The Security of a Nation Citizens from across the nation are beginning to arrive in Washington, D.C., for the inauguration of Donald J. Trump as the 45th President of the United States of America. Leaders and others from many nations in the earth are arriving, as well. The question on everyone’s mind is, “Will I be safe at this high-profile event?” In this era of global terrorism and lone-gunmen, this is a significant question. There are those that regularly guard the President and our national security, including the Secret Service and the CIA. The Washington, D.C., police force daily watches over the nation’s capital. They will be joined by approximately 3200 police officers, 13,000 military troops and 6,000 National Guardsmen from across the nation. They reportedly will help handle everything from security checkpoints, traffic control, parade route safety and helping people deal with the weather. With more than 800,000 expected for Inauguration Day, some of whom will be protestors, we are very thankful the security will be tight. “If the LORD does not build the house, it is useless for the builders to work on it. If the LORD does not protect a city, it is useless for the guard to stay alert.” (Psalm 127:1; GWT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Though the numbers of individuals providing security for the inauguration will be many, let us pray Psalm 127:1 over the event—that, unless the Lord guards the city, it is useless for the guards to try to keep it safe. Intercede for the Lord to alert law enforcement to every detail that could erupt into violence. Pray for supernatural protection over Donald Trump, Mike Pence, their families and their property. Ask God to protect each individual coming. Cover their flights, their ground transportation and their lodging. Pray that they would be on the alert and watchful over their surroundings. Get a map of the inaugural site and pray as specifically as you can over the next few days for the whole area, the security entrances, and especially the inaugural platform. Pray over the parade route. Pray for the safety of all those providing security, as well. A prayer you can pray: Father, there will be many providing watchful safety and security over Washington, D.C., for the Inauguration. However, we know that unless You watch over the city, those who do so in the natural will labor in vain. So, we ask for Your watchful care, Lord. Help all law enforcement see anything they need to see and uncover every plot in order to provide a safe and peaceful transition of power. Especially protect Donald Trump and Mike Pence, their families and property. Help each individual coming into the city to arrive safely and be watchful over their surroundings as they move about the city. Send angels to protect the Inaugural grounds, the parade watch and all sites of celebration. We also ask that you hold each member providing natural security in your loving arms, watching over them, while they protect us. In Jesus’ Name. Amen. Today’s decree: Declare 2 Thessalonians 3:3 over Washington, D.C., and other significant U. S. locations: “But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.” Decree that every plan of darkness will be uncovered, dismantled and rendered harmless and there will be no distraction leading up to or on Inauguration Day!

Martin Luther King Celebration Day “Martin Luther King Celebration Day is important to me, because it marks 12 years of friendship with my dear friend, Matt Lockett.  We didn’t know each other before this day, but we both were led to a prayer gathering at the Lincoln Memorial on Jan 17th, 2005, because of separate dreams we received.  Nine years later, you can only imagine how awestruck we were to discover that Matt’s family owned my family during slavery!  Only God could have us start a lasting friendship from the place where Dr. King said in his ‘I Have a Dream’ speech, ‘I have a dream, that one day the sons of former slaves and sons of former slave owners could sit down together at the table of brotherhood.’  This all happened because God hasn’t forgotten the dream of His Son, of John 17, that His glory would come and make us one, so that the world would believe.   The God of providence is healing the race issue in America at the table of brotherhood.  And yes, join us….there’s still room at the table.” (William Ford, III)1 “I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.” (John 17:23; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship the Lord for His ways are marvelous. He orchestrates the circumstances of our lives such that we are left undone in His Presence. Ask the Lord to create a John 17 unity between the races in America, therefore to fulfill His desire and that of Martin Luther King, Jr. Where there is unity, the Lord commands the blessing. Intercede into the race issue in America and ask the Lord to heal it so completely that it resides only in our history books. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we worship You for the way in which you cause the course of our lives to unfold in ways that amaze us. You are truly intimately acquainted with all of our ways and those of the generations before us. Lord, use our lives in this generation to bring healing to our nation’s past. Fulfill the dream of Martin Luther King, Jr., and the dream that is Yours, as stated in John 17. Unite the races, black and white together, and make us one, even as You are one. Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: The God of providence is healing the race issue in America at the table of brotherhood. 1 Learn more about William Ford, III, here.

God Will Muzzle the Rage “I recently felt the Lord’s prompting to release an encouragement to the body of Christ to be SPECIFICALLY decreeing Psalm 65:7 from the Passion Translation over President Elect-Trump’s inauguration in a week’s time.  “You muzzle the roar of the mighty seas and the rage of mobs with their noisy riots.” (The Passion Translation) Decree Psalm 65:7 with me that the Lord will muzzle the rage of mobs with their noisy riots and the commotion of nations that may attempt to arise!! Watch and see what God is going to do with the powerful decree of His Word!” (Lana Vawser)1 “For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thousands have begun their arrival into Washington, D.C., for the Inauguration. Pray Psalm 65:7, as Lana prophesied. Declare the Word in Hebrews 4:12. Bring the two scriptures together and believe God will cause Psalm 65:7 to come to pass. Pray for safety over the city and a disarming of the anger and rage of anarchist groups promising to come to disrupt, even stop, the Inauguration. Say, “Let the Will of God be done!” A prayer you can pray: Father, we pray that You would “muzzle the roar of the mighty seas and the rage of mobs with their noisy riots.” Stop the commotion of those who want to come and interrupt the Inauguration of Donald Trump and Mike Pence. Lord, we thank You that Your Word will go forth to judge the thoughts and attitudes of the hearts of those wanting to cause harm to the nation at this hour. We ask for the peace of God to reign over Washington, D.C., this week. Let the Will of God be done! Thank You, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: The rabble rousers seeking to stop the Inauguration will be silenced in Jesus’ Name! Learn more about Lana Vawser here.

A Great “Convergence” is Coming! “A convergence of all the past moves of God coming together with the manifestations of Pentecostal Fire, the Healing and Deliverance Crusades. The Latter Rain Glory being poured out with new realms of glory, the Evangelicals’ Burden of the Lost, and the Jesus Movement’s love for the lost, the gifts of the Holy Spirit from the Charismatic Movement, the Third Wave Theological Credibility, the Revelation of the Prophetic Movement, and the Relational Networking of the Apostolic Reformation that includes an understanding of reforming and transforming society in each mountain (or sphere). This great Convergence of the Ages is coming with a historic Fourth Wave of the Holy Spirit and a reformation that will lead to the Great Transformation of nations.”1 “This is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face–even Jacob. Selah.” (Psalm 24:6; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Cry out for unity in the Body of Christ! It has begun! Thank the Lord that He has promised that what He has done in the past, He will pull forward altogether into the present – convergence! Praise Him for His miracles, His love for the lost, His Holy Spirit’s outpouring, His hunger for the Word, His apostolic power for Kingdom expansion and national transformation, happening all at one time! A prayer you can pray: Jesus, make us one, even as You and the Father are One! I see this happening throughout the Body of Christ. We are focusing on the fact that we love You and forgetting the small differences we have. I thank You that You are bringing all the aspects of recent major moves of God together in one moment. We have been praying for this and now we will experience it. Lord, I worship You for the ways You express Yourself in the earth—working miracles, pouring out Your Spirit, making us thirst after Your Word, and transforming our nation through Your apostolic power poured out through us! Wonderful! Amen. Today’s decree: God is creating a spiritual synergy of the ages in our nation now! 1 Read the full “ACPE 2017 Word of the Lord” here.

We Are Living History As We Pray For America “We are living history. The election of a new president and the transition of power in this nation are always historic. Both the House and the Senate have proven veterans and newly elected leaders. This is historic. At this time in history, how do we pray for America? Beyond the political pundits and talk show hosts, beyond the rising challenges of violence and danger in our nation, we have God. Yes, we are one nation under God! I want to tell you how I am praying for America daily. In fact, not only am I praying daily, but thousands of members in the church I pastor are praying with me each week in their time of prayer with our church.” (Dr. Ronnie Floyd)1 “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33:3; NKJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Cry out to the Father to give America a nationwide spiritual awakening, resulting in millions coming to Christ. Cry out to the Lord to wake up and revive the Church in America. Cry out to the Lord for a safe and orderly transition of power between the administrations of President Barack Obama and President-elect Donald Trump. Ask the Lord to protect President Obama and his family, Vice President Biden and his family, President-elect Trump and his family, and Vice President-elect Pence and his family in these days of transition and in the future. Ask the Lord to give President-elect Trump wisdom in his choices for America’s leadership and to grant Vice-President elect Mike Pence and both houses of Congress the wisdom to assist the President-elect in these decisions. Ask the Lord to grant our nation unity. We must come together. In Jesus’ name, we must pray against division and disorder, and ask for unity in America. Finally, intercede that the Lord would grant mercy to the United States of America.1 A prayer you can pray: *Father, we cry out to You alone: Give America a nationwide spiritual awakening, resulting in millions coming to Christ. Wake up and revive Your Church in America, beginning with waking up and reviving our church. We cry out to You for a safe and orderly transition of power between the administrations of President Barack Obama and President-elect Donald Trump. Lord, please protect President Obama and his family, Vice President Biden and his family, President-elect Trump and his family, and Vice President-elect Pence and his family in these days of transition and in the future. As we have prayed for you to raise up the leader You desire for us to have over the next four years, we thank you and pray today for our future President, Donald Trump, beginning with his inauguration on January 20. Give President-elect Trump wisdom in his choices for America’s leadership and grant Vice-President elect Mike Pence and both houses of Congress the wisdom to assist the President-elect in these decisions. Grant our nation unity. We must come together. In Jesus’ name, we pray against division and disorder, asking for unity in America. Father, grant mercy upon the United States of America.”1 Today’s decree: The Church in America is uniting under a banner that we are one Church under God praying together for America! Upcoming Judicial Appointments “Trump has vowed to nominate great justices with deep records of commitment to the Constitution. Mr. Trump promises to be a different kind of Republican President, and I honestly think he does not want to repeat the errors of former Presidents. Those bad nominations continue to plague this Nation and chip away at the legacies of those Presidents to this day and, clearly, Trump does not want to repeat that monumental, generational mistake. Conservatives voted for Trump in record numbers because of the Supreme Court, and conservatives want nothing more than solid conservative judges.  If there is one thing they will not stand for, it is activist judicial nominees. Please earnestly pray for President-elect Trump and his team of advisers on this issue.  They do understand the gravity of this decision.  They know this is the most consequential decision of Trump’s early and promising Presidency.  It is essential that he get it right, and he and his team need supernatural wisdom from God.” (Phillip Jauregi)1 “Then I will restore your judges as at the first, and your counselors as at the beginning; After that you will be called the city of righteousness, A faithful city.” (Isaiah 1:26; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: We need to start asking the Lord for a replacement for Justice Scalia’s place on the Supreme Court. Use the Isaiah 22:22 keys to the Kingdom and shut the door to anyone who is not God’s exact choice. Open the door wide and welcome in His perfect choice. Ask the Lord to grant His wisdom to President-Elect Trump, Vice President-Elect Pence, Leader McConnell, Chairman Grassley, key Senators, and their advisers to select His perfect choice. A prayer you can pray: “Father God, we partner with You in the name of Jesus and pray that only Your person will take Scalia’s seat on the Supreme Court, and that all others will be stopped! Please bless and give great wisdom to President-Elect Trump, Vice President-Elect Pence, Leader McConnell, Chairman Grassley, key Senators, and their advisers to select Your Justice.”1 Amen Today’s decree: The open seat on the U. S. Supreme Court is being held open for God’s perfect choice! 1 Learn more about Phillip Jauregi and Judicial Action Group here.

John 17 Move In Families “There will be a John 17 move that will extend to families, as well as there will be a ‘focus on the family’ where longstanding breaches between siblings, and between parents and their children are healed. God is calling for families to pray together and ‘light’ the family altar. Strongholds in family systems are going to be broken in powerful and supernatural ways. This will even extend to strongholds of poverty, disease, alcoholism, and drug abuse.” “He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly. (Acts 10:2; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Invite the Lord to fall on the homes of Believers across this nation. Invite Him into your home. Pray that he would heal any rifts in our family relationships, between spouses, generations, fathers and sons, and mothers and daughters, as well as between siblings. Ask the Lord to draw us together in our homes to worship Him, to pray together and to minister to one another. Make us whole and break addictions off our family members—pornography, gambling, alcoholism, alternate sexual desires, and drugs, among other things. Teach us, as families, how to minister to others—caring for the sick, the poor, the elderly, the disabled and the needy. A prayer you can pray: Father, the families of America need You. We need Your guidance and Your tangible presence. Minister in Christian homes to the relationships between husbands and wives, parents and children, and between siblings. Grant us a grace for unity, for a love that cannot divide, and for a depth in our relationships that causes the enemy to be driven out. Grant us a grace for forgiveness, so that strongholds of abuse and addictions, such as alcoholism and pornography must fall down. In Jesus’ Name, we pray, amen. Today’s decree: God will make our families whole all across America, that we might glorify Him and be units of ministry to others. Wow, what lights we will be to the nation!

A John 17 Move in the Nation “The Lord spoke to us that next year we would see a new John 17 movement begin where the prayer of Jesus will be answered. Many streams will run together until we see a river of revival flow across the earth. There will be major reconciliations between denominations, nations, and peoples. God will anoint peacemakers in this season who are especially empowered by God to be a voice for unity between factions and help heal the breaches. The John 17 movements will align against injustice and religious strongholds as they decide together that they want a new move of the Holy Spirit.”1 “I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one. I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.” (John 17:22-23; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Repent if you have anything against another brother or sister in Christ. Ask the Lord to heal your heart, if you believe you have been wronged by a church or denomination. Forgive them and be healed. Pray for all of the churches in your neighborhood. Ask God to help them work together to reach the lost in your area. Intercede for a spirit of reconciliation between them, if they won’t work with each other. Ask the Lord that strategies be given for the churches to work together to break down religious strongholds and to undo injustice in your area. A prayer you can pray: Oh Lord, I desire to see You glorified in and through Your Church. Repentance begins right here, so I ask you to forgive me for any negative thoughts I may have toward other churches or denominations. I forgive any who have hurt me on purpose or accidentally. Where churches have split or won’t talk with one another, I stand in the gap and ask that You would heal the rifts for Your Name’s sake. Jesus, we need each other to tear down walls of injustice in this nation, so please help us work together to break the power of the religious spirit off us. We want to shine brightly in Your Glory! Amen. Today’s decree: A John 17-unified Ekklesia will glorify God in this nation in 2017! Read the full “ACPE 2017 Word of the Lord” here.

Cabinet Confirmation Hearings The U. S. Senate will be holding numerous confirmation hearings for President-elect Trump’s cabinet nominees, beginning tomorrow. Jeff Sessions’ hearing is the first. The Alabama Congressman will meet with the Senate Judiciary Committee at 9:30 A. M. EST on the 10th. You can find other scheduled hearings for the next few days here. All cabinet confirmation hearings are not yet on the calendar. The hearings are expected to be heated in some cases, since the Republican and Democratic parties are currently so far apart politically. “Moreover, look for able men from all the people, men who fear God, who are trustworthy and hate a bribe, and place such men over the people as chiefs of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties, and of tens.” (Exodus: 18:21; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: You can find all of the cabinet nominees here. Pray for each one in accordance with Exodus 18:21. Ask the Lord for truth to be known, so that individuals above reproach can be confirmed and individuals of trustworthy character will not be denied their positions. If there is anything hidden, it must be revealed, as well, for the sake of our nation’s future. Intercede between the political parties, that conflict between them would be minimized for the sake of our nation’s reputation. We need a John 17 unity to fall upon them. We need a miracle. A prayer you can pray: Father, we pray for those that President-elect Donald Trump has nominated to serve as his Cabinet members—those that will run our nation together with him. We pray for their hearings to be without conflict. We ask that they would be men and women of intelligence who fear the Lord, are trustworthy, hate a bribe and know how to lead. If there is anything hidden, we do ask that it would be revealed, so that any short-comings cannot be used by the enemy at a key time in the future. However, we ask that they be confirmed without political conflict between the parties, if they are men and women of integrity. Grant our Senators a John 17 unity. Give us a miracle, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: The Cabinet nominees who are men of integrity will be confirmed without significant conflict, as our Senators are baptized by the Lord in a John 17 unity.

New Financial Structures “The way people make money is going to change. A new breed of entrepreneurs will arise who are ‘out-of-the-box’ thinkers. New structures of wealth creation will open up. For example, in the past, the stock markets were major generators of wealth, but this will be the era of YouTube millionaires. The church, missions organizations, and other ministries will benefit greatly from the creation of wealth, as new donors will rise up to help finance the building of this global vision. The gift of giving will be highlighted in the coming move of God, and people of wealth will understand how to use their gift to advance the Kingdom of God.”1 “Remember that it is the Lord your God who gives you the power to become rich. He does this because he is still faithful today to the covenant that he made with your ancestors.” (Deuteronomy 8:18; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Call forth the new breed of entrepreneurs—those full of faith and creative ideas! Intercede for the relationship between the wealthy and the ministers. There have been abuses in the past on both sides. Pastors and ministry leaders have used the businessmen for financial needs at times. Also, those with wealth have demanded their way in exchange for donations. Call those to repentance that have done such things and ask the Lord to heal this divide, so the Kingdom can be rightly advanced! Pray that God would partner the two for societal transformation. Tell the Lord that you would like to be involved—as an entrepreneur, as a wealth creator, as a giver or as a partnering minister helping to advance His Kingdom with wisdom. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we call forth creative business men and women! Mantle them with supernatural creativity and a gift of faith. Make them wealthy, as they put into practice Your ideas with integrity. May they not be afraid to partner with pastors and other ministry leaders to resolve societal problems. Heal any relational rifts between the givers and the receivers. There have been abuses on both sides in the past, but You can create respect and unity between them. Show me what role I am to play, Jesus. I am open to whatever you have prepared me for. Kingdom of God, come! Amen. Today’s decree: It is time for the Kingdom to be advanced through the healed partnership of the wealth-creators and the vision-casters. Read the entire ACPE 2017 Word of the Lord here.

The Love Revolution “One of the things to be planted is what could be called ‘The Love Revolution’. Just as the Summer of Love in 1967 changed the landscape of a generation, so now, 50 years later, the world will see the face of Christianity in a new light. The admonition in 1 Corinthians 14:1, ‘Let love be your aim’ will be planted in the nations as the church rises up in a more visible way. The words of the theme song from the Jesus Movement, ‘They will know that we are Christians by our love’ will have a new resonance as this message of loving God and loving one another is sung in new ways. We will be carriers of God’s goodness wherever we go!”1 “My children, our love should not be only words and talk. Our love must be true love. And we should show that love by what we do.” (1 John 3:18; ICB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship the Lord for a minute. He is the Lover of your soul. He is your first love. From loving God, we can love others. Pray for your family members and friends out of that place of love. Pray for those in your neighborhood by name, especially praying for those you know have a special need from the Lord or who need Christ in their lives. Think of a loving act you do for a neighbor or someone who doesn’t know Jesus, so we can show them who He is. Can you shovel a walk? Visit a shut-in or widow? Take groceries to a needy family? Ask the Lord for a creative idea, and get your kids involved, too! A prayer you can pray: Lord, we love You! We love because You first loved us. Without You loving us, I am not sure we could love very many people. How we thank You and praise You! (Use Your words to tell Him how much He means to you.) I pray for (pray for each of the neighbors on your street. Ask God to show you how to lovingly pray for them, even if you don’t know them.) Jesus, show me how to let them know You love them. Give my family and I creative ways to do a kind thing for them. Please provide the boldness to carry it out. Amen. Today’s decree: The nation will know we are Christians by our love for one another and by the loving ways we treat our neighbors. Read the full “ACPE 2017 Word of the Lord” here.

Build and Plant “The Lord showed us clearly that this is a new season where the ekklesia is being given the anointing not only to root out, and tear down, but this will be a special season of building and planting. The revelation of blessing our cities and nations will be a kingdom anthem for the ekklesia.  If we root out, but do not plant, then the nations will only be exposed to worse than they had been before. Therefore, we admonish the intercessors to pray beyond the tearing down of old systems and pray into the structures and systems that need to form afterward. Let’s intercede for new leaders and effective systems to be put in place that will build up their nations.”1 “See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.” (Jeremiah 1:10; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: We have warred much. We have warred, because we love much. We have passionately torn down. Ask the Lord to stir up that compassion now to build up! Pray for the building up of our nation’s hopeless ones, due to poverty, sickness, joblessness, broken relationships, etc. Spiritually build up the fatherless, the lonely and the elderly. Prayerfully build up the broken cities—Detroit, Chicago, New Orleans, and others that you know of. Ask the Lord for strategies to rebuild our healthcare system, our nation’s economics, immigration and energy systems. A prayer you can pray: Father, we thank You for teaching us how to use Your Word to war against the enemy. The ekklesia has been passionate about seeing wrong structures torn down and rooted out. It’s time now for the building up of the nation. We need Your strategies. Our hopeless citizens need you: the lonely, our veterans, our elderly and the disabled. Some of our cities need rebuilt, physically and spiritually. Where crime and violence, joblessness and systemic poverty have taken root, we ask for Your strategies to replace these things with revelation of You, life-giving activities, renewed economies and vibrancy. Grant wisdom for the rebuilding of our healthcare system, our immigration system and many other things our nation needs. Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We have uprooted and torn down, now it is time to build and to plant! Read the full “2017 ACPE Word of the Lord” here.
