Father, we decree that every dam, every body of water will be under the Holy Spirit force field. As well as, the people that work at the facilities. To be aware of each other, strangers, unknown vehicles and packages. Grant those in charge with Your mighty wisdom, courage and what action to take. We send the mighty Angels to stand guard and protect the water and people around them. The enemy has NO AUTHORITY to do any of his plans and every one of them will be thwarted, in Jesus' name!.
