From the Heavenlies to the Earth Some leaders believe that if we could get enough momentum at the ground level that it will give us breakthrough in the heavenlies. In actuality, it is the opposite. You have to get breakthrough in the heavenly realm, the spiritual realm, first. When we do that, then all the programs work! Then, the evangelistic campaigns work. You have to deal with that which controls the natural realm before you get the breakthrough that you are looking for spiritually. “Whoever goes to the Lord for safety, whoever remains under the protection of the Almighty, can say to him, “You are my defender and protector. You are my God; in you I trust.” He will keep you safe from all hidden dangers and from all deadly diseases. He will cover you with his wings; you will be safe in his care; his faithfulness will protect and defend you.” (Psalm 91:1-4; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Ask God to show forth His vision and make it very clear! Declare the release of the angelic armies – the warring host of heaven. Pray that we would understand what it means to live in Ephesians 5 – ruling with God in heavenly places. Go look it up and ask the Lord for revelation! Ask the Lord to give you an increased love for the oppressed, broken, weary, and bound. Declare a fresh compassion and love of God to be released over America. Shut the mouth of the accuser that is twisting the actions of God’s love and truth, making it appear to be oppressive and limiting. Declare His Truth! A prayer you can pray: Lord, let Your vision be loud and clear. Let necessary forces be released. Let the angels be released! We are not talking about any type of physical violence, though we are ready to lay our lives down for those who do not yet know You. Lord, we must live Ephesians 5, living with You and ruling with You in heavenly places. We must love the oppressed and the weary and the broken and the bound. The very force that fuels this movement is Your compassion and Your love. Let it be released fresh and new over this nation. No matter how anyone tries to paint it, let Your message come across loud and clear. We are a force of Calvary’s love through You, Jesus. You will always defend us from harm. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that God is our defender and protector. He is our God and will keep us safe from all harm, as we release the captives the enemy holds in darkness into His marvelous light!

Win the Battle in the Heavenlies First A young man had a dream recently in which he was at lunch with President Trump. He said in the dream, “I have one question for the President. What must we do to protect America?” The president’s answer was, “We must protect and control the air.” I’m hearing Holy Spirit say, “Focus on air superiority. You have gained the upper hand.” Air superiority is winning the battle through prayer. It’s winning the battle first through air supremacy. It is winning the battle first through the spiritual realm in the heavenlies. “Of course we are human, but we don’t fight like humans. The weapons we use in our fight are not made by humans. Rather, they are powerful weapons from God. With them we destroy people’s defenses, that is, their arguments and all their intellectual arrogance that oppose the knowledge of God. We take every thought captive so that it is obedient to Christ.” (2 Corinthians 10:3-5; GWT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Call the worshippers and intercessors to the Mall in Washington, D. C. in October. Call the women to Rise Up and make their way to the Mall to intercede on behalf of their nation and generation. Pray that they would fill the bowls of heaven with their intercession and worship, displacing the enemy from the land. Pray that God gives strength to the intercessors to keep it up and be able to fully route the enemy, shift the nation, and finish well! A prayer you can pray: Lord, I ask You to move on hundreds of thousands of people, even half a million intercessors, especially the ladies, to go to Washington, D. C., in October to worship on the Mall. Let them pray, walk, and lift high the Name of Jesus. Let them literally fill the heavens with worship, with decrees, and with prayers. Let the final back-breaking blow come to this evil spirit that’s ruled this nation – the spirit of death, the twisting spirit of Leviathan, the spirit of the crushing python. I thank you, Lord, for the strength that’s needed to finish well as we war in the heavenlies in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Church will continue to control the air through worship, intercession, and decrees, until we know the war over the enemy of the United States’ future is won!

Air Superiority – Part 2 Sir Arthur Harris said this about his plan to lay down extreme air fire power against the Nazis, “Victory, speedy and complete, awaits the side which first employs air power as it should be employed. Germany, still enmeshed in vast land campaigns, cannot now disengage her air power from those places for a strategically proper application. She missed victory through air power by a hair’s breadth in 1940. We, ourselves, are now at a crossroads. We’re going to scourge the Third Reich from end to end. We are bombing Germany city by city and ever more terribly in order to make it impossible for her to go on with the war. That is our objective and we shall pursue it relentlessly.” His idea turned the tide of the war. “As you learn more and more how God works, you will learn how to do your work. We pray that you’ll have the strength to stick it out over the long haul—not the grim strength of gritting your teeth but the glory-strength God gives. It is strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into joy, thanking the Father who makes us strong enough to take part in everything bright and beautiful that he has for us.” (Colossians 1:11-12; MSG) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship Jesus, the King of our glorious army! Declare that all the fire power of God is being released against the enemy through the prayers of the saints. Ask God to refresh the army of God. Pray for the pastors, the leaders, and the intercessors. Intercede for the hidden intercessors who are praying alone at home, hidden in the courts of the Lord and faithful to the cause of Christ and prayer. Ask God to richly bless them and let them know the end of the promise of 2 Chronicles 7:14 is just about here! A prayer you can pray: We lift high the Name of Jesus! We say the back of the serpent is broken and the ruling sword has been released against the enemy. The air superiority will remain in place as long as it’s needed. Lord, reinvigorate every prayer ministry in America. Revitalize every church in America. Every praying pastor and every intercessor, give them refreshing now! Refresh all those intercessors that are hidden away that only You know. Give them courage. Give them encouragement. Let them know they are coming into the second half of 2 Chronicles 7:14. Fill them with joy, Jesus, and let them finish well! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that Jesus will provide the grace, strength, joy, and courage to the Ekklesia to keep bombarding the enemy and the courts of the Lord until the battle is completely won!

Air Superiority – Part 1 There was a man in the British military in World War II named Sir Arthur Harris. They called him “Bomber Harris”. He had a plan that he finally “sold” to Winston Churchill and the allied forces. He called it “a bomber stream.” He said, “My plan is to release one thousand bombers in one night against the Nazis.” He wanted to overwhelm them, to break their back. It had never been done and it worked! He said, “The Nazis entered this war under the childish delusion that they were going to bomb everyone else and nobody was going to bomb them. At Rotterdam, London, Warsaw and half a hundred other places, they put their rather naïve theory into operation. They sowed the wind, but now they are going to reap the whirlwind.” It had turned out to be a God-idea. “They sow the wind, and so they will reap the whirlwind!” (Hosea 8:7a; NET) “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.” (Ephesian 6:12; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Understand that we are not fighting a natural battle, but a spiritual one against rulers, powers, and world forces of darkness. Commit to the Lord to pray passionate prayers daily to keep striking in intercession until there is a full victory over these demonic thoughts and actions against America. Declare that all leakers are going to be caught and removed from governmental jobs. Declare that all leaks will be stopped up for the sake of our national security and so President Trump can do his job. Intercede between those that want to keep us a secular, globalist, socialist culture and God’s will to turn the nation back to His plan and path. A prayer you can pray: Father, we thank you for the air superiority You are giving the Church. Lord, we are going to take it and unleash a terrifying reign of prayer on the enemy in this next six months or so. We believe a turn-around is coming in February. We will pray and keep on praying until we see a turn-around and the turmoil end. We say that You are going to deal with the sources of leaks and those who are desperately trying to keep from happening what You want to happen in this nation. You are going to deal with those who want to keep us a secular, globalist culture, wearing away our destiny as a nation. We say, “No! We are not going to allow that.” In Jesus’ Name, amen. Today’s decree: We, the Ekklesia, will continue to bombard the heavens with our intercession until we see the enemy dealt with. We will not stop until they are turned away from their plans to stop the destiny of this nation from coming to pass.

History is Holding Insights We Now Need A prophetic intercessor had a dream back on February 15th. In the dream, she was in a prayer meeting and across the street was an antique store named “History”. The sign outside was in big, capital letters. The Lord said to her, “Inside that store there will be many things will be needed for prayer assignments in the future. There are insights from history.” The man that ran the shop was bald on one side of his head and had long hair on the other. This indicated that God was going to marry the passion of the young Nazirites with the wisdom of the older generation. “Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” (Psalms 73:25-26; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Ask God to give His Ekklesia increased prophetic dreams and visions. Call forth the prophetic dream interpreters to bring revelation of how You are turning people and this nation Your direction. Ask Him for His strategies to deal with the forces of darkness, such as python and leviathan spirits, choking the life out of the nation. Use the authority of Jesus’ blood and Name to stop the enemy’s activities. Ask God for both passion and wisdom to defeat he enemy. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we thank you for the dreams You are giving the prophetic intercessors. We say there is a third Great Awakening coming. It is going to give us back what You planted in this soil – the destiny You called us to. Lord, You are going to turn back the forces that have tried to strangle through the python spirit and the twisting Leviathan spirit. We will together hold up the rod of authority – the authority of Jesus’ name and blood. The authority of the cross, after which Jesus could say, “All authority is given unto Me,” is where our authority comes from. You will marry passion and wisdom in us to know how to fully defeat our spiritual foe. Thank You, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: We stir up a holy passion and ask the Lord for wisdom to complete the intercessory assignment we have been given through the authority of Jesus Christ!

Air Superiority I believe Holy Spirit is saying to us that the prophetic prayer movement has gained “air superiority.” Spiritually, we have broken through to the point where we can now control things because of the breakthroughs we’ve achieved in the spirit realm. We must keep praying to maintain our air superiority. There are two significant timings for this breakthrough. Awaken the Dawn and Rise Up, that Lou Engle and others are planning in D.C., October, 6th – 9th, is a huge part of this. On February 22nd, we will gather there again for a new wave of the Appeal to Heaven movement, and a new season will be launched. “The key of the house of David I will lay on his shoulder; so he shall open, and no one shall shut; and he shall shut, and no one shall open.” (Isaiah 22:22; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thank the Lord for the air superiority that we have gained after so many years of intercession. Thank Him for the maturing of the Body of Christ into the Ekklesia of God. Pray for the events that are coming that we believe can solidify these victories we have won – Awaken the Dawn, Rise Up and the upcoming next phase of the Appeal to Heaven Plan to attend at least one of the above events. A prayer you can pray: Father, we thank you that we have gained air superiority in this nation. The Church has gained air superiority! Our prayers have been effective. The fasting, the worship, the crying out, the solemn assemblies, Lord, for the last 25 to 30 years, have been effective. Lord, we thank you for the greatest air weapon in the history of mankind – the Ekkelsia. The enemy has tried to rip and tear and destroy what You had planned for America. You are raising up more opportunities for the praying Church to come together to enforce the air victory! Bring us together under Your banner, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Ekklesia will keep praying, so that we maintain our air superiority in this critical stage in our nation.

We Set Our Gaze on Our King “When things become chaotic and begin to turn to turmoil around us, God is the Rock that never quakes and the One we can look upon to save us. He is the One we can look to and say, ‘Jesus, only Jesus, the Rock on which we stand. The One we can fix our eyes on in any situation, in any moment of upheaval.’ It doesn’t matter what is happening in our lives or in our nation or in the nations of this world. We can always find Jesus to fix our eyes upon and say, ‘What are You saying? Where are You going? What are You doing?’” (Hannah Sheets)1 “Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:1-2; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Pray Hebrews 12:1-2. Do what it says and what Hannah said and fix your eyes on Jesus. Now ask those three questions above. Tell the Lord how you know you can trust Him. Name current situations in your life and in the nation that would be challenging to face if you did not know He was more concerned than you are about them. A prayer you can pray: Lord if we look upon You and if we walk with You, we will not miss a step. We will not lose heart. Strengthen the weary. Let us walk with You and keep our eyes fixed on You. Let us not look to the left or to the right. You can turn our lives any way You want. You can turn the lives of our leaders like a watercourse. We look to You and trust You. Nothing moves You. Nothing shakes You! You are immovable, all powerful, and we can set our gaze upon You, knowing You will work all things together for good for us and fro America. Thank you, Jesus! Amen. The Wave of Revival is Going to Wash Over the Military The Lord is stirring my heart for the military. Many thousands of them do not know the Lord. Some are the most honorable, committed people walking the planet. They are loyal, patriotic, lovers of their fellow humankind. God’s heart is turned toward them in this season. The greatest revival that has ever touched America’s military is coming to this nation. A tidal wave of salvation is coming to the military – to the bases and to the battlefield. Supernatural stories are going to be told of how God gave words of knowledge and of angels seen on the battlefield giving victory. There will be stories of angels saving lives, and bullets that bounced off of bodies. This is coming and nothing is going to stop it! “’Go home to your family, and tell them how much God has done for you.’ So the man left. He went through the whole city and told people how much Jesus had done for him.” (Luke 8:39; GWT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: If you are on or near a military base, go drive by it or to it and get ready to prophesy over it. Intercede for the marriages of our men and women in the military. Declare that the military culture will no longer be a destructive culture, but one of salvation and life! Declare that the Generals would not just design plans for battle, but for strengthening the personal lives and families of the soldiers under their care. Call for angelic assistance to keep alive those on battlefields. Pray that they would be aware of the times that angels intervened and saved them and the troops around them. Pray that these experiences would result in the salvation of many. Ask the Lord to send them home with stories that draw the lost to the cross when others hear them. A prayer you can pray: Father, I pray for those that are near our military bases. Some may be overseas. Let them drive by the bases and prophecy that revival is coming. I pray for the marriages of those serving in our armed services that they will be saved and solidified. I say that the military will no longer be an overwhelming field of destruction for marriages, families and lives, but it will be a place of salvation! Move on the hearts of the Generals and help them see what needs to be changed, so that marriages are saved and families are strengthened. We expect the stories of angelic assistance supernaturally keeping spouses, and moms and dads, alive on the battlefield, so they can find You. Revival come to the military! In Jesus name, amen. Today’s decree: God will move on the hearts of military leaders and they will say, “We must do something for the family.”

The Tidal Wave of Glory is About to Hit the Planet There is a new missions wave about to hit. A new generation that is not yet aware of why they were created will find that they were birthed to release the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the history of the planet. It’s already on them! It’s in them! It’s in their DNA. They’re wired for it! Nothing can stop it. Religion won’t stop it. Man-made schedules and programs won’t stop it. Watering-down the Gospel won’t stop it. Humanism won’t stop it. There is a wave of such passionate warriors being prepared now and soon to be released. They will be fearless. They will be bold. They will. “For ‘everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!’” (Romans 10:13-15; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Worship God and welcome the tidal wave of His Glory that is about to hit the shores of America. Welcome the fires of revival and the young evangelists who were created by God for such a time as this! Declare that those who oppose God and His move will now move out of His way! Ask the Lord to send confusion into the camp of the enemy, so that He can freely reveal Himself without opposition through these gifted young ones. A prayer you can pray: Father, I see the tidal wave of glory, the river of life, coming to this nation. It is completely unstoppable. It’s not man-made. It’s heaven-made. It’s coming. I see fire springing up – the fire of revival. I see every state having fires of revival. Those who oppose You and this move, Lord, will be absolutely confused and besides themselves with consternation. They will know that nothing they have tried to do can stop this. Oh, we thank You, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: Nothing will stop the outpouring of God’s Spirit that’s coming!

Prophetic Evangelists Are Coming There is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit coming to the Church of America. There will be a new generation of evangelists. This time they will be prophetic evangelists. They are going to move in the gifts of the Spirit. They are going to preach a powerful Gospel message under an anointing that rivals any of the past evangelists of the First Great Awakening and the Second Great Awakening. They are going to preach with such fire and such power that the Gospel will literally explode into regions. The American Church is going to get its priorities right. We won’t put money into church buildings, but we’ll put it into those who will reach those who have never heard the Gospel preached! “Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, ‘Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?’ Then I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!’” (Isaiah 6:8; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Call for the releasing of the prophetic evangelists. Call for the power gifts of miracles, signs and wonders to accompany them. Call for the fire of God on their preaching. Call for multitudes to be saved in a day, as in the Book of Acts. If one of these is you and you sense the call of God, declare Isaiah 6:8. A prayer you can pray: Lord, I call for the prophetic evangelists to be revealed and released! I call for Your power gifts to operate through these evangelists in signs, wonders and miracles – healing and deliverance and signs in the heavens and earth to accompany them. I call for the fire of God to be released through their preaching, lighting the hearts of men on fire for You! I call for hundreds and thousands to be saved each time they preach, exactly like we have read in Your Word! Lord, if I am to be a prophetic evangelist, then make it clear to me and I will say, “Here I am, God! Send Me!” Today’s decree: I decree that the prophetic evangelists are coming!

The Glorious Church is Being Revealed God is raising up a glorious Church. It is not a Church that is afraid of His glory. It is not a Church that is afraid of Holy Spirit or embarrassed by Holy Spirit or His language or His gifts or His power. He is raising up a glorious Church that is hungry for Him. Like the Book of Acts, this Church will stay all night or all day in His Presence. It will not be governed by convenience or our typical busy American schedules. The fear of man is going to be broken off of us. This fiery remnant will reach a boiling point and the fear of the Lord will fall on everyone in our vicinity! “So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied.” (Acts 9:31; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Decree that God is pouring out a passion, a hunger, a zeal, and a love for God such as this nation has never seen before! Ask God to break a man-pleasing spirit off of the Body of Christ that makes us complacent and apathetic about the Lord and His life-altering Presence. Intercede for the Church to walk in the fear of the Lord to such a degree that the Book of Acts comes to life with our shadows healing the sick and sinners crying out to know how to find Jesus, their Savior. Worship Him! A prayer you can pray: We decree to the remnant of the American Church that there is coming such a passion and such a hunger, such a zeal and a love for God. There is coming such a passion for His Word and for one another and for souls, that they could care less how long a service is. We say that that man-pleasing spirit that would bow to convenience, complacency, apathy, and compromise is going to be broken off the Church. Shadows will heal and sinners will be compelled to run to altars. Services will be interrupted as the fear of God falls in the midst of His glorious Church! Be glorified, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that the glorious Church is arising in America and we will glorify Him and our nation will never be the same again!

The Fire of Revival is About to Hit Our Schools High schools across this nation are going to be on fire with revival. I know by the Spirit of God that the new wave of the healing of America’s wounds of racial division will not be born from Washington, D. C., it will be born out of the schools of America. As God pours out His Spirit on a generation that begins to embody love and healing, the reconciling of people groups will take place. College campuses are even now boiling with tension, strife, and unrest. There are fires of Molotov cocktails and burning cars and flags and other things in protests, even as in the 60s and 70s. We decree over them now that there is a real fire coming – and it will be the fire of Holy Spirit coming down in revival! “Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains might quake at Your presence—as fire kindles the brushwood, as fire causes water to boil—to make Your name known to Your adversaries, that the nations may tremble at Your presence! When You did awesome things which we did not expect, You came down, the mountains quaked at Your presence.” (Isaiah 64:1-3; NASB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Declare that there is a fire of revival coming to our schools. Declare a hunger for the Word of God that ignites passion for Him and for the lost all around our believing young. Declare that this passion ignites a boldness to do whatever they read in the Bible – heal the sick, cast out demons, save the lost, and walk in grace and love and forgiveness. A prayer you can pray: Oh, God! There is coming a fiery move of God to our high school and college campuses that is unlike anything that planet earth has ever seen. A hunger for the Word of God is coming. The students will pull their Bibles out before the morning bell rings and they will get together and read it and study it. They will do what it says, because they will know it is the thing that needs done. They will love like it says and forgive like it says and share the Gospel like it says. They may be told not to evangelize, but they will evangelize, because out of their spirit there will come a Light. They will be on fire with the love of God and revival! In Jesus’ Name. Amen. Today’s decree: We decree that our nation’s students will be on fire for God and they will say, “We must obey God, not man!”
