The Family Mandate What is our assignment? Genesis 1:26, 27 and 28. A lot of people think we can’t fulfill that. Well, until now, we didn’t have the revelation to fulfill it. In Genesis 1:26-28, He said, “I want you to multiply and fill the earth.” He gave us the family mandate. He said, “You’re going to give me more kids. I have put My life and breath in you and you will reproduce beings just like you and Me.” Before the Fall, man was a Spirit-filled being. We would reproduce Spirit-filled beings with His nature operating in them. So, He said, “Give Me more family! Make me more people that look like Me, that think like Me, that are in My likeness and image. Reproduce Me on the planet.” “Then God said, ‘And now we will make human beings; they will be like us and resemble us.’ So God created human beings, making them to be like himself. He created them male and female. God blessed them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it.’” (Genesis 1:26a, 27; 28a; GNT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Have you ever stopped to think about what the world would look like if man had not succumbed to the deception of the serpent? Stop and think about that. Can you imagine what a world of Spirit-filled Believers would look like? What would the family look like? What would a family’s relationship to God look like? Intercede for “family” in the earth. Pray for Christian families to be strengthened with grace, wisdom, and unconditional love. Pray that the Church would have a revelation of what God intended family to be. Ask God to give you a revelation that you are able to reproduce in your own home and to help other families. Make it a goal to bring whole families to Christ, and to disciple them all together. A prayer you can pray: Father, I want to meditate on a section of Your Word that I don’t think about much, if ever. What would the world look like if Satan had not deceived Adam and Eve? What would the world look like if sin never entered the world? What would a world of full of Spirit-filled Believers set in loving families look like? How would that family relate to You? Grant the Church a revelation of what You wanted family to be. Show us how to repent and get on track in our Believing homes, so we can begin to reflect Your vision for families. As we bring the lost into the Kingdom, help us see whole families saved and show us how to disciple whole families at a time, Jesus. By this alone can our nation be transformed and strengthened. Five-fold Teaching Anointing People sat for days on hillsides in the hot sun without food listening to Jesus. Nobody wanted to leave including the children. If you can teach families, including kids, for three days with nothing to eat, and you have to work a miracle to get them something to eat, you’re a pretty good teacher! These are the days we will do the works He did and greater works, because He can manifest Himself through us. “’Look! The days are coming,’ declares the Lord GOD, ‘when I will send a famine throughout the land— not a famine of food or a thirst for water— but rather a famine of hearing the words of the LORD.’” (Amos 8:11; ISV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: I propose to you that we are in a season of much teaching, but that we are starving for the anointed teaching of the true Word of the Lord. Call for the five-old anointed teachers to be revealed. Intercede for these God-anointed teachers. Pray for the revelation of God’s Word that they will receive. Pray for their teaching style to change to demonstration coupled with the teaching. Pray that the ears of the people could no longer desire to be tickled, but that we find ourselves starving for the truth of God’s Word. Pray we will know it when we hear it and that we’ll be moved to repentance and action. Pray for the manifestation of the miraculous upon the presentation of these teachings. Pray for harvest and miracles! A prayer you can pray: Father, Americans are hungry and have not known it is for the true teaching of the Word of God. Send us Your five-fold teachers. Let them present themselves! Let the presentation of Your Word in their mouths bring us to repentance, change us, and motivate us to get out there and advance Your Kingdom. Happening in California… It is often said that as California goes, so goes the nation. This is because of the sheer numbers of people living there, coupled with the state being an economic leader. The state has also largely formed our current national culture due to Hollywood, and the cutting-edge media and technology based there. On the table in the California legislature today is a bill, AB 2943, that is raising eyebrows among liberals and conservatives alike. It is already illegal in CA for mental health providers to assist children and youth under 18 years old with sexual orientation change efforts. (Oregon, New Jersey, and Vermont followed suit.) Now, the lawmakers want to go further and make it a crime for anyone to advertise or engage in assisting anyone with sexual orientation change issues, if a fee is charged. This could mean that Believers could not minister to those in gender confusion, especially if those Beleivers are professionals, such as ordained ministers, licensed Christian therapists, authors, etc. Even members of other religious groups should be concerned about this. It was already passed in the California House.1 “So God created humans in his image. In the image of God he created them. He created them male and female.” (Genesis 1:27; GWT) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Intercede for the legislators in the state of California that they would reject this bill, as it could potentially hold people in bondage with no hope of deliverance. You may need to fast today, as you pray. Ask God to reveal the full truth and agenda behind this legislation. Command it to get in the light. Intercede for those individuals that are gender-confused. It is currently culturally acceptable for people to “explore their sexuality” and decide what gender they want to be. Pray that these confused ones would have a revelation of God’s deep love for them and the gender He created them to be. Pray this truth would permeate their minds and hearts. Pray for our youth, even those raised in Christian homes, who do not understand why it is important to agree with God over our God-given gender. A prayer you can pray: Father, stop California’s AB 2943 from becoming law in that state. We humble ourselves and fast and pray today for gender-confused people to be able to get the help they need to be mentally well and whole. We know the answers are in Your Word. But the Church may not be able to provide counsel and resources to help with this issue, Lord, if this bill passes. We command the agenda behind this bill to be exposed to your light. May it unravel, Lord. We pray for this generation of youth who are exposed daily to media that tells them they can choose what gender they want to be. This is Satan’s lie to keep them from fulfilling their destinies in Christ. Jesus, save them. Heal them. Deliver them. Amen. Passionate Prayer! Throughout my lifetime of prayer, the Lord has asked me to pray some pretty outrageous prayers and make some extremely bold prophetic decrees. I have always possessed a hungry heart for more of God. That passionate longing has produced obedience (sometimes radical), which has led me into some amazing adventures with Him, helping to fuel my growing revelation of His heart and His ways. “And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.” (Acts 4:31; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Look what happened when the early church prayed together! Listen to what some are experiencing today! Tell the Lord you want in on this kind of miracle working boldness! Passionate longing comes from time spent talking to God. More than rote prayers or casually uttered ones, ask God to give you passionate prayers! Read the first 4 chapters of the book of Acts today. Can you see that we need awakening in our nation? Ask God to give us a fresh outpouring of His Holy Spirit as in the book of Acts! A prayer you can pray: Father, I love reading the exciting stories in the Bible. I want to know these things are things we can see in our day and time. Teach me to pray passionate prayers that shake my neighborhood and change my city and shift the government of my nation. Celebrating Israel’s 70th Re-Birthday “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in a fiery address at a torch-lighting ceremony marking Israel’s 70th Independence Day, declared that the Jewish state is becoming a ‘world power’ and said its light will overcome its enemies’ ‘darkness.’ ‘We’re turning Israel into a rising world power,’ Netanyahu said at Mt. Herzl in Jerusalem before lighting a torch on behalf of all the governments of Israel since the founding of the state. Calling Israel’s current relationship with the United States a ‘historic one,’ Netanyahu said, ‘Thank you, President Trump! Thank you, America!’ ‘In the year 70 AD the menorah went out, but today in Israel’s 70th anniversary, the menorah is our country’s symbol and its light is stronger than ever.’”1 “’I will bring back the captives of My people Israel; They shall build the waste cities and inhabit them…I will plant them in their land, and no longer shall they be pulled up from the land I have given them,’ says the LORD your God.” (Amos 9:14a,15; ASV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Thank the Lord for Prime Minister Netanyahu and for President Trump. Pray for these men. They are two strong leaders representing two strong nations, which God has brought together for such a time as this. Thank the Lord for the friendship between the U.S. and Israel. Pray that nothing can separate the unity these two nations share. It blesses the Lord. Ask God to continue to build Israel up and protect it from harm. Worship the Lord for the miracle we see when we look at this nation, which is so loved by Him. A prayer you can pray: Father, we thank you for the strong relationship and leadership portrayed by Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump. We are thankful that President Trump has chosen to openly support Israel. We ask that nothing can separate the U.S. and Israel’s friendship. We believe we are blessed as a nation, because we stand alongside of the nation that You love. Give the Israelis the strategies they need to grow prosperous. Provide the technology they need to protect themselves from so many enemies all around them. Place Your hand of protection over them. They are a sign and a wonder in the earth that clearly points to You! In Jesus’ name, amen. Celebrating Israel’s 70th Anniversary Happy 70th birthday, Israel! Tonight at sundown through tomorrow at sundown, Israel is marking 70 years as a nation. Today, Israel is a dear friend to the United States of America. Believers worldwide will be celebrating this 70th year. We honor Israel as a nation specially loved by God, and “70” is significant scripturally. In Hebrew, the number 70 represents “perfection” and ten represents “completeness and God’s law.”1 There are many mentions of “70” in the Bible. God’s blessings were recorded to be given after 70 years to the nation and to members of it. We believe Israel to be a forerunner –  a type and shadow of God’s love and plans. All of this says to us that this is a significant Kingdom year! “May those who bless you be blessed and those who curse you be cursed!” (Balaam blessing Israel at the command of the Lord; Numbers 24:9b; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Rejoice with Israel as this special nation turns 70 years old! Bless the nation of Israel in your own words. Bless them with prosperity, abundance, and peace. Pray that the people will be blessed with a revelation of Jesus as their Messiah. Ask the Lord to continue America’s covenant relationship with Israel. Pray that we are never divided in our loyalty to them. Call for the special Kingdom blessings that the end of 70 years bring – that the captives would be set free, that the blessings would pour out, and that the purposes of God would be made manifest in the earth and in our two nations. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we rejoice over Israel, another nation founded by Your sovereign will and plan. Happy birthday, Israel! May you be blessed with an abundance of blessings. May your people live in peace. May your scientists continue to bring breakthrough technologies into the earth whereby all men are blessed. May your fields continue to bloom in the desert and may your economy be strong. May your people receive the greatest blessing of all – to see Jesus as Your Messiah! Unraveling Unrighteous Covenants We, the Ekklesia, decide what is allowed and what is forbidden in our nation. We open doors and decide what doors to close. We can decree the unraveling of all of the unrighteous covenants that have been entered into in this nation with darkness and death. Covenants that have made their way into and empowered government. We can decree the unraveling of unrighteous and evil governmental decrees at the national and local levels. We can decree a course correction in the courts where unrighteous laws have empowered demonic spirits. We can close the door! “And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.” (Isaiah 22:22; KJV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: We have a nation to turn around! It is time! Are you in? Ask the Holy Spirit to help you press in today. Get out a piece of paper and a pen and write down the decrees the Lord gives you to decree to shut doors in this nation to demonic powers that no man can open. Ask God for at least three. Boldly decree them. Worship the Lord, because He has included you in His plan to save this nation! A prayer you can pray: Father, thank you for telling us in Isaiah 22:22 that you have given us authority to shut doors that no one can open and open doors that no one can shut. We understand this to be a spiritual opening and shutting done under Your authority alone! Show each of us at least three things that we can decree today to shut demonic doors to my nation. We want to shut doors to death covenants that have empowered demonic entities and kept this nation from the fullness of Your blessings and the fullness of our national destiny! Hear us decree them in alignment with Your Word, Lord and seal the spiritual doors against the darkness! In Jesus’ name. Amen! Today’s decree: We decree the unraveling of unrighteous and evil governmental covenants in the United States of America!

The Five-Fold Prophetic Mantle The prophetic is going to a new level. It’s going to speak into government and affect government leaders. It’s going to say, “I heard what you said in your bed chamber.” It’s going to say, “I had a dream. Here’s what that God is going to do in this nation for the next two years. This is how you can prepare.” This is because the prophetic is going to the level of Jesus. Shifting of governments can go to the next level because we can now do more than just go in and preach the gospel to the nations. We can go in with the mind of Christ, with the seeing and hearing ability of Christ, and with the governing ability of Christ. We can re-foundation, re-administrate, and restore things back to the way they are supposed to be. “Then Samuel called on the Lord, and that same day the Lord sent thunder and rain. So all the people stood in awe of the Lord and of Samuel.” (1 Samuel 12:18; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Call forth the restored mantle of a five-fold prophet – those that see and hear and speak and shift the courses of governments and government leaders. Those that pull down, uproot, build, and plant with the Word of the Lord. Call to repentance those who call themselves prophets. Repent if this has been you. Humbly let God place you in the prepared mantle and place He has for you. Intercede for government leaders to get ready for these prophets to speak into their lives, bringing encouragement, correction, and direction for the nation. Decree that we are not just going to go into nations and get them saved, but we are going to go into nations to transform them. A prayer you can pray: Father, I call forth the Prophets of God – those You have been preparing behind the scenes for such a time as this. These hidden ones have been groomed to not care about the opinions of man, but the fear of the Lord rests securely upon them. They do not look at the faces of government leaders and they don’t care what happens to themselves. They care only to deliver the saving, healing Word of God to the nations. More than the salvation of souls, they will bring encouragement, correction, and direction to the nations, including the USA. Thank you, Jesus! Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that five-fold prophets will transform nations as they release the Word of the Lord.

What is “Normal”? If Christ is normal, what does that make us? If He came to show us what Spirit-filled people look like, not operating as under the fall, but filled with the Spirit and breath of God, listening to the Father, moving in Holy Spirit, doing the works of the Father, giving the teachings of the Father, then why aren’t we living that way? He came and showed us the pattern and said, “This is normal…” If He is “normal”, what are we? We are going to manifest the fullness of the wisdom of Christ. It can now be revealed to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places. We could not fully do that in the last season, but we can do it in this new era. “His purpose was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms,” (Ephesians 3:10; BSB) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: Read the Book of Mark in a version you don’t normally read. (You can find various versions for free in the YouVersion app, which can be installed on your phone, desktop computer, laptop or tablet.) As you read, note all the ways Jesus revealed the Father in the power of the Holy Spirit. Now, ask yourself how you are living like Christ? Ask the Father to make you more like Christ and realize this is not just asking for a transformative character change (sanctification), but an ability to manifest His Power and Glory. (Matthew 10) A prayer you can pray: Lord, show me how Jesus lived “normally” in the Spirit, as I read the Book of Mark (or just Matthew 10). Show me how I ought to be living daily to manifest the Kingdom of God in my life. I know that living righteously and in holiness is important, but you also said to heal the sick, raise the dead and cast out demons. Give me a grace, a faith and a boldness to live like this in front of everybody. Make me more like Christ in word, in character and in action. Let America be saved! In Jesus’ name, amen. Today’s decree: I decree that America will be saved as the Church lives like Jesus lived!

The Fullness of Christ The Church has now come to a place that we have not been in for many centuries. Maybe for 1900 years. We now have the ability, the potential, to represent Christ fully. We did not have that potential before when we were not moving in all five of these anointings – apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher. The change is going to be very, very dramatic. Now, we can do the works that Jesus did, and greater works, because the fullness of His anointings are now flowing through the Body of Christ in the earth. What does that look like? It probably looks like all the signs and wonders we’ve been prophesying about for the last 10 years. We’re going to do what He did. We can now do what He did! “For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.” (Romans 8:19; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: • Holy Spirit likes to work within a cluster of individuals. God loves unity! Cry out for the five-fold to start to come together in churches of all denominations all across this land! • Intercede for the manifestation of the gifts to flow, revealing Jesus to the lost. • Intercede for the coming to pass of prophetic words spoken over the last twenty years about our nation and God’s Kingdom transformation. • Intercede for the five-fold teams to find solutions to problems in cities and regions. Some of these are systemic poverty, homelessness, violence, sex-trafficking, the opiod crisis, and many other social justice issues. • Call for the righteous social justice movement to begin – God’s people receiving God-solutions birthed in prayer rooms among unified five-fold ministers seeking Him. City and regional leaders will work together and shut false, humanistic ideas out! A prayer you can pray: Holy Spirit, how You love to work with the cluster! How You love it when the saints are one, even as You and Jesus and the Father are One. Lord, cause our five-fold-gifted leaders to be drawn to one another like magnets. It is time! Cities will change and regions won’t have a chance but to give way to Your five-fold movement. Societal issues we have interceded over for decades will now see miraculous solutions delivered from heaven to the saints. We will shut out the ungodly, humanistic social justice answers that leave us empty and worse off than before. God-answers will flow from the new social justice move of God and America will never be the same! (Pray for some of the issues listed above that afflict your city and region.) Wearing the Proper Mantle Leaders are going to be redefined, because culturally we have pushed them into roles that don’t match the gifting and anointing that God gave them. It’s going to shake some things up. I think there are even those leading large ministries and they are about to be redefined. This will be a healthy thing. When I stopped being a Pastor, I could get some real pastors pastoring people. Everything worked better when I stopped trying to be the healer and began to operate as the Apostle. I coordinated and governed, administrated, and made sure there were some true pastor gifts pastoring the people. When I got redefined, others got redefined. They were no longer my “Assistant Pastors” or “Associates”. I was the Apostle and they were Pastors. Then, the people became more pastoral and apostolic. The pastors, teachers, evangelists, prophets, and I multiplied ourselves and everything went to a new level. “For it [the Kingdom of God] will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property. To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away. And he who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me five talents; here, I have made five talents more.’ … For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.” (Matthew 25:14-16,20-21a,29; ESV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: • Call for the equipping gifts to be made clearly manifest in the Body of Christ. • Ask the Lord to help people know their gifts with clarity. • Let us offer our gifts back to God. Ask Him if He wants you to do more with your gifts. • Let the pastors make room for the apostles. The apostolic gift is unique and the church should truly not function without it. • Humbly ask the Lord to bring to repentance those who have named themselves Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and/or Teacher. Let God bestow the names and let the rest of us watch for the actions of a person’s life that leads them to be called by a title. A prayer you can pray: Lord, we call for the equipping gifts to be made clearly manifest across the Body of Christ. Help us, especially our equipping leaders, know what gifts they have, so we can equip the saints, multiply, and bear much fruit! Let those who are pastors add an apostle to their ministry team. Divinely put these relationships together, Lord. Let all those repent who have been running around calling themselves apostles, prophets, pastors, evangelists, and teachers, who are not. Let us prefer one another in love, respect the gifts and callings in one another, and minister accordingly. We have much to do as You hasten the day of Your coming. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree the five-fold mantling will increase the function of the Church across America.

Gifts are Not Positions or Titles A remnant company is about to become apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, pastoral, and teaching. The Church is about to manifest the fullness of Christ-anointings in the earth. The synergy that is going to take place is going to multiply the anointing many times. In the context of these five anointings, people are going to be redefined, especially leaders. Since we took “gifts” and made them “positions” or “titles”, if you lead a congregation in the past culture and were the leader, you were a “pastor”. For example, if someone is not really a “pastor” gift, they will hurt others when they counsel them or otherwise try to nurture them. Generals, like Patton, (apostles) will slap you on the side of the head and call you a coward. Pastors don’t do that. They help them. Someone needs to bring healing and someone needs to see the long-term big picture. “For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.” (Romans 12:4-5a; NIV) Give Him 15 minutes in prayer: • Ask God to make evident and increase the “apostle” gifts to the Body of Christ. These individuals are natural leaders. They are generals. They are strong and decisive. They establish new, often never-seen-before things. They lead the way into the fray, they provide order and direction, and we love to follow them. Call them forth. • Intercede for the revealing of the “prophet” gifts within the Ekklesia. They help us see and know what Holy Spirit is doing in the Kingdom. They operate in dreams, visions, discernment, and deliverance. They give words of encouragement and correction. They call forth destinies and help keep us on track and on time. Call them forth. • Declare the day of the “evangelist” is here. These outside-the-walls gifted ones save the lost, drive out demons, and display the power of God to the unbelievers first. They motivate others to reap the harvest, as well. Call them forth. • Pray for the Lord to multiply and provide “pastor” gifts to the Church. These individuals may never stand in a pulpit, but they are the healers, the nurturers, the encouragers, and the counselors. They are the “love” gifts. Call them forth. • Finally, ask the Lord for the true “teachers” to arise. These study the Word to show themselves approved before God and man. They know the Word of God inside out, backward, and forward, and, sometimes, in the Greek and Hebrew. They have let Holy Spirit teach them, so they can break the Word down for others, rightly dividing it in truth. They provide the foundation of our faith. Call them forth. A prayer you can pray: Father, I call forth the five-fold grace gifts into the Body of Christ. I call forth the “apostle” gifts. We need those faith-filled leaders who will lead us without hesitation in the advancement of the Kingdom in the earth. I call forth the “prophet” gifts who will help us see and hear and know the ways of God, Your purposes and Your timing. I call forth the “evangelist” gifts. These are those who will help model for us the reaping of the harvests of souls. We call for the “pastor” gifts who will heal us, nurture us, love us, and encourage us. Finally, we call forth the “teacher” gifts. Those who can teach us how to know and understand Your Word accurately and in depth are a treasure. We call them all to manifest in this season of multiplication and acceleration, Jesus. Amen. Today’s decree: I decree that the Church of America will manifest the fullness of the five-fold grace gifts for Kingdom advancement!
