Running Together

Those in the media who are judging President Trump harshly are going to begin to find themselves far behind. Our President is a man that moves very quickly. He is used to making decisions and he has an innate ability to know the course of action that is needed. He is surrounding himself with those who can help him move forward quickly. Also, there are intercessors who have been trained by the Lord to run alongside leaders who can now run alongside this President, helping to open up the way ahead. Those who are running around judging him will run in circles and will soon find themselves left far behind.

“Do you suppose, O man—you who judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself—that you will escape the judgment of God?” (Romans 2:3; ESV) Two can accomplish more than twice as much as one, for the results can be much better. If one falls, the other pulls him up; but if a man falls when he is alone, he’s in trouble.” (Ecclesiastes 4:9; TLB)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  1. Intercede for those who are judging President Trump’s every action. Ask the Lord to forgive them, because they really don’t understand what they are doing!

  2. Pray that President Trump’s greatest critics will rethink their positions, listening well to what he is really trying to accomplish. There might actually be points of agreement.

  3. Call forth the intercessors that have been trained by the Lord over many years to run alongside Christian leaders. They are needed now for this new assignment.

  4. If you are being called by God to pray for President Trump, thank you for joining us here for daily prayer points.

A prayer you can pray:

Lord, we stand in between those who are judging and the Judge of the Whole Earth and we ask You to forgive them. They really don’t understand what they are doing when they judge with such vehement judgement. Some, if not on the other side of the political spectrum, may have similar thought processes and answers. You can reach them before they are left running on an emotional hamster’s wheel. I call forth the intercessors You have trained. Those that can run alongside this President and help open up the way before him, so he can run even more effectively. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Today’s decree:

Two can accomplish more than twice as much as one, for the results can be much better. If one falls, the other pulls him up; but if a man falls when he is alone, he’s in trouble.”
