As we made the decree for our waterways at Chilhowee Dam, we saw a bald eagle. The eagle began to circle in a clockwise direction & with each circle he went up higher & higher. He was ascending upwards. As he continued upward, another eagle joined him. Then they both flew off together towards the south. Chilhowee dam is the last dam on the Little Tennessee before you reach North Carolina.
