Illinois River at Carters Landing, Lake Tenkiller at Cherokee Landing, Tenkiller Dam, Webber's Falls lock and dam #16, Kerr lock and dam #15, and W D Mayo lock and dam #14. We anointed the staff with Victorious anointing oil and stirred the waters of the rivers and lake, declaring victory and healing in the waters as the host of heaven have been assigned. Also, blew the shofar over the waters in every place declaring the breath of God breathing life over them. We also prayed through the handout from Dutch, the preamble to Oklahoma's constitution, it's motto and Psalm 91.
