Policies vs Personality

We all know President Trump is a fighter. He refuses to back down when people lie about him or attack him, and he refuses to back down when it comes to standing up for America’s interests. The obvious truth is that America needed someone with his stubbornness and determination at this time in history. A Mr. Nice Guy could never have accomplished what Trump has in the last 20 months; they wouldn’t have even survived the onslaught of attacks. You may or may not like President Trump’s personality, but you should judge him by his record and policies, not his personality.

Here are some of his accomplishments in less than two years:

Achieved the most secure border in history - ZERO illegal aliens admitted to the United States in the past 16 months. Biden allowed millions into our nation, including drug smugglers whose product killed hundreds of thousands of Americans.
Signed the Laken Riley Act to get dangerous criminal aliens off our streets. The Left fights him over this policy.
Achieved the largest drop in the murder rate EVER recorded, to the lowest level in 125 years - since 1900. You’d think even the Dems would love this.
Signed the largest tax cuts in American History - the Great Big Beautiful Bill - including no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, and no tax on Social Security for our great seniors. The Left fought this vehemently.
Secured commitments for $19.2 trillion dollars of new investment in the United States. That’s trillion, with a T.
Imposed historic tariffs to bring back American Manufacturing - including 50% tariffs on foreign copper, aluminum, and steel, and 25% tariffs on foreign automobiles. Predecessors in the White House and Congress gave away our manufacturing - and the jobs associated with it. Trump is bringing it all back and strengthening our blue-collar workers.
The stock market has set 80 all-time record highs since the election.
More Americans are working today than at any time in the history of our country. Bet you haven’t heard that on the news.
Made the largest-ever investment in the United States Armed Forces - $1 trillion dollars this year, and hopefully $1.5 trillion next year. America is strong again and, consequently, a deterrent to evil forces. Peace through strength is in play again.
Captured and brought to justice the outlaw dictator of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, through Operation Absolute Resolve. Trump is cleaning up America’s “neighborhood,” from Panama to Cuba to Venezuela to Mexico’s cartels. And he just secured a military presence in Greenland, something America desperately needed.
Obliterated Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity with Operation Midnight Hammer and Operation Epic Fury to ensure Iran will NEVER have a nuclear weapon.
Cartel strikes. Fentanyl across our border is down by a record 60%, saving hundreds of thousands of lives.
Secured Most Favored Nation agreements to reduce the cost of many prescription drugs by price differences of 300, 400, 500 percent and more.
Terminated the Green New Scam, declared a National Energy Emergency, and began to “Drill, Baby, Drill.”
Ended the insane Electric Vehicle Mandate and other crippling regulations on American Automobiles.
American exports have soared to the highest level in American history - we are on track to export an unprecedented $2.5 TRILLION dollars in goods this year alone. Staggering!
Abolished all discriminatory “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion” (DEI) policies throughout the federal government and private sector. Some organizations still try to sneak it into curriculum and policies, but huge strides are being made.
Banned MEN from playing in women’s sports. Can you believe this was even necessary?
Banned transgender ideology and critical race theory in our schools.
Launched Trump Accounts - tax-free investment accounts for every American child, starting with $1,000 for every newborn child.
Settled 8 wars with historic peace deals in his first 12 months, including the War in Gaza.
Got all hostages returned to their families, both living and dead.
Halted all refugee admissions to the United States, including from Somalia and other dangerous places.
Deployed the National Guard to restore Law and Order to Washington, D.C., Memphis, and New Orleans. He offered to do so for other cities such as Chicago, but they prefer the violence over Trump’s help.

Please continue to pray for President Trump. He is working very hard for the American people and the world. And as I have been saying for several days, please pray for God’s intervention in the upcoming midterm elections. We need godly, conservative leaders in Congress. If those on the Left take control of the Legislature, much of what the Trump Administration could accomplish in the next two years will stall.

Father, You formed our nation. When the Framers were trying to write America’s Constitution and hit what seemed like an impassable stalemate, You used 81-year-old delegate Benjamin Franklin to get things back on track. Referencing Scripture, he stated, “God governs in the affairs of men” (from Daniel 4:17); “If a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without [H]is aid?” (from Matthew 10:29); and “Except the Lord build the House, they labor in vain that build it" (From Psalm 127:1). Franklin urged that Your help be sought; this was agreed to, and You gave the needed wisdom and agreement.(1)

We are still in great need of Your assistance. Only You who formed us can keep us. Our President, Legislators, and Justices desperately need Your wisdom and guidance. Through the coming midterm elections, give us more leaders who know this. Cause the appropriate information to be released that will result in godly candidates winning elections. And secure the election process, whatever this might require.

Please give President Trump, Speaker Johnson, Majority Leader Thune, and Justice Roberts wisdom as they lead our three branches of government. Where they may not be aligned with You in their thinking and plans, please change this. And please remove government leaders who resist Your attempts to change their thinking. As Franklin spoke of, rule in our affairs!
