Decreeing From the Heart of the Founders Synergy is not just true physically, it is true spiritually. He said, “If you agree in prayer, one of you can do this one thing, but what can two of you do?” When you are in once accord, all of a sudden, things start changing even more, because He is so into unity. You can have unity between each other, but there’s more! Reach back! Reach back to what God said 200 years ago. Reach back to what God said 400 years ago. He has been taking me back to our Founders and what they said. I made a point this last July 4th to make sure I listened to the Declaration of Independence. My next assignment will be to read the Constitution out loud, because I believe God wants to rebirth these documents. I think He is saying, “I don’t want you just to pray what you want. I want you to see what was in their heart when I founded this nation and I want you to come into agreement with it.” If you’ll do that, I’ll give you the synergy of the ages. “One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.” (Psalm 145:4; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: We started this yesterday, but I know you didn’t get through it all! Keep praying through and decreeing from our founding documents together with me. Ask God to show you what was in the Founders’ hearts for our fledgling nation when they were writing these documents. You can find the Declaration of Independence here. Go here to find a copy of the U. S. Constitution. Here is the Bill of Rights, the first 10 amendments to the Constitution. Ask the Lord to help you connect with the synergy of the ages on behalf of this nation. A prayer you can pray: Lord, as I read, pray through, and decree from these historic documents, show me the heart of those writing. Show me what they were seeing and dealing with. Let me feel their passion. They were giving up everything they had formerly known in order to found America. They were risking it all for a new, free, nation! Help me to have Your heart – the one that guided these authors. Help me to read and decree from documents that You assisted in writing, just as if I was one of the scribes. Bring me into this level of spiritual agreement adding to the synergy of the ages for the United States of America. Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I will grab hold of the heart of those that have gone before me and decree their historic writings, so that those coming after me may pick up the cause and run with it, as well.

Inter-generational Agreement God has said to me, “Come into agreement and lay hold of those things that I started ‘back then.’ Get your generation to grab the baton and say, ‘We’re going to run the next lap and we’re going to be sure that what He started back then He can finish now.’ When you do that, you are bringing more than just what you can offer.” God said, “That offering produces the synergy of the ages. I will not only add, but I will multiply power to do it.” That’s what synergy is. It’s a biblical term. God loves unity, cooperation, and inter-generational agreement so much that He created a principle that I am not sure anybody can ever fully understand. When the Church works together, across the generations, He multiplies power. If I can lift 100 pounds and you can lift 100 pounds separately, we can lift 300 pounds as we work together. Maybe more. This is because He created this force called synergy. “He keeps His covenant promises forever and remembers the word He spoke to a thousand generations—The covenant He made with Abraham and His sworn oath to Isaac, his son. Then God confirmed it to Jacob—decreed it so—to Israel He promised a never-ending covenant.” (Psalm 105:8-10; VOICE) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Take a little time each day and read through the documents below. Come into synergistic, inter-generational, agreement with what our Founders believed God wanted for our nation and for generations of American citizens that would follow, including you and your household. You can find the Declaration of Independence here. Go here to find a copy of the U. S. Constitution. Here is the Bill of Rights, the first 10 amendments to the Constitution. A prayer you can pray: Father, I come into agreement with the concept of inter-generational synergy. I align myself with the prayers of those that have come before me in this nation. I agree with the plan they laid out for America in our founding documents, the Declaration of Independence, the U. S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. These are living documents that were written after seeking You for Your direction. Even as they came into a place of holy cooperation with You and one another to form them, I will carry the words forward in intercession and decree day by day. I believe the nation will settle into Your plan once again as the Ekklesia does this all across the land! In Jesus’ Name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the foundations of this nation will become strong and solid once again, as the Ekklesia of God decrees the words our founders wrote into this land – another generation of Americans in agreement with them!

Building From Generation to Generation We can agree in prayer with the person next to us. We can also agree with the prayers of the saints that have gone before us. Their prayers are not dead. They’re still alive. The promises they were given by God are still intact. Hebrews 11:39-40 says that when God gives promises to people from past generations, they are not always complete without us, the future generations. He gave a promise to Abraham knowing it would not be fulfilled for 400 years. However, when God does something through your physical or spiritual offspring a generation later, or 2 or 3 or 50 years later, as far as He is concerned, He is doing it through you. People have asked God for things 200, 300 or 400 years ago that God can’t finish without this generation coming into agreement with it. “All these people are known for their faith. But none of them received what God had promised. God planned to give us something better. Then they would be made perfect, but only together with us.” (Hebrews 11:39-40; ICB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Consider for a minute some of the things that prior generations longed to see God do in their generations. Think about the price they paid to see promises fulfilled. Thank the Lord for the faithfulness of His Saints over time. Ask the Lord to give you a faith that believes your prayers will come to pass, even if you do not see the fulfillment in your lifetime – an Abrahamic faith. Intercede for the current generation to not give up, but to see their prayers added to the bowls in heaven which God is waiting until the perfect historical time to answer. Pray for the generations to come that they would understand this concept and not feel like they have to start to pray for kingdom purposes all over again. A prayer you can pray: Father, as I read through Your Word and through the history of the church, I see that the Saints have been praying for Kingdom advancement, the salvation of people groups, revelation of Christ to the lost, Kingdom impact on society, justice for the oppressed, reformation of the Church, and other things from generation to generation. Some of these promises and desires have been fulfilled in part, but many are fulfilled in part or not yet fulfilled at all. Many have died believing they would see these things in their generation. Most, like Abraham, continued to believe. Give me a faith that never stops praying, never stops believing, never stops decreeing. Let my generation be blessed with some fulfillments! May the next generation believe together with us and see even more answers to prayer than we are! Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that my prayers are being added to the multitudes of prayers of generations of saints, and that intercessory synergy through the ages will give power and effectiveness to accomplish God’s perfect will at the exact right time in the earth!

Ekklesia Prayer I’m asking the Church to move into Ekklesia prayer. This is legislative prayer. This is where the Body of Christ decrees the decree of the Lord. We will start governmentally and we will start at the top. Decree favor over President Trump. Decree that he won’t get side-tracked. Decree that he will stand firm on his promise to seat conservative judges. Decree wisdom over him. Pray for other areas, but especially the courts. Decree over that institution that has allowed significant curses into our nation, that that will end, and God is going to shift the courts. I believe the Lord is saying that He literally wants us to decree and agree with the God-honoring words of our Founders – those that state who we are supposed to be as a nation. This is the synergy of the ages. “You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; And light will shine on your ways.” (Job 22:28; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Ask the Lord to give you governmental decrees that are in alignment with His Word. Make decrees over President Trump that will open the way for him to continue to lay a course for righteousness and godly justice in America. Decree the decrees in the article above. Find quotes from our Founding Fathers and decree them. This is what they paid such a great price for and believed they were establishing this nation for. A prayer you can pray: Lord, take me to Your Word and help me to hear Holy Spirit tell me what to decree into this nation. I want to participate in correcting its course and establishing righteousness in this land. I decree that President Trump will be successful in the things he is doing to turn the nation from wickedness and unrighteousness. I decree he will be safe and able to turn things around and give us an atmosphere for justice, successful business, racial reconciliation, and religious freedom. I will make decrees from our founding fathers, coming into alignment with their vision for the United States and causing the synergy of the ages to activate and continue. In Jesus’ Name. Amen. Today’s decree: I will decree the decrees on the heart of the Lord for America, joining in the synergy of the ages, and seeing the purposes of God ultimately fulfilled.

No More Judicial Legislation Most of the curses and poison and shifting the nation the wrong way that has happened in the last fifty years has come through the courts of America. When those that are anti-God, anti-what-the-Constitution-says, anti-life, etc., can’t get their agenda accomplished through the populace, they just get judges that will legislate from the bench. How do you get the right to kill babies in the womb from one word – “privacy”? When homosexual marriage was made the law of the land, even some of the dissenting judges said, “What gives these other judges the right to think they can define marriage?” How can five people define what marriage is after thousands of years of precedent? It really doesn’t matter what you think or I think, as long as the attorneys can get a majority ruling in a court to go the direction they want it to. “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. (Psalm 1:1-6; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Decree that legislation by our Supreme Court Justices is ended and that they are returning to constitutional interpretation, which is the role the U. S. Constitution gives them. Decree that lower federal court judges will no longer interpret according to their own political leaning, but will rule according to the the law based on the Constitution. Declare that the blessing of the Lord is coming to this nation as the government of the land lines up with righteousness and our laws based on His law. Decree that the wicked and those following their own law are being removed. A prayer you can pray: Father, I decree that our Supreme Court is being cleaned up by You! May the fear of the Lord permeate the Justices as they find they are compelled to limit themselves to interpreting laws by the Constitution. We say they can no longer rule in wickedness and selfish desires that are against Your law and the U. S. Constitution. No longer will they use the Constitution out of context, subjecting the entire nation to wickedness. They will be removed and replaced with the righteous. I declare that the promises of Psalm 1 are coming and the land and the people will be blessed as the righteous rule in the land! Thank You, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that our Supreme Court Justices and other federal justices are being re-set – the wicked are being removed and the righteous are being seated. The nation will be blessed and the people will rejoice!

Resetting the Courts Millions of babies in this nation have been aborted on the decision of ONE person – a Supreme Court ruling on Roe v Wade of 5-4. But, that’s about to change. President Trump is determined to listen to conservative leaders that have been put together on his team to advise him on judges. He has given his word that he will make his choices from the group of names the conservative group has given him. Liberal groups have been writing about Justice Gorsuch. They are saying, “He is everything we were afraid of!” Some have gone so far as to say that he may be even more conservative than Justice Scalia. Yes, you can shout hallelujah at that! Pray that he stays true to this conviction and keeps listening to this group and keeps putting conservative constitutionalists on the bench. Trump may give us a 6-3 or a 7-2 majority before he leaves office. He will also appoint a couple of hundred other federal judges. “Thus says the Lord: “Keep justice, and do righteousness, for soon my salvation will come, and my deliverance be revealed.” (Isaiah 56:1; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Decree that abortion is ending in America in this generation. Decree that the way is open for President Trump to choose righteous judges to fill the hundreds of open seats on federal courts across America. Align your faith with the prophets who have said that he will set a minimum of a 6-3 conservative Supreme Court before he leaves office. Declare it. Decree that justice, righteousness, salvation and deliverance are coming to the justice system of the United States. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we decree that the end of abortion in the nation is on the horizon! We say that the mocking spirit that thrives on the shed blood of these innocent ones is about to be shut up. We decree that prior presidents left hundreds of federal court seats open just so President Trump could fill them! They will be filled with the best of the best constitutional conservative judges this nation has to offer. We decree that You will make a way for President Trump to appoint at least two more Supreme Court Justices and possibly three before his term is over. He will reset the Supreme Court for the next 30+ years. Righteousness, justice, salvation, and deliverance will be the hallmarks of our courts in Jesus’ Name. Amen! Today’s decree: We decree that President Trump will make righteous decisions on the judges he places in office and that they will make righteous decrees, reversing unrighteousness and injustice. The people and even the land will rejoice!

President Trump’s Greatest Legacy Will Be… We have moved into the most significant time in our lifetime for a breakthrough in the Supreme Court and the seating of federal judges for this nation. Forty years of prayers are about to be answered. For forty years, the courts have been tilted the wrong direction. We are now going to see the Court shift. President Trump will appoint at least two more Supreme Court Justices. Experts are also saying he will appoint more federal judges than any other president in history. This man’s greatest legacy, whether you like him or not, will be the shifting of the judicial system of America. Everywhere I go around the nation, I am saying, “If you don’t pray anything else for this man, pray for this.” To every pastor in America, I say, “There need not be another service in your congregation from now until this is finished, that you and your house do not ask and decree the shift that God wants to do to the judicial system in America.” “Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.” (John 14:13-14; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Repent identificationally for our nation’s Supreme Court decisions that did not honor God. Forgive those judges that made up their own rules and stretched words from the Constitution to mean something the framers never intended. Intercede for President Trump that he would fill every judicial seat with men and women who will judge righteously. Decree that believing pastors will make room in their local services for intercession and a time of decrees for our justice system. A prayer you can pray: Father, forgive our nation for ignoring You and Your Word and Your ways, deciding instead to go our own way. We have made a moral mess of things. Our courts, especially, have turned the nation against You. We forgive them. We forgive them for legislating from the bench. We intercede for our President that he would fill every vacant court seat. We ask for at least two more Supreme Court seats to open up, so he can fill them with long-serving God-fearing individuals, like Scalia and Gorsuch. We decree that every pastor in this nation would make time in their corporate services to pray for the nation and especially for the judicial system to shift toward You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that the judicial system in America will be shifted by President Trump and will bring glory to God!

Everyday Believers Wielding Extraordinary Authority There’s a fresh revelation coming to the Church of what it means to be a royal priesthood, to find out what the King is saying and to speak it to planet earth. We are going to say, “This is what the King says. This is the way it’s going to be. We forbid this. We allow this. We open this door. We close this door.” I have been in some of these types of prayer meetings recently. There was an ease in operating in unity. There was a corporate sense that we were gathered not just as worshipers, not just as the Bride, not just as the Body, but as His Ekklesia, His government. Because we gathered like that, with that understanding, the Holy Spirit started speaking to us. Some had dreams that night. They came in and shared them and we knew exactly what He wanted us to do. “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.” (John 14:12; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Ask God to give the Church increased revelation of our spiritual authority. Intercede for those the Lord has given great earthly authority to, so that they can receive great spiritual authority to go along with it. Pray that the Ekklesia would hear from heaven, decree what they hear, and operate in supernatural actions. Decree that the wisdom of God and the principles of the Word will be expressed through the body of Christ as a common practice. A prayer you can pray: Lord, I pray you would give us such revelation of our spiritual authority. Some Believers have great natural authority, as You have placed them in certain positions in this nation. Please show us that there is a higher authority than what we can experience and see on the earth. If we are part of the Believing Church, we are part of a heavenly ekklesia. Show us this in a profound and supernatural way. Let us know what Your will is in the midst of our earthly activities and roles. Let us learn to say, “I decree that the wisdom of God and the principles of scripture are going to come through me today!” In Jesus’ Name, amen. Today’s decree: The Ekklesia will operate in greater works than Jesus did, because He said so and He will teach us to!

The Moral Outcry In 1954, the Supreme Court unanimously reversed a century of judicial injustice by declaring racial segregation unconstitutional. With significant social outcry surrounding the case Brown v. Board of Education, the Court admitted their mistake in Dred Scott v. Sanford (1857), and Plessy v. Ferguson (1896), opening a door for the civil rights movement in America. After 44 years of bloodshed legalized by the Court’s abhorrent decision in Roe v. Wade, it is time for another reversal of injustice. Much prayer has arisen as an outcry to heaven since 1973, pleading for abortion to outlawed. It is now time for American citizens to exercise our First Amendment rights in a petition to the government for the redress of our grievances – the innocent blood of almost sixty million babies. The Moral Outcry is an initiative to petition the Supreme Court to reverse their decision on Roe V. Wade. This petition will declare that as a people, we do not accept legalized abortion and believe it to be a crime against humanity. Pray for the ending of abortion, and sign the petition at themoraloutcry.com. “Open your mouth for the speechless, in the cause of all who are appointed to die.” (Proverbs 31:8; NKJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray for righteous justices to be seated in the Supreme Court. Pray for unrighteous decisions to be reversed. Pray for the pillars of righteousness and justice to be firmly established in America. A prayer you can pray: Father, we thank you for movements, such as the Moral Outcry, who keep the horrors and injustice of abortion before us. We state unequivocally that we choose LIFE! We ask that President Trump would appoint Supreme Court Justices who choose Life, as he has opportunity to appoint them. We ask that all past judicial decisions that are unrighteous and against your Word to be reversed by this Court. We intercede before Your throne of grace that righteousness and justice would be the pillars our nation is built on once again. Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: Abortion will end in America in this generation!

Church in the U. S. Capitol Members of the House and Senate are attending a weekly service that is happening in the Capitol again. This service took place for the first 100 years of this nation. Liberals like to look to a founder that said that religion can’t be any part of government, but even Thomas Jefferson went to church in the rotunda of the Capitol building! He was a part of the launching of that! He defended the practice! We decree that You will draw more and more leaders into that service. “They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity – all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.” (Acts 2:46-47; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thank the Lord that many of our Christian leaders in Congress meet together weekly to worship, to pray, to study the Word, and to encourage one another and to take communion together. Pray a John 17 unity for them! May they be one, even as Christ and the Father are One. Intercede that they will be like yeast to other members of Congress, drawing in members of both political parties, making the lost hungry and thirsty for Who they know. Pray for more services, more Bible studies and more prayer meetings in the halls of our nation’s U. S. Capitol building! A prayer you can pray: God, we thank you for drawing our Christian leaders together in weekly services. May their hearts grow together as they worship the King of Kings together! May they pray together for this nation, seeking Your face and Your Word for direction for the decisions they make. Grant them grace to walk together in a John 17 place of unity. May their unified example draw other Senators and Representatives to Jesus—men and women bold and unafraid. Multiply them, Lord! Multiply them until there are multiples of services, Bible studies, and prayer meeting in the halls of the U. S. Capitol. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Believers in Congress will keep meeting together in unity in the Capitol building and the Gospel will multiply in the halls of Congress.

Bold Prayers in the Halls of Congress When Rep. Steve Scalise was shot, a Congressman stood on the floor of the Congress and prayed in the name of Jesus. This was the first time in my lifetime that I can remember this happening. Sometimes it takes a crisis to turn our hearts toward God. Even so, we are asking the Lord for mercy, not judgement or crisis. We are asking Him for more bold leaders who will stand and pray – those that know biblically that the only way our prayers are heard is when they are prayed in the name of Jesus. There’s no other Name by which we can get to God, no other blood, no other salvation, but through Him. Some will be bold enough to stand and say, “I’m asking this in the name of Jesus.” “This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9; NLT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Intercede for your state Senators and your local Representative. See if you can find out if they are a Believer. If they know the Lord, decree Joshua 1:9 over them. Pray that they will open their mouths and pray in the halls of Congress. If they do not know the Lord, pray for their salvation, so they can join the others in intercession. Decree that the political spirit that has fallen will be crushed completely by the actions of the Church in Congress. A prayer you can pray: Father, we ask for those in Congress that know You to not just to pray on the floors of Congress in a time of crisis, but when they walk the halls, and when they sit in their offices, and when they are in committee meetings. There are many leaders in Congress now who know You. They are whispering prayers. They are releasing the power of the name of Jesus all through the corridors of the legislative branch. Jesus grant our Senators and Representatives the grace to be bold and open with their faith. May they crush the political spirit under their feet! Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that the Ekklesia will be strong and courageous, neither afraid nor discouraged, walking in the pleasure of the Lord. We decree that they will completely crush the political spirit in the legislative branch of our government!

Breaking It Down Every part of Matthew 16:19 can be seen to be a governmental passage. “I will give them the keys to the kingdom,” means, “I am going to give them governmental authority in My Kingdom. They’re going to bind”. That’s a governmental term in Greek. It’s the Greek word “deo”, meaning to legally bind something. “They will loose.” “Loose” is “luo”. It means, “to dissolve a contract or anything else that legally binds.” This all means, “This is My Ekklesia. They are going to go in and say, ‘This is not legal. You cannot do this!” It’s not that we march into D. C. and tell the government what to do. It’s that we do this in the spiritual realm and it begins to infiltrate and change things in the earth. “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” (Matthew 16:19; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Let’s make this current. Take a look at the news out of our nation’s capital today. Some people need to get fired. Decree that there are those that will be fired or not re-elected as a result of ungodly decisions they made on behalf of the people they represent. Bind the spirit of the age that blinds men to righteous and wise decisions and has them follow the current liberal agenda and politically correct thinking. It’s foolish and eternally-costly thinking. Loose a holy boldness on the men and women of God in Congress that they are able to stand up for righteousness and godliness, and write wholesome laws and take God-fearing actions in our nation without fear. God will back them up! A prayer you can pray: Lord, we are going to be bold enough to say that over the next few years You are going to fire some people in government positions. You are going to remove people from office that have opposed You and Your ways. You are going to take influence away from people who had influence and You are going to give it to others. You are going to give us godly leaders who know Your ways, who believe in the authority of scripture, and understand why we exist as a nation and the foundations upon which we were built. Congressional leaders are going to do more than pass human laws. They are going to say, “This is what the King says!” Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that our Congressional leaders who know the Lord are going to do more than pass human laws. They are going to legislate into the legislative branch of our government laws that are God’s idea!
