Freedom and Kingdom Advancement

“The original American dream wasn’t about wealth, but freedom—freedom to worship and freedom from tyranny. It was also about partnering with God to release the light of His word to all nations, and exporting His glorious gospel to the ends of the earth.”1

“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.” (Galatians 5:13; NIV)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  1. Repent when you have complained to God about your circumstances, as though He is a God Who cannot see.

  2. Pray for all of those you know who truly do not have enough. Ask the Lord if there is anything you can do to help them.

  3. Thank the Lord for the freedom we have to worship Him!

  4. Commit to pray for the upcoming elections. Begin to seek God for wisdom to know which leaders will help us maintain the most freedom to advance the Kingdom.

A prayer you can pray:

Father, forgive me when I have complained that I do not have enough. That may be my temporary circumstance, but You are able to turn my circumstances around. I choose to put my whole trust in You! I sow in prayer for those I know who truly do not have enough. Meet their needs, Lord. Show me if there is a way I can be a blessing to them. I thank You that regardless of my abundance or lack, I am still able to worship You freely in this nation! As I worship You, grant me wisdom to know who to vote for, Lord. Who will work the hardest to maintain our freedom to advance Your Kingdom in the earth? In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Today’s decree:

I look for God to maintain our nation’s freedom and abundance!
