This dam is on the Susquehanna River near the town of Conowingo, Maryland. Eagle Judy Raqmsey, and Lois, Stella, Rich and Julie prayed for redemption of the land and waterways as it relates to ancient and modern people. We read the decrees and prayers from Dutch Sheets and the Maryland Canopy of Prayer as well as Psalm 91. As we read them a large flock of birds flew up into the trees away from the dam. The water ways were salted with the Biblical salt covenant and we anointed the rocks at the water's edge with oil and sounded the Shofar. Boots on the Ground, a second group with a few Eagles of Maryland Canopy of Prayer, also went to Congowingo Dam. On February 24th, 2024. On their hour on the Canopy, the Lord showed them to put rocks into the water with words on them. We threw salt in the water and buried it for the salt covenant, put manna and the symbol of Christ's blood in the water an oil on the rocks and declared those things come forth. We had a beautiful time of worship and prayer and made a cross over the waters with our banners. We prayed the Dutch Sheets decrees, Psalm 91, and the salt declaration. the rocks thrown into the water were purification, Life, Freedom, Fire and fragrance, Fruitful and Fertile, Shalom, Holy, Trust, Love, Rejoice, Refresh, Glory and Grace, Forgiven, Yahweh, New Wine, Peace, Rule and Reign, Living Stones, Cleansing, Trust, Jesus, Open Doors, Multiplication, Holy Spirit.

As we prayed how the waters would be clean as sparkling jewels, the sun glistened upon the waters. It looked like diamonds dancing upon the water. Neptune uses two conch shells to message for war or for peace. As a prophetic act we shattered the conch shells with a hammer, nullifying, false gods from calling the shots and sending messages. The shells did not break easily. And then we blew the shofar, the Lord‘s priestly instrument sounded upon the waters. (Ps. 29:3) We anointed the area, marking it with the sign of the cross with anointing oil (frankincense & myrrh representing Jesus, Lord & King at His birth). There was a belch-like sound that came from the water! The waters had been still and quiet. But as we prayed, the waters literally belched forth a sound of deliverance and release Heather rang a brass Naval bell, with an anchor atop of it. (Purchased in MI where my son trained to become a Navy sailor.) With each ringing of the bell she made prophetic decrees over the waters, the Md. Chesapeake Gateway, our families, and the Navy. Then, we sealed the time with the blowing of the shofar, facing the water We ask that you release, on the men and women in the military and those no longer employed, a gift of repentance through the cross of Christ so that they have every chance to willing submit to you as Lord and Savior and become born again.” Before we left the base, we stopped inside the Visitors Center and there outside was a Holly bush with flaming red leaves, (a Holly bush has thorns on its leaves). Rarely, do you see a Hollybush with red leaves.  “After forty years had passed, while he was in the desert near Mount Sinai, the Messenger of Yahweh appeared to him in the midst of a flaming thorn bush. Moses was astonished and stunned by what he was seeing, so he drew closer to observe this marvel. Then the Lord Yahweh spoke to him out of the flames: ‘I am the living God, the God of your ancestors. I am the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.’ “Trembling in God’s presence and overwhelmed with awe, Moses didn’t even dare to look into the fire. “Out of the flames the Lord Yahweh said to him: ‘Take the sandals off your feet, for you are standing in the realm of holiness.“

AGLOW, MARYLAND CANOPY OF PRAYER, HIS KINGDOM MINISTRIES- Wings of Glory Ministries, DEMARVA JOINT STRATEGIC PRAYER JOURNEY-JANUARY 27TH, 2024 Brett-AGLOW Shofar Blower, Frederick Douglas Park. Tuckahoe Creek is a 21.5-mile-long tributary of the Choptank River on Maryland's Eastern Shore. As we were praying and making decrees another one of our people went to the northern most part of the Chesapeake Bay to blow different shofars to each of the 4 directions where we were today.  1.     First, he used a small horn to blow in the             presence of the Lord. 2.     Next, he blew the horn of repentance for all of the sins that had come from these waters. 3.     He then blew the horn of deep calling to deep to unseat the hidden deep spirits. 4.     He then blew the Star of David horn for the peace of Jerusalem. 5.     Then since we are entering a new season, he blew the Elan horn which for him was a new horn, with a new sound for this new season.  6.      Finally, he blew the shofar of victory. The day before, as he was talking about this new Ela shofar, his friend told him that this horn would trigger the flow of Holy Spirit causing overflow.   Vision: After Brett had blown the shofars today, another Christian friend shared a vision where he was taken to a high place. As he looked over a high mountain, he saw a flow of water that looked like gold and when he looked to the right and saw the start of this river which looked like Niagara Falls.  Brett felt that the Lord was saying that this is what happened as he blew the shofars, the new sound triggered a flow of Holy Spirit flowing down the Chesapeake Bay gaining momentum and power as it flowed to become like the power of Niagara Falls overflowing all of our expectations of dismantling the false mouth and opening the mouth of Holy Spirit into our nation. I would add to this that as he blew and released the breath of God through the blowing of the shofars the winds of change were released, and these winds have blown down and dismantled all false demonic communication systems and that angelic host are on assignment replacing the corrupted communication wires with Holy Spirit infused wires filled with clarity and no interference. AGLOW, MARYLAND CANOPY OF PRAYER, HIS KINGDOM MINISTRIES, WINGS OF GLORY MINISTRIES-- DELMARVA JOINT STRATEGIC PRAYER JOURNEY-JANUARY 27TH, 2024 - Attendees:  Yvonne and Brian Barr, Theresa Jones From Ft. McHenry where the Marine Terminal ports stem from we took Holy Communion, praised and worshipped the Lord, prayed and released the waterway decrees, salt, etc. covering the Seagirt, Dundalk, and Fairfield Marine terminals. Locust Point North is situated just prior to entering Ft. McHenry and Locust Point South is the Baltimore cruise ship port located south of Ft. McHenry. Prior to leaving home, I anointed all the tires on my car. Fort McHenry was the first fort in Baltimore. ·         The Lord said that we look at Ft. McHenry as a monument, He looks at it as an altar!· We repeated the decrees and salt covenant at the Baltimore Inner Harbor at and around the World Trade Center Baltimore where a number of historic marine icons are housed - the Maryland Port Administration, monument to Marylander's who lost their lives in NYC on 911, the Torsk submarine from WWII, the Chesapeake - a retired lightship that served as a lighthouse in dangerous/deep waters.·        Shofar blowing at Ft. McHenry as the Flag blows in the background   We repeated the decrees and salt covenant at the Baltimore Inner Harbor at and around the World Trade Center Baltimore where a number of historic marine icons are housed - the Maryland Port Administration, monument to Marylander's who lost their lives in NYC on 911, the Torsk submarine from WWII, the Chesapeake - a retired lightship that served as a lighthouse in dangerous/deep waters.   ·    LOCUST POINT NORTH AND SOUTH       DUNDALK MARINE TERMINAL Baltimore Inner Harbor with The Chesapeake Lightship and WWII Torsk Submarine ABOVE RIGHT  As soon as I read about the waterway assignment, I knew that praising and worshipping the Lord at Ft. McHenry was paramount for victory once again over the waterways for this City, State and Nation, the same as it was with Francis Scott Key during the Revolutionary War. ·         This was confirmed by the prophetic word Janet relayed in the Gateway Decree of Blessing. All praise, honor and glory to our Great God and King! What a glorious day!!! Prophetic Word:  Over and from Ft. McHenry and unto the nation I heard, “As Francis Scott Key penned the Star-Spangled Banner as he was a prisoner, huddled in a holding cell upon the water in a British warship that was bombing his country. He didn’t know what would still be standing through the night. It was from that place the war turned. Ft. McHenry was a decisive battle of the Revolutionary War. We are at war. At times we feel as one bound and frustrated as we watch evil plans of the enemy unfold upon our land. The spiritual battle being wrought and fought today at the Water Gateways will yield great breakthrough! The finances, both personal and corporate that have been restrained, delayed, and confined will now FLOW forth.” (Dr. Janet Shuler)

FILTRATION PLANTS—Baltimore City, Md MONTEBELLO FILTRATION PLANT NO. 1 is located at 3900 Hillen Road, was placed in service in service in 1915 and can treat up to 128 million gallons per day of water from Loch Raven Reservoir or the Susquehanna River. The plant has two rapid mix chambers, four flocculators, four sedimentation basins, and 32 rapid sand filters. Treated water from the plant supplies the First Zone by gravity and other zones via pumping. MONTEBELLO FILTRATION PLANT NO. 2 is located on the West Side of Hillen Road opposite of Plant No. 1. This facility began operation in 1928 and can treat up to 112 million gallons per day of water from either Loch Raven Reservoir or the Susquehanna River. Plant 2 has two rapid mix chambers, three flocculators, three sedimentation basins, and 28 rapid sand filters. This plant serves the First Zone by gravity and provides potable water to other zones using pumping stations. ASHBURTON FILTRATION PLANT is located at 3001 Druid Park Drive. This plant was placed into service in 1956 and has a capacity of 165 MGD. The plant includes four flocculators, four sedimentation basins, and 20 rapid sand filters. Raw water supply for this plant is obtained from Liberty Reservoir. Drinking water flows by gravity from the Ashburton Plant to the Second Zone and is pumped to other zones in the Central System.    Notes:  Baltimore City operates three water filtration plants to meet current and future demands of the metropolitan area’s 1.8 million consumers. Montebello Plants I and II are normally supplied by the Gunpowder Falls Reservoirs. Water from Loch Raven flows by gravity to the Montebello plants through a 12’ tunnel. The capacity of Plant I is 128 million gallons per day (MGD) while Plant II is rated at 112 MGD. In times of drought, the Deer Creek Pumping Station supplements Loch Raven by pumping water from the Susquehanna 37 miles through a 9’ transmission main to Montebello. The third filtration plant, Ashburton, located on the west side of the City, is supplied by Liberty Reservoir through a 10’ wide tunnel 13 miles long. This plant can treat up to 165 MGD. The City’s water supply system must not only meet everyday water demands but also the maximum projected needs of consumers. The combined safe treatment capacity of the three plants is over 400 MGD. To help preserve the high quality and safety of our drinking water system, the Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) has been converting our open-air drinking water lakes into buried tanks. As of December 21, 2023, work to cover the remaining open-air reservoirs at Druid Lake and Ashburton is complete. The conclusion of both projects provides an added layer to protect the region's water supply against cryptosporidium. As a result, the precautionary advisory for immunocompromised residents is no longer in effect. For more on both projects, take a moment to read the latest press release. We’ve completed projects in Towson and the Montebello II Filtration Plant, and are in construction on projects at the Guilford and Druid Lake reservoir. Our drinking water will be much safer and more secure with these underground tanks, and it allows us to comply with federal Safe Drinking Water Act regulations. https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/MDBALT/bulletins/381361b?reqfrom=share
