Let’s Do This

A few days ago, Holy Spirit gave my friend, Steven Springer, a dream. The dream spoke of the season of intensified intercession for Iran and the Middle East, in which many have been engaged. It makes clear that our prayers and spiritual warfare are not against flesh and blood; God loves the people of Iran and the people of the Middle East. His desire is for salvation, freedom, awakening, and the revelation of Yeshua, the one true living God. Here are a few details:

In the dream, Steven saw a group of people warring and contending spiritually, focusing primarily on Iran, the Middle East, and the spiritual powers at work there. It seemed at this point like a spiritual standoff was taking place, pushback after pushback, resistance against resistance. Their battle was intense in the heavenly realm.

Then another contingent of the Ekklesia entered the dream dressed as spiritual warriors. Steven knew they represented both the grace and authority of God. Suddenly, one of the leaders shouted:

“LET’S DO THIS! THIS IS OUR TIME! THIS IS OUR HOUR!”

Immediately, some of the group took an Appeal to Heaven flag that was fastened to a pole, lifted it, and forcefully struck the ground. The flag obviously represents prayer, appealing to heaven, as does “striking” the ground. Striking is actually one of the literal meanings of the Old and New Testament words for intercession. We were there to pray.

The moment the pole struck the earth, a tremendous bolt of lightning shot upward into the heavens, even reaching the throne room of God. This pictures heaven and earth agreeing, working together. Decrees went forth, and as they did, Steven saw the Lord manifest His authority and execute righteousness. From heaven came lightning, fire, and a massive hammer, like a great war hammer. As it moved through the heavenly realms, a bolt of lightning struck the forces of darkness across the Middle East, removing them from their places of rule.

There was a tremendous upheaval throughout Iran, rising above the chaos and releasing the sound of freedom and awakening. People who had been held under spiritual deception and an evil tyranny began to awaken and cry out: “Truly, the One True and Living God, Yeshua, has saved us and brought us freedom!”

Fire fell from heaven and consumed everything that had been hindering the presence of God. Then, the hammer of the Lord struck the ground, releasing a tremendous earthquake. Lightning flashed across the heavens, followed by deafening claps of thunder throughout the skies of the Middle East, symbolizing God’s power, and silenced the voices of evil. Every competing sound was silenced before the voice and majesty of the Lord.

What happened in Iran began creating tremors throughout the broader Middle East region, as deception was exposed and truth was unveiled concerning the identity, power, love, and majesty of the One True God. People began to encounter the power and authority of God and His Word. The nations of earth seemed to stand still, people somehow knowing that something had shifted in the realm of the spirit.

Suddenly, Steven saw an enormous banner stretched across the nations of the earth. Written upon it were the words: “YESHUA IS GOD, AND HE IS LOVE!” The banner waved over the entire planet.

Then the scene shifted back to the gathering of the Ekklesia. We were still standing together holding the Appeal to Heaven flag. The voice of the Lord thundered: “Your appeal and your decrees have done this. Well done!”

Then God announced: “I AM READY TO PERFORM MY WORD!”

Steven concluded his recounting of the dream by saying:

“Demons will tremble. Principalities will be shaken. Spiritual giants will fall. Strongholds of deception will be broken. And a great harvest will come forth, marked by LOVE, GRACE, TRUTH, and POWER.

“My takeaway from the dream was unmistakable: YESHUA IS GOD, AND HE IS LOVE!”

Dream # 2

Also, within the last few days, Gina Gholston had a dream which relates to tonight. She actually had the first portion of the dream four nights in a row, then was given the final scene in the last occurrence.

August 11, 2026, Gina dreamed that there were many people on the deck of an aircraft carrier. She recognized some at the front of the ship as leaders of prayer ministries. The people on board were all in a single line down the right side. She instinctively knew they were looking eastward and that the ship was in the waters of the Strait of Hormuz. Obviously, it was facing toward Iran.

It was early morning, before daybreak. The wind was blowing strongly, and she could hear the sound of the wind, which obviously refers to Holy Spirit. 

Then a loud voice was heard, saying, “You have been carried here by the Holy Spirit of Yahweh. The enemy has not detected you and will not interfere with your mission.”

Then the voice said, “Ready, aim, FIRE!”

Each person was holding a bow and arrow at their side. The arrows were nocked on the bowstring, pointed downward. Each person had their hands positioned on their bow and arrow, ready to shoot. When the voice said, “Ready, aim, FIRE!” each one simultaneously lifted their bow and shot their arrow into the sky. The arrows went high like rockets, filling the entire atmosphere! These arrows obviously represent the prayers and decrees of the church.

She then noticed an enormous, flat-screen television on the ship. On the screen, we could see the arrows flying through the air, penetrating this dark dome-like structure. When they hit, the structure began to completely collapse. In a matter of minutes, the whole sky lit up, as if it were suddenly the middle of the day. These arrows obviously represent the prayers and decrees of the church, piercing the darkness and releasing God’s light.

As the TV continued to show the breaking of that structure, a major news network reporter came on the screen announcing, “The strike has been successful! The dome of oppression has been broken, and a great light has shined on the people of this region! There is great rejoicing! It’s like the people can see again. It’s like they have come alive! All I can say is, ‘What a difference a day makes!’”

The people on the boat began rejoicing, and then they were gone from the carrier.

This dream is an obvious confirmation that God has planned this night of prayer (and the ensuing intercession that will continue). He is encouraging us that our prayers are powerful and will strike the mark, breaking strongholds of darkness and releasing His light.

As I have stated previously, those of us leading this gathering are not approaching it glibly or lightheartedly. Nor are we doing so with arrogance and confidence in our own abilities. We are posturing ourselves humbly before the King of Kings, representing Him, and operating in His authority alone. Our hearts are filled with love for the people of Iran and the Middle East, and we believe God is about to embrace them in a marvelous way. Please join us if you can.

Our prayer today is a prayer and decree Steven sent along with his dream.

Prayer and Decree:

We declare that YESHUA IS GOD! He is King of kings and Lord of lords! We declare that every dark kingdom must bow before the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ, and that deception, bondage, intimidation, and spiritual darkness are broken. The fire of God’s Word is being released, and the hammer of the Lord is breaking spiritual fortresses into pieces. We declare freedom over Iran and throughout the Middle East. We decree that the glory of the Lord shall be revealed throughout Iran, Persia, Israel, and the nations of the Middle East! Father, let the light of Yeshua pierce every darkness. Let freedom and salvation break forth. Let dreams, visions, signs, wonders, miracles, and supernatural encounters reveal Yeshua as Lord. We declare: YESHUA IS GOD, AND HE IS LOVE!

Let the fire of Your presence fall, and let the Sword of the Spirit cut through generations of deception. Dark kingdoms will fall, captives will be set free, and a great harvest will arise throughout the Middle East. From Iran to the nations, let the sound of salvation arise: YESHUA IS LORD! And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together!
