Louisiana's 15 oil refineries account for nearly one-sixth of the nation's refining capacity and they can process 3.2-3.4 million barrels of crude oil per day.
The major producers are located in Baton Rouge, the Industrial corridor (from Baton Rouge along the river to the Gulf of Mexico), and the Lake Charles/Westlake area.
On 3/24/24 my husband and I traveled to the major refineries of the Industrial Corridor: Marathon Petroleum at Garyville, the Shell Maufacturing Complex at Norco, and the Velero St. Charles Refinery. Together, these three refineries produce more than a million barrels per day.
Afterward, we crossed the Mississippi and headed to the Waterford 3 nuclear facility and then to Dow Chemical in Plaquemine.
At each location we released declarations and decrees from those provided on Give Him 15. We released Psalm 91 protection, fruitfulness, and a blessing over the industries, the river, and the inhabitants of these areas. We prayed and declared as the Lord led in each location. We focused on protecting Louisiana and the nation's energy resources and the supply lines that use the river. We thanked and gave glory to God for alerting us through Gina's dream and other sources.

The petrochemical industry is important to the state of Louisiana and the nation. Louisiana accounts for about 10% of U.S. total marketed natural gas production and holds about
7% of the nation's natural gas reserves. Natural gas provides half of all electricity in Louisiana.
The petroleum industry accounts for almost 25% of
Louisiana's total state revenues, or about $1.2 billion dollars. The petroleum industry employs more than 116,000 people or about 6%
of the state's total work force.
The Mississippi River is the main artery for the transportation of raw materials and finished products for the petrochemical industry. Energy supply and production are critical for Louisiana's economy. The shipping and production of ammonia (for fertilizer) and methanol are also important to the state and nation.
On March 7, my husband and I prayed and decreed over the Baton Rouge refineries and chemical plants along the Mississippi River. We went to the Exxon Refinery where we made the declarations and decrees provided for this waterway assignment. We also decreed Psalm 91 over the plants, the employees, and the River. We declared there would be no interruption in the production at Exxon and the other plants in this area nor would the supply chains of the Mississippi be hindered in any way. Finally, we declared a blessing over Louisiana's industry and waterways.
Louisiana has two nuclear plants, one in St. Francisville and one near Taft. Together these two plants supply more than 16% of the state's power.
From Exxon, we ttraveled to St. Francisville and prayed over the Riverbend Nuclear Plant. Again we released the relevant prayers and decrees supplied, prayed Psalm 91, and declared protection over the plant and the energy it produces for our state.

On Saturday, Feb. 17, our group traveled to the Old River Control Complex near Simmesport,
LA. This structure was designed as a bulwark against the river’s inclination to carve a new path
to the Gulf of Mexico and has been referred to as “America’s Achilles’ Heel.” It is crucial to the
state of Louisiana, the nation, and even the world.
The lower Mississippi River is key to the industry, energy, water supply, and food supplies. Together with other smaller ports downriver, Baton Rouge and New Orleans handle over 60% of all U.S. grain exports to the world. A disruption of months would cause food prices to skyrocket and cause dangerous food shortages.
The barges going upriver also transport petrochemicals, fertilizers, and raw materials necessary for U.S. industry and agriculture. If the ORCS was to fail, barge navigation would be interrupted for weeks, perhaps months. In 2011, it was estimated that closure of the Mississippi shipping would cost the economy $295 million per day. That figure is much higher today. Trains and trucks could not possibly replace the volume of goods shipped by barges on the Mississippi and even if that were possible, the cost
would be prohibitive. “Closure for multiple months would cause a cascade of impacts across a
broad sector of the U.S. economy, multiplying costs.” (source: 2019 article by Jeff Masters)
The Old River Control Complex controls the flow of the Mississippi River where it converges
with the Red River and the Atchafalaya Spillway. It is comprised of 4 structures that have various purposes, but the goal of the complex is to keep the Mississippi from going its own way
to the lower elevation Atchafalaya. If this were to happen, it would be devastating because the river
would no longer flow to the ports of Baton Rouge and New Orleans, disrupting the critical supply lines provided by the river. It would also disrupt the water supply for the businesses and people of
New Orleans and the Industrial Coridor. In addition, it would wipe out Morgan City and other smaller towns.
With these facts in mind, we read over and listened to the GH15 post with Gina Gholston’s
dream on the way to the ORCS. Then, standing near the water by the ORCS, we prayed, declared, and decreed the prayers and decrees provided on the Give Him 15 website. We also read the decrees over the Mississippi River states and then we decreed Psalm91 over the river, the structures, our state, and nation. We also read and claimed the Preamble of Louisiana’s constitution.
We declared the protection of angelic hosts over the river, the ORCS, our state, and nation.
Finally, we declared and decreed what the Lord had given me during the week for this
assignment. We declared a blessing over Louisiana and every state touched by the River, we
declared protection over the river, the ORCS, and everything downriver in the path of the
Mississippi. As another group did, we poured salt into the waters, decalring that the river would
not be tainted or poisoned and that even existing pollution was being cleansed.
We decreed that our enemies will hear a sound that will terrify them and cause them to flee, just as the Syrian army did in II Kings 7. We also decreed that the terrorist forces, the forces of enemy nations, and any other groups, foreign or domestic, will fight against each other just as Ammon, Moab, and Mt, Seir did in II Chronicles 20. We declared they will be unable to carry out their missions and will leave vast amounts of plunder to be gathered by wise, capable, upright law enforcement & intelligence officers. None of it will be hidden or squandered. We declared that money, equipment, and intel will be gathered. We declared that not one nation, group, or conspirator
will escape.
We entrusted all of this to the Lord.

My husband and I prayed and decreed over the Port of New Orleans, the Mississippi River, the supply lines for commerce (imports/exports), the oil and gas in the area, the electricity and water for the city and surrounding areas, and we released a blessing upon people of New Orleans. They need the Presence and Fire of God.
We also prayed and decreed part of the document Dutch prepared for us while under the bridge and then released the rest as we drove over the waterways on our return home.
It was so cold I only got a few photos.
