I have prayed the prayers and declared with the decrees issued on January 15th over the Riverside and surrounding community's water supply and water ways. I prayed especially for the Lake Matthews reservoir and the Santa Ana River. This morning I added to those the Prado Dam in northwestern Riverside County which is on the Santa Ana River. The Prado Reservior is filling from the heavy rainfall of these past few days and is under flood watch today.
