of weeks ago, my friend, Jay Comiskey, sent me a post regarding the building of an   Iron Dome Shield of Intercession   over our nation. Jay has sent a follow-up post giving further, and very practical information to aid us in doing so. The title of the post is: Building the Iron Dome of Prayer Several years ago, a friend and former U.S. Senator shared with Dutch that He could tell by the spiritual “atmosphere” of Washington, D.C., when believers were praying and when they weren’t. He said, as best as Dutch can remember: “The church becomes engaged in prayer during elections and at other significant times. They pray us into office, then slack off and leave us on our own, with little to no prayer support.” Very sobering, and totally correct. However, I am encouraged and hopeful that the prayer army has gone to a new level of intentionality and perseverance, and will follow through on our prayer assignments after the recent election of November 5th, 2024. Israel’s Iron Dome I recently shared about Israel’s remarkable Missile Defense System, the Iron Dome. During a surprise attack on Israel last year, Iran fired over 300 missiles on the Jewish people. However, the Iron Dome Missile Systems shot down over 99% of Iran’s rockets before they hit the ground! Since October 7th, 2023, when Hamas conducted a brutal surprise attack against the Jewish people, Israel has shot down the vast majority of missiles, rockets, and drones fired at them. Let me read a summary of Israel’s defensive missile system once again. I quote Guy Cohen, a Messianic Jewish leader from Israel, who describes this amazing system.  “Israel now has a multi-layered defense array. Our current system is surprisingly effective against almost all attacks from missiles, rockets, and UAVs. The IDF armor consists of the following defensive weapons: 1) The Iron Dome, 2) David’s Sling, and 3)The Arrow defense system. “They each cover various distances, from close-range missiles all the way up to threats at the edge of the atmosphere. Currently, yet another level is being developed–laser technology.” (1) Interesting note: One of the original names considered for their missile defense system was called the Golden Dome. They settled on Iron Dome instead. (You can read more about it in this link .)  This Iron Dome can be a parallel model or picture of what Holy Spirit wants to help us build through prayer. God’s prayer army can create an Iron Dome Shield of intercession to protect President Trump, his agenda, and our great country. Back to Basics Here are some of the basics of prayer that will help bring forth this strong DEFENSE for the USA and our leaders: Intentionality:  We must daily give ourselves in intercession to protect the things God has called us to steward. I appreciate the comments of two Give Him 15 listeners and their efforts to be consistent in praying for President Trump: One listener states: “I have been praying a ‘dome of protection’ over my USA for a couple months now as I drive Monday through Friday – look at what the Lord has done AND ALL I DID WAS PRAY!” Another listener writes: “From another ministry, I learned to set my alarm clock to 12:00 noon and make that a time to pray for President Trump each day.” Daily, simple habits are what make the difference. Though the election is over, these prayer warriors carry on daily to cover our President and protect him by prayer. 2.  Think Higher, Not Harder Ephesians 2:6:  “... and raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” “Together” is mentioned twice in verse 6. We need the involvement, prayers, and revelation God is giving all His Ekklesia around the world. “Together” Holy Spirit wants to develop and implement principles of intercession that will help protect every nation! “Heavenly Places” – We can access the wisdom of God’s throne room daily for any assignment Holy Spirit gives us. He knows exactly how to build “Iron Dome Shields” of intercession and wants to share the insights. After all, America and the nations are His Inheritance (Psalm 2). 3.   Prophetic Prayer, Enabled by God’s Gifts, Will Hit the Target 2 Timothy 1:6:  “Therefore, I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.” Let’s stir up the gifts Holy Spirit has given us for building an Iron Dome of prayer for the USA (1 Corinthians 12:4-11). They include: Word of wisdom Word of knowledge Gift of faith Working of miracles (and healing) Gift of prophecy Discerning of spirits Different kinds of tongues Interpretation of tongues  c.  Leadership Gifts (1 Corinthians 12:28)  Prophetic words, dreams, etc., help us “hit the target” and pray effectively. 4.  Keep It Simple (Not weird) KISS – “Keep It Simple, Saint” – Sometimes we can overly complicate a prayer assignment until we create spiritual gridlock in our souls or in prayer meetings.  Simple Kingdom prayers can release God’s will on earth. Here is one example of a simple prayer we can declare over our President (and over all leadership). This will be the prayer for today’s post. Notice that the primary aspect of this prayer is decreeing powerful Scriptures in faith: “Heavenly Father, I pray and decree Your ‘Iron Dome Shield’ of divine protection over President Trump and his administration. Holy Spirit, we are asking for Your wisdom & revelation to pray this shield over him and over America. Lord, You are our shield of protection! (Genesis 15:1) I declare that all Your authority, in heaven and earth (Matthew 28:18), be released over our President, his cabinet, and their families. May Trump’s agenda for America be empowered by Your grace and wisdom. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done (Matthew 6:9-10) through our President.  We, the Ekklesia, declare that ‘no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against him in judgment is NOW condemned’ (Isaiah 54:17). May Your angels carry out Your plans for America. May Your angel armies (Psalm 103:20-21) protect our President and do Your will throughout our country. We pray this in Jesus’ mighty name, He who is able to accomplish more than we can ask, think, or pray for President Trump and the USA, and who does so according to His power working in us (Ephesians 3:20).”  It is time to build and operate our own Iron Dome Shield of Intercession over our country! God Designed You With A Purpose It’s March 10, my birthday. So, I thought I’d lighten things up a little and start with some birthday humor.  Why do people snore more when they get older?
It’s nature’s way of letting their spouses know they’re still alive. Why shouldn’t you invite a cow to a birthday party?
They bring pies, not cake. What do George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and Christopher Columbus all have in common?
They were all born on holidays. I was born in 1954. Ceci, who is forever young, told me, “You’re not old—you’re mid-century modern.” Don’t fret about birthdays; they’re good for your health. Studies have shown that people who have more birthdays actually live longer. How do you know when you’re officially old? When it takes longer to rest than it did to get tired.  What’s a sure sign you’re getting older? When you and your teeth don’t sleep together. And lastly, I may be old this year, but … what was I saying? It is obvious God didn’t fashion me to be a comedian. But He did fashion me, just as He did you. We were born with a purpose. USA Today conducted a poll a few years ago. In this survey, they inquired of individuals what one question they would most like to ask God. I expected the most-asked question to be the eternal fate of a deceased loved one, or perhaps why suffering exists, maybe even where the individual being interviewed would spend eternity. Nope. First place went to: “What is the purpose of my existence?” Twice as many polled asked this question over any other. I was shocked. People, as a whole, care more about purpose than where they’ll spend eternity. This has become the number one concern raised by college students in America to their counselors and professors. They want more than a career; they want to believe their life has a purpose.  I suppose I shouldn’t have been surprised. I have long been aware of the innate craving every person has for a sense of worth, value, and purpose. Purpose and self-worth are obviously connected. A healthy self-image springs, in part, from the belief that our life has purpose. Perhaps Myles Monroe had it right when he said, “The greatest tragedy of life is not death but life that fails to fulfill its purpose.” (1) The dictionary defines purpose as “an anticipated outcome that is intended or that guides your planned actions” and “the reason for which something is done or created; that for which something exists.” Expanding purpose  to the concept of destiny  brings our Creator into the picture. Destiny is the belief that God mandated our existence and then created us with design and intent—purpose.  Psalm 139:13-18 affirms this: “For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written The days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You.” (NASB) Verse 16 tells us:  “Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.” Ordained is from the Hebrew word  yatsar , which also means “to create” and “to predestine.” A creator obviously has a preplanned purpose for his creation. This passage emphatically states that God had determined a purpose or destiny for us–and recorded it in a book– before we were even born.  The New Testament word for purpose is from the Greek word prothesis (Ephesians 1:11; Second Timothy 1:9). The prefix  pro  means “pre” or “beforehand,” and a thesis  is a report or essay explaining a theory, study, or design. Again, God wrote a purpose for us in advance of our existence. This is precisely what Psalm 139:16 so eloquently states.  If this were not reassuring enough, not only did God design a plan, creating a what and a why  for us, He also chose our  when  and  where . Acts 17:26 says He “determined [our] appointed times, and the boundaries of [our] habitation.” You can rest assured that your existence is not accidental, not even your time and nationality! He knew when your mark on history would be needed. You were born with a divine purpose, and so was I. Pray with me: Father, thank You for the assurance that we were created with purpose. Not one person’s existence took You by surprise. I pray that those reading this and/or listening to me today will find and fulfill all You wrote about them. Please bring healing to those who have been bruised through rejection or betrayal, causing them to doubt this; bring to them a confidence that You created them with a purpose and destiny. We pray today for our nation. You also created nations with purpose, predestining them to holy causes. Cleanse, heal, and restore America to her purpose. We know this can only happen through a mighty revival. We also know this revival has begun and that our greatest days are ahead. Thank You. America Is Entering a Renaissance Season I am still musing over what occurred at the President’s speech to Congress on Tuesday night. The person mandated by the American people to restore America–and who has accomplished more in his first six weeks than most presidents do in an entire term–laid out dozens of ideas and strategies, while the Left sulked, pouted, and threw tantrums. We shouldn’t be surprised at their antics. In the past few weeks, as the richest man in the world volunteered his time to expose fraud and save Americans several trillion dollars over the next few years, these same people protested while singing silly songs and accusing him of trying to steal money. House speaker Mike Johnson said of Tuesday night, “The way Democrats behaved was unserious and embarrassing. The contrast between our forward-looking vision and their temper tantrums was on display for all of America to see.” (1)  Speaker Johnson also commented on why Trump’s speech may have resonated with the American public (76% of those watching approved of his address) (2)  but not with Democratic lawmakers, “President Trump’s speech wasn’t a speech for the mainstream media, it was a speech for the American people.” (3) Indeed. President Trump mentioned his “nearly 100 executive orders and 400 executive actions to restore common sense, safety, optimism, and wealth all across our wonderful land. The people elected me to do the job, and I am doing it.” (4)  He spoke of there being only two sexes—male and female—and removing men from women’s sports. While honoring 19-year-old Payton McNabb, who sustained a concussion and brain bleeding after a male spiked a volleyball into her head when she was a senior in high school, he said, “From now on, schools will kick the males off the girls team, or they will lose all federal funding.” (5) The president spoke of removing the bloated, unelected bureaucracy in our government, restoring power to the people and saving untold billions of dollars, and stated firmly that other nations will no longer cheat America. Reciprocal tariffs and actions will begin to all other nations on April 2 of this year. “We’ve been ripped off for decades by nearly every country on earth, and we will not let that happen any longer,” he said. (6) President Trump elaborated on drilling for oil and gas, and opening closed power plants, making America energy independent once again. He addressed America’s security, mentioning an Iron Dome type security system being built, reestablishing our shipbuilding, taking back the Panama Canal, and working hard to secure a relationship of some sort with Greenland. He told us that America’s military recruitment has gone from rock-bottom to the highest in six short weeks, hostages have been returned, war has been declared on the drug cartels, the terrorist mastermind behind the killing of our 13 soldiers in Afghanistan has been captured, violent criminals are being deported or imprisoned, and the border is closed. Wow! If you watched the speech Tuesday night, you know there is MUCH more that could be said about it. A couple of weeks back my friend, Clay Nash, had a dream in which he was told President Trump would “March forth on March fourth.” The speech President Trump would give on this date was not yet even on Clay’s radar. But this word was definitely fulfilled; the President certainly “Marched forth on March 4th.” A RENAISSANCE Since President Trump’s inauguration, four prophets I am aware of have stated that America is entering a renaissance season. Surprisingly, when my friend Greg Hood looked up the definition of renaissance in the dictionary, he found that a synonym for it is “golden age.” That should ring a bell. Trump stated in his inaugural address, and has repeatedly declared since then, that America is entering a “golden age.” Greg pointed out that the President of the United States and prophets in our nation are now declaring the same thing over America. This was incredibly significant to him, and it is to me as well.  The word renaissance literally means “rebirth,” “to be born again,” and “revival.” If that doesn’t stir your heart then YOU need reviving! America is entering a season of new birth, of revival. I am excited about the natural aspect of this rebirth, of course. I rejoice when people are delivered from poverty and lack, when the American dream of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is fulfilled for individuals and families. The Lord wants this for us as well, according to 3 John, verse 2.  However, I am even more excited when the spiritual aspects of revival are seen and experienced. My greatest joy is when multitudes come to Jesus and enter God’s family. This is the revival for which I have been contending for thirty-five years. For me, the golden age is the harvest age. Can you imagine the joy our Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit must feel at this time in history?! Keep praying, church. Your prayers are birthing something unspeakably wonderful. Pray with me: Father, we thank You for the renaissance we have entered, a golden age of harvest and outpouring. We ask You to do an amazingly quick work of restoration in our land, preparing America for her role in this great plan of Yours. We realize we are not Your favorite kids; all of Your children are Your favorites. We know that as individuals, American believers possess no greater calling and privilege of preaching the gospel than any other member of Your family. Yet, we also know You raised this nation up for the express purpose of facilitating this privilege. Revive us to this calling, we pray. Jesus is worthy of us doing this for Him. Give favor and anointing to our President and his team, members of Congress, and others as they work to strengthen and restore our nation. Give wisdom and anointing to leaders in the church as they prepare the body of Christ to do their part. Cause a supernatural synergy to operate as civil and spiritual government work simultaneously to accomplish Your purposes in this hour.  In the authority of Jesus Christ we bind the plans and strategies of hell to stop this. We call forth Your will, purposes and Kingdom plans. We ask for an unprecedented release of divine power through the church, and for angel armies to engage at unprecedented levels.  Thank You once again for what You are doing, and for allowing us to partner with You. My Response to President Trump’s Speech In Matthew 15, Jesus said some things that angered the Pharisees. Verses 12-14 say: “Then came his disciples, and said unto him, ‘Do you know that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?’ But he answered and said, ‘Every plant, which My heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.’” (Matthew 15:12-14) I have said much over the past four years about God’s intent to expose evil and corruption in our government. Much has occurred to fulfill this: A former president, demented and controlled by puppeteers, hidden by lying politicians and media A corrupt deep state fully controlled by its lust for power Open borders, allowing in violent criminals, terrorists, and drugs that kill hundreds of thousands of Americans every year The indoctrination and mutilation of innocent children Censorship of the American people The theft and waste of hundreds of billions of taxpayers’ dollars Lawfare from our judicial system We could go on and on. I felt more would be exposed in last night‘s speech, and I was right. But it turns out that all President Trump had to do to unmask more evil was show up. The hatred of the Left toward him is so vitriolic that their demons manifested when he entered the room. They demonstrated stunning disrespect: no respect for the office of the presidency; no respect for the dignity of the room they occupied; no respect for their coworkers; no respect for raped and murdered children, kids with cancer, widowed spouses and children, or foster parents. Contrasts in the room were stark: hatred vs compassion, globalism vs patriotism, foolishness vs wisdom and common sense, dishonor vs honor, insensitivity vs empathy, and last but not least, children vs adults. Having lost their voice of reason, the Left resorted to shouting and holding up small protest signs. One had to wonder if they were seeing the Capitol of the United States of America or a daycare. We were certainly seeing demons manifest in some of these “leaders.” These “blind leaders of the blind” preach love but are filled with hate. They preach peace, but promote violence. They preach tolerance, but are intolerant of anyone who disagrees with them. They preach patriotism, but hate America. They preach democracy, but practice bureaucracy and tyranny. They feign intelligence, but have no common sense or reason.  According to some newscasters, last night’s speech was President Trump’s best, and I agree. In it, he gave insight into his strategy for leading our nation, and he held nothing back. Seventy six percent (76%) of those watching approved. President Trump has learned a lot in the last ten years. He has grown in character, wisdom, and humility. No, he isn’t flawless, all-wise, and completely humble. Like all of us, the President is still in process, but he has been tempered and matured. And his perspective has changed. Perhaps his most important statement of the night was, “I was saved by God to make America great again.” God has chosen to use this man as our Cyrus. He knows it, and it has sobered him. I conclude with the words of the Psalmist, texted to me by a friend towards the end of the President’s address last night. It speaks of a restoration process that had begun in Israel, and the resulting gladness. America’s restoration, too, has begun. And the prayer toward the end of this passage, as well as the praise, is appropriate for us, as well: “Restore us to our former glory.” I believe this has begun, and will continue. “It was like a dream come true when You freed us from our bondage and brought us back to Zion! We laughed and laughed and overflowed with gladness. We were left shouting for joy and singing Your praise. All the nations saw it and joined in, saying, ‘The Lord has done great miracles for them!’ Yes, He did mighty miracles and we are overjoyed! Now, Lord, do it again! Restore us to our former glory! The Files Are Being Discovered In yesterday’s post , I said: “I have been sensing that more exposure of corruption is coming in our government, at even greater levels than we have seen thus far. I also feel that President Trump and his team are about to make some very bold moves; again, more so than he has yet done. I am hearing from other leaders who are confirming this. One of those leaders senses that something significant will occur this week.”  I continue to feel this. These feelings were not initiated by what occurred in the Oval Office with Zelenskyy on Friday. They began in me a week or more ago. Will these bold moves by Trump and his team be related to this historical meeting in some way? Perhaps–this disagreement will influence much of what takes place on the world stage in the near future, and America will play a great role in this. However, I do not feel that the moves I’m sensing were generated by the meeting.  What I’m about to say is only a feeling I have, a sense, not a word from the Lord. Why share it if it’s only a guess? 1) Because I’m asking you to pray; and 2) if they bring turmoil, I don’t want you to be alarmed - God is at work. I believe something has been discovered by President Trump’s team (or several things), and is about to be shared, that will shake Washington, D.C., to its core.  At least three words from the Lord have been given to trusted individuals over the past couple of years which speak of God exposing incriminating “files” in our government. This may or may not refer to actual files; more than likely it simply refers to proof of corruption, regardless of the form in which it is found.  In January of 2024, Gina Gholston was given a dream (which I included in a post ) where people were attempting to shred files in the White House. These people were stopped before they could do so, and were arrested.  In July of last year, our friend Shirley Strand was given a vision regarding “files.” Here is a portion of what she said: “I saw government file cabinets all over D.C. and elsewhere. They were flung open and documents were flying out, multiple documents…God is exposing, big time. The Lord spoke to me and said ‘the cup of evil is full. Now I will stand up and deal with these people - I gave them time to repent, and they would not.’” The phrase “ the cup of iniquity is full ” relates to Genesis 15:16, in which the Lord promises Abraham the land of Canaan a second time. In this declaration God said that He would wait, however, until the sins of the Canaanites reached a level requiring their judgment. God knew this level of sin was coming, yet in His justice He waited until it had occurred. In Shirley’s vision, He stated that “the cup of evil was full” for many in our government.  Lastly, in 2022, my brother Tim Sheets had a dream involving files which he knew represented the uncovering of corruption in our government. Tim said: “I saw a very old, gray file cabinet, maybe four feet high. I somehow knew it was owned or was associated with a very prominent American family. This file cabinet was filled to capacity, crammed full with folders. Two men were flipping through all of the files, obviously looking for something. When they had looked through every file in the top drawer, they shook their head, not finding what they were looking for. They did the same with all four drawers, still not finding what they were looking for.  “Then, one of them said, ‘Let’s just take all the folders out of all the drawers. Let’s empty this file cabinet.’ And they began taking out all the files, stacking them up. As they did so, the man said, ‘Well, look here; there are files lying flat at the bottom of the drawers. They must have been hidden by all these other files that were standing up.’ “They pulled out these hidden files lying flat in the drawer, and shortly there after, one of them held up a file and declared, ‘This is what we’ve been looking for. Here it is.’ “At that point in the dream, the scene shifted, and the file cabinet transformed into a very large computer with an extra-large screen. As I viewed the screen, an image appeared and filled the screen. The image was of a very long line of dominoes, in the shape of an ‘S’. I knew it represented a snake. And as I watched, the last domino of the ‘snake’ began to slowly tip until it fell against the next domino. And of course, all the dominoes began to fall, one after the other, until the head was eventually knocked down.” I believe the significant uncovering of corruption mentioned in these dreams and visions has begun, and is about to reach a new level of accomplishment. When this occurs, justice will be severe. President Trump is in no mood to go easy on the corruption in our government, for several legitimate reasons: Firstly, he loves America and truly desires to turn it around, as do those working with him.  Secondly, for almost 10 years, the Left and America’s deep state have viciously and unjustly tried to destroy Trump, his family, and his associates. They hate and fear him because of the level of threat he has become to them. This hatred and fear generated unparalleled attempts to destroy and humiliate him. Trump is determined and ready to dole out justice.  Thirdly, the President wants his legacy to be “the person who was used to save America.” I believe he has accepted the prophecies stating God has chosen him to do this, and that this has added to his determination. And at his age - and in his last term of office - Trump has nothing to lose. I feel that he wants to finish his time on earth by accomplishing his greatest achievement: transforming America to greatness again and recapturing her destiny of being a force for good throughout the earth.  I believe “files” have been found, or will be very soon. And now that key positions on President Trump’s team are in place, look for the real action to begin…for dominoes to begin falling. I wouldn’t be surprised if something significant isn’t mentioned regarding this in tonight’s speech to Congress.   If I’m wrong about the timing, so be it. I am confident, however, that these exposures are coming–the files will be discovered, and the dominoes will fall. Let’s pray about this now. Pray with me: Father, You have protected and preserved the evidence that will expose significant evil and corruption in our government. We ask You to tip the dominoes until the head of the serpent is destroyed. The perpetrators believe they have covered their tracks and buried the evidence, but You have preserved the “files.” You have given individuals much time to repent; they have chosen instead to persevere in their evil ways. Many cups of iniquity are now full. Take action.  We ask for mercy wherever possible - You alone have the perfect blend of justice and mercy. Save and redeem, cleanse and restore, uncover and expose. We pray that wisdom, skill, and supernatural help be given to those responsible for discovery and prosecution. Bring forth whistleblowers with evidence, lead individuals to the right files, and restore integrity to America. Heal our nation and right the ship. We pray for America, Ukraine, Russia, Europe, the Middle East, and all the earth, “Thy kingdom come! Thy will be done, as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). Save and deliver, end suffering, remove evil leaders. We believe the earth is ripe for another great awakening; send it now, we pray.  Protect our nation’s leaders and their families.
