Sacramento River Anderson River Park

I was intstructed to use a staff anointed with oil and place it in the Sacramento River in Anderson River Parkbeing held by both myuself and my wife. We then declared that all waters, dams, structues, rivers and streams flowing into Shasta Lake and then joining the river above this point are protected, clean and angel armies standing strong and supernaturally protecting all the waters. We then declared that all the waters, dams, irrigation ditches, water treatment plants and wherever this water flows below this point are also protected and the angel armies standing guard will be bolstered and strenthened.
