This morning I prayed, decreed, and declares over the Taylorsville Dam and the Great Miami River. I prayed the prayer Dutch had given to us, and I prayed Psalms 91 over this region. I also anointed/blessed the dam (drawing a cross with my finger dipped in the aointing oil) and the river (pouring a capful of anointing oil into it), declaring that no evil, harm or destruction would be done to our waterways, dams, ports, or drinking water.
