Unity in Crisis

We don’t want big crises to have to force us into unity. We want the excitement God is creating to cause us to gather. We’re in a very narrow transition time. It seems to be getting more narrow each day, but we can’t stop and ponder it. Our political system needs to be confronted and it is being confronted! We need to keep moving and we need to move forward in unity. (Chuck Pierce)1

“Brothers and sisters, I encourage all of you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to agree with each other and not to split into opposing groups. I want you to be united in your understanding and opinions.” (1 Corinthians 1:10; GWT)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  1. Let’s repent to the Lord for jumping to conclusions about what is happening politically. Maybe He is shaking things up to cause us to be unified.

  2. Ask the Lord to expose any prejudices, haughtiness or judgmentalism you have in your heart toward other Believers. Repent.

  3. Putting the above two points together, receive a revelation that this is why the Church has not advanced the Kingdom further—we can’t seem to get on the same page. Church, we have to! Ask the Lord for grace to get into unity somehow, some way. Now!

  4. Rejoice that we are living in exciting days and we will see God direct us in miraculous ways!

A prayer you can pray:

Father, forgive us for assuming that things in our nation are out of control, as if You are blind or uncaring. Thank you for shaking things up and encouraging us to press into seeking you and working together. Show us where there are things in our hearts and our minds that keep us from expanding Your Kingdom as one. The enemy is taking advantage of our separateness, but we don’t have time for that. Grace, Lord! Make us one! Our political system is being confronted and change is coming! Amen.

Today’s decree:

God’s grace and our determination to be unified will make the Church one so that the nation’s political system can be corrected!

Full Exposure

“If Satan would have known what the cross would do, he would never have pulled that trick. There are times when we have to let the enemy show his hand before we can act. Then you bring forth what God is doing. In this next six months the enemy is going to clearly show his hand in the United States. Be assured God is waiting to direct His church how to act.” (Chuck Pierce)1

“God planned this wisdom for our glory, before the world began. None of the rulers of this world understood it. If they had, they would not have killed the Lord of glory on a cross.” (1 Corinthians 2:7b-8; ICB)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  1. Thank the Lord that He was able to keep the enemy from seeing that he was walking right into God’s plan when he influenced the leaders of the day to crucify Jesus on the cross. He didn’t see what the cross would do to him until it was too late!

  2. Ask the Lord to help you look carefully at all of the liberal policies that are being rapidly put in place right now with seemingly none to stop them. It could be that the enemy is overplaying his hand and God is about to act to reverse it all in a moment. Be encouraged! God is not mocked.

  3. Command full exposure of the enemy’s hand!

A prayer you can pray:

Father, you know exactly what You are doing! Satan thinks he is control and has the upper hand, but we know You do! You are never taken by surprise and You are always in control. Thank you that you will help us to see what is really going on and what You are planning to do about it, as we press into intercession over these matters that we see. Let me be patient in the meantime. I command the enemy’s plots and plans to be fully exposed! In Jesus’ Name, amen.

Today’s decree:

The Lord is causing the enemy’s plans to come to fullness right now in America.

The Faith-building Crisis

“We are in such a crisis time right now. But there’s an excitement in it. It’s not like other election cycles where we were pressing in. There’s something about the crisis and what this season represents. The excitement in it is producing a great faith. There’s a great faith in it and the faith is rising. What we’re doing now is birthing the next decade of testimony. It’s the testimony for the future.” (Chuck Pierce)1

“My mouth will tell of your righteous acts, of your deeds of salvation all the day, for their number is past my knowledge. With the mighty deeds of the Lord God I will come; I will remind them of your righteousness, yours alone.” (Psalms 71:15-16; ESV)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  1. Crisis can move us one of two ways, into the Lord or away from Him. Make sure in this season that you do not get confused, but rather press in to Him to understand His ways! Tell the Lord you want to understand and to stand firm in these windy chaotic times.

  2. In faith, proclaim the goodness of the Lord. Let words of praise and prayers of praise to God bubble up inside of you. Let all those praises out and worship Him!

  3. Ask the Lord to give you a testimony—a testimony of what you have seen Him do in your life and in this nation, something you will tell your children and grandchildren about. Get ready, because miracles and testimonies only come through turbulent life circumstances.

  4. Speak to the turbulence, the chaos, the crises you see and say, “Peace! Be still! Submit to the wind of the Holy Spirit and the perfect will of God!”

A prayer you can pray:

Dear Lord, as I see the crisis in this nation in this election season, I want to understand what You are doing in it and about it. I want to know Your ways. Your ways are higher than mine and without the revelation the Holy Spirit brings I am not able to discern. I worship You and I am so grateful to You that I got chosen to live in this day and age. Let me partner with You in prayer and watch miracles happen—things I will tell my children about that testify of You! I speak to the chaos across this nation, especially in the governmental arena and I say, “Peace, be still! Circumstances, line up with the perfect will of God!” Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

Today’s decree:

The crises in this nation are causing an excitement in God’s people, and a great faith leading to great generation-transforming testimonies is rising up
