Three of us from Molalla went to North Fork Reservoir, Hydroelectric Dam, and River Mill Hydroelectric Project. All on the Clackamas River in Estacada area. Tied anointed prayer streamers on a tower and tree. Prayed waterways decrees and Ps 91. Declared God as our High Tower.
