A Sign in the Skies
In early January 2025, the following happened three times. Meteorologists on TV talked about a phenomenon occurring out West, over the ocean. I suppose I may have heard of the phenomenon over the years, but I don’t remember ever hearing of it.
The news reporters said a massive “atmospheric river” was building and would produce downpours, causing streams and rivers to rise and flood entire states. When I heard this, I thought, atmospheric river? That must be new terminology they’re using.
It wasn’t. The term was actually coined in 1994 to describe these “atmospheric rivers,” which have always been a part of Earth’s weather system. An atmospheric river is massive and carries a vast amount of rain, though you can’t see it with the naked eye. It is a very real river in the atmosphere, so full of water it can flood states and nations. And it did, just as predicted.
A Word from heaven
A few months later, the Lord followed this up with a divine encounter. As I watched another weather forecast, I felt the Lord’s presence surrounding me, like I often feel when He’s giving me a prophetic word. It was as though I was wrapped in the Lord’s presence, and I knew He was showing me that a move of Holy Spirit is coming from heaven, a spiritual atmospheric river, and it will be greater than any in history.
The river of God is being filled by this river and beginning to flow. Holy Spirit’s massive atmospheric spirit river is filling the heavens, and will begin releasing spiritual rain. It will swell the river of God and flood states, regions, and nations - the entire earth. I heard this from Heaven, and I felt the Holy Spirit prompting me to prophesy it to the nation and the world, which I began to do two weeks later, at our Prophetic Summit.
I only gave part of the prophetic download at the Summit that night, and I have been waiting to give the rest of the word when I felt it was time for the outpouring to begin. I absolutely believe this is the time. The river in the atmosphere has begun to move. The flow will reveal God’s plan for the days ahead, and we must steward this with prayers and our decrees of faith. We must declare that the greatest ever move of God is now underway; that springs, streams, and Spirit rivers are building.
This is part of the outpouring the Lord promised through the prophet Joel long ago:
“After this I will pour out my Spirit on all humanity; then your sons and your daughters will prophesy, your old men will have dreams, and your young men will see visions. I will even pour out my Spirit on the male and female slaves in those days.” (Joel 2:28–29; CSB)
Prophetic Word: Grace Winds
Holy Spirit says to the Ekklesia:
“You will now advance into the most supernatural movement I have ever led. I am anointing afresh, blending and synergizing the purposes, plans, and gifts birthed in all My previous movements. They will intersect with Godhead plans now activating in the great reformation.
“They will merge and function with the new purposes, plans, and ministries for this supernatural Kingdom era. In the heavenly realm, atmospheric Spirit rivers have been rising as rains of Heaven have swelled them into torrential flows throughout the earth realm. It is the era when the river of God begins its flood stage through the Ekklesia.
“For I declare, My remnant warriors will rise in great might in the ‘movement of My movements’ [greater than previous moves or God]. It will be seen in the ‘movement of My movements’ that it is the era for demons to tremble, not My heirs.
“The Lord says, know and be confident, Ekklesia: Great winds of heaven will surely blow upon you as they did upon My first Ekklesia. Pentecost winds are stirring in the atmosphere. The mighty winds are building, historic winds. Holy Spirit winds will begin to blow upon the sons and the daughters. The winds will come and keep coming, one after another, wave after wave, each one stronger than the last, until full-blown power from heaven, ordained for your time, is experienced, until the full effects are felt all over the earth.
“The outer bands are upon you. The sons and the daughters will be carried forth, borne on Holy Spirit winds. Their sails are filled with sustaining winds, prevailing winds, guiding winds, and refreshing winds.
“They are not destructive winds. They are winds of grace blowing across harvest fields, ripened to harvest. They are grace winds carrying good news and the redemptive power of the King’s forgiveness. They are winds of great deliverance blowing away hell’s bondage, blowing away confusion, blowing away addictions.
“Some who are addicted will find that, amazingly, the spring of God is springing up within them, and they’re free. Some have been plagued with disease for years, and suddenly, the spring of God is coming, and they’re healed.
“My wind will blow away addiction, sin, brokenness, fears, and hopelessness; it will clear the mind of prodigals, lighting the way back home, lifting the demon fog. These are grace winds, carrying angel hosts for the time of reaping.
“For the angel hosts, by the multiplied thousands, are in Holy Spirit’s atmospheric river. They are riding the winds of Holy Spirit into your times. They are grace winds, carrying angel hosts for the time of reaping; grace winds blowing in the harvest rains.”
This is where we are. The winds are blowing in another season of the “latter rains” promised in Joel. We’re there.
Pray with me:
Father, we thank You for the atmospheric river of Your Spirit building over our nation and our world. We steward this word with prayer and with decrees of faith, and we ask You to cause the grace winds to blow across every harvest field You have prepared. Blow away addictions, blow away brokenness, blow away hopelessness, and light the way home for every prodigal.
Cause the angel hosts to ride these winds into our cities. We ask for the greatest move of Holy Spirit the world has ever seen. And we declare, we are ready!

Our decree:
We declare that the atmospheric river of Holy Spirit is flooding the nations with grace, deliverance, and harvest — and we are in this moment now!
